Staff are very inconsiderate and not kind enough at this branch. Better shop at the outlet store nearby. Friendly and professional.

Amazing staff and well-stocked store. We visited for a travel bag for our return home with a new board. There was a great selection of quality, cost and size. We were able to find exactly what we needed and quickly with the staff.
There is womens, mens and children - clothing, shoes and surf gear.

Worst customer service EVER, I left a Tide Watch because it needed a new battery and they told me it would only be 3 days wait.

It's been more than a week, nobody picks up the phone, I don't know what the status of the watch is or anything.

Don’t waste your time, it’s closed for Reno and they didn’t even update their site. What a wasted trip.

Service center kurang komunikatif, sudah tau jam bermasalah malah dikirim, gak sekalian dicek dulu sebelumnya di infokan ke pemilik jam, Buang2 uang aja servis disini, mending ganti merk lain

Security and staffs not friendly, no smile, bad service, suspicious to my kid, and i couldnt find my size.not coming back

Staff toko ramah2 tempat bