Great place with good ambience and friendly staff.
Rooms are clean and well maintained

The staffs are serving with bright smiles, unfortunately they are not look like professional.
I think the rooms are not as clean as a 4-star hotel.
Equipments such as furniture, beds, doors are old and have wood chips, and spider webs and mold can be easily found.
I used two rooms with my family,
In one room the doorbell did not work at all, the TV remote control was broken, the Wi-Fi was so weak.
The air conditioner  remote control in the other room was broken so we had a difficulty in turning it on and off.
There was a lot of mold and smell in the rooms and I couldn't sleep at night since  I was catching 5 mosquitoes.
The bathroom looked very old and the shower was full of something that looked like mold, so I was afraid to take  shower.
Because it was the Christmas holiday season, the reception staffs were not prepared for the large number of customers visiting, so it took considerable time for check-in.

Stayed at the Lumbung Suite for a night at Ramayana's.

We loved the room, very cozy and balinese vibes. Toilet is huge with separate sections of bathtub, toilet and shower area. I think it was a quarter of the room. Quite a big space.

Service upon check-in was great. We were invited to access the lounge as we took the suite. A few dessert options such as fruit cake and brownies.

However, we did not enjoy our breakfast at Al Dente's. It was a quiet Wednesday morning and we were the only guests there for breakfast. We were quite puzzled as to why we were the only guests. We ordered breakfast and was sent to us around 20 mins after, which is quite long considering that we were the only ones there. They were limited options at the buffet area; croissants, cereal and bread options only. After our food arrived, we were disappointed as we found a hair in my husband's food. (pancakes) 2

After we left, we just realized that the other guests were at the other restaurant for breakfast instead. And we saw much more variety of food there. Regretted not going there instead. However, we came to Al Dente's as the check in staff told us to go there, not sure why.

Location is great. Close to mart, shops, malls and the airport.
Very convenient.

Pleasant stay overall, but the breakfast was not it.

The worst hotel in all of Bali, we had booked a room with a bathtub and balcony, they gave us one with a shower and without a balcony, we went down to reception and the one who seems to be the boss because she was dressed differently than the others and was the oldest tells us that they are busy. It's not my problem, I paid more to have that room, the woman got upset and didn't even thank us or look at us anymore. The only good thing about the hotel is the pool and it's not very good either.
You can hear everything in the rooms, we didn't ask to rest because people were making noise in the hallway and talking all the time.
If your intention is to rest, this is not your hotel.

We just spent a week in a one bedroom Suite at Ramayana Suites & Resorts and we cant wait to book to go back there again next year.
The Ramayana is amazing, such a quiet oasis right in the middle of Kuta, its across the road from the Kuta Art Markets and has wonderful restaurants right on your doorstep.
The pool is amazing and even though there were quite a few people in the hotel the week we stayed, there was still lots of room in and around the pool.
The service was amazing and our room was absolutely beautiful and very spacious. We had a lovely view over the pool but it was not noisy at night.
We cant wait to go back to see all the lovely staff, especially the ladies in the Restaurant of a morning at breakfast time.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Great location within walking distance to the beach. Good breakfast spread. Lovely pool.

If you're afraid of noise, don't book. I don't know whether it's an elementary school or something across from the hotel, but singing started at around 7 a.m. In the morning. One night it was already 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, and there were still workers in the hotel using electric drills or hammers to repair the door. I called the hotel counter to report the problem, and the reply I got was that it would take at least 10 more minutes. The whole experience doesn't feel like a four-star experience at all, and I don't recommend it at all.

Rooms are old. No plugs for phone charging. Beds are old. Very very weak WiFi signal (I know this 7th floor). Breakfast buffet is good. South Indian vegetarian buffet available but not tasty. Western breakfast is good too. Nice coffee.
Travel agency (Doscova) in the hotel provides excellent service and really good prices. They provide new Toyota Innovas. I highly recommend them. Thanks to travel agents Amber and Ayu. Their rates are better than Travel Kiosks on the road. Discova rates include tour guides too. Travel guide Sam is very knowledgeable and polite.

Room is good although bit dated. Pool and garden are great. People are friendly. Check out went smooth and fast. Unfortunately check in took approximately 45 minutes. Staff kept telling us another 5 minutes, which was obviously longer. Furthermore you get a bunch of coupons for a discount. This should be a 5 star resort, not some bingo area. Could be better.

The cheaper rooms are pretty old which a few hiccups here & there, it took awhile to reach them but ended up being compensated so overall satisfied.

One of the best places to stay in Kuta, Bali. Perfect location, great rooms, helpful staff, excellent service, superb restaurants in the hotel. Lots of restaurants also nearby. Kuta beach just a stroll away.

I have been there about 2 years ago from now. They had affordable rooms and a lovely environment. The swimming pools are located in quite beautiful spaces. Their food quality and services were admirable. Very friendly atmosphere.

Excellent service food are delicious and Friendly staff had an awesome stay made a coupler friends that I just love and Tom the customer services Guy is awesome he made sure I was always comfy always had a good laugh with him had the most fun with just beautiful people

About the cleanliness: rooms are always cleaned on daily basis pool surroundings cleaned all day long just the whole atmosphere is good I'd stay there every time I go for holiday to Bali

It's a very comfortable hotel with a lot of very friendly staffs. I love their cuisines served everyday. I love their Gabah Restaurant. Every morning you can have breakfast and ask for omelettes or any other kind of eggs-cuisine. It's very delicious. The rooms are enormous and have many facilities, even though they are aged. In the eightth floor, it's a disgrace to know that the inside-bathroom is surrounded by transparent glass so anyone come in to the bedroom is absolutely able so see your body shape when you're using bathroom. The swimming pool is amazing.

Hotelnya bagus, menu breakfast mantap deh, kamar ok, ac dingin, kebersihan ok. Kamar tidak cocok kalo bawa anak anak, banyak siku kayu yg terlihat, harus ekstra hati-hati, karena kaki saya nabrak dipan kasur, lumayan juga, hehe. Kolam renang ok. Pegawai nya ramah. Lokasi strategis, msh termasuk dekat bandara, dekat pantai.

Just returned from a wonderful stay at Ramayana we stayed in a suite the decor is beautiful the pool is outstanding very clean and welcoming with plenty of shade. The gardens are so peaceful and relaxing a real sanctuary. Restaurant food and snacks poolside are well priced and delicious the presentation is very good. The spa was wonderful probably the best massage I have ever had in Bali.
Staff very pleasant and helpful nothing was to much trouble a special mention to Gary for sorting out our room for us.
I would definitely recommend the Ramayana especially if your wanting to escape the hustle and bustle of Kuta.

Suasana hotel sangat nyaman, breakfast perlu variasi menu setiap harinya. Staff ramah dan cukup membantu. Disekitar hotel banyak resto, minimart, mall, tempat belanja dan terutama dekat pantai.

One of the best property in Kuta. Located in heart of the city, the Ramayana Resort provides you with blend of Balinese spirituality and hospitality. The food is amazing and so are the rooms. Staff is courteous and helpful. All in all a must visit place for its restaurant if you do not get a booking here.

The service that we had there is one of the best we had. We really appreciate u guys, u r doing really amazing job! We want to come back to Bali and see u again!

Beautiful resort. Located in the heart of kuta area, Bali. But the room service and quality is about average.

Elevator was out of order during our stay throughout.
No water supply during night.
There are some maintenance work going right beside our room which was horrible at night and can't sleep properly.

Beautiful location with wonderful facilities. The rooms are incredibly clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. You feel like your win a jungle. Great place for families to stay.

The renovations are impressive, we last stayed in 2017, we are members of Rama Holidays, we ha two weeks in room 708 overlooking the pool area, which is what we had requested. We really enjoyed our stay, the staff are so nice always ready to help. We will be heading back in 2020, thanks for a great memory.

Love the location, it's near Kuta art market, Kuta beach and the mall. Only the room needs some rennovation

Close to the highway, the atmosphere is beautiful and comfortable. The food here is also very good, and there is a large swimming pool and very beautiful views. And very close to the beach, we just have to walk to the beach. Of course the best service.

Dekat dengan jalan raya, suasananya asri dan nyaman. Makanan di sini juga sangat enak, Serta terdapat kolam renang yang luas dan sangat indah pemandangannya. Serta dekat sekali dengan pantai, kita cukup berjalan kaki saja untuk menuju pantai. Tentunya Pelayanan terbaik.

Having stayed at the hotel several times before and also have eaen in the restaurant on many occasions I knew what to expect which was great customer service and excellent faciliteis. Few days ago I stayed there again with my wife and the service which i thought could not be done not only met my expectaions from previous stays but excedded my expectations! Ayu and all the staff gave outstanding service. The renovations that have been done are also pleaseing and again the chef and his staff at the restaurant excelled delivering great service and food, this coupled with the price makes it the perfect place to stay and eat

Beautiful resort with very friendly staff. The location is probably one of the best on Kuta beach. We loved the pool and pool bar, the cocktails were great. They also arranged a taxi for whole day of sightseeing and a fast boat to Gili-T on another day. The rates were also better than all the road side vendors.
We had some trouble with our bed type and ac during check-in but the staff fixed it really quick.

It was under renovation, but the room I stayed was unchanged 20 years ago.
The hot shower will quickly lose its hot water and turn into cold water.

I have a special memory in Ramayana. In 2008, I travel alone in Jakarta for a month. I came to Bali on January 18 and was under construction at a hotel in the summer of 2018. Surprised. When I was working in 2008, a female employee remembered and welcomed me. I'm going to another friendly place next year. But I remember it was very hot because there was no elevator air conditioner, but fish are so cute in the pond next to the pool. Thank you.

The resort was excellent, the breakfast was good, the room we stayed in was very big.
We would highly recommend Ramayana resort to family and friends.
Cannot wait to go back and stay there again and this time we will stay at the new section, the suites which should be ready around May and off course the swimming pool and the gym.

Resort for the name's sake. You book a ticket with some website and get confirmation but they will deny that letter saying that they have not received full payment. When we ask for the extra bed as per our payment they force us to pay extra. And thus you feel cheated. The Breakfast variety is limited as compared to the similar Hotels in Kuta, Bali. The breakfast area seems elegant but you sit there and get Free Mosquito bites, Flies & Honeybees on the food items as Complimentary. The waste/Garbage is being carried out in Open black bags from within the breakfast premises.

We stayed at this hotel for 5nights. Good location, all the staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is comfortable, but the bar across the street a bit noisy for few nights. The breakfast buffet is nice but can be more variety of food. Cannot wait to return to the new suites.
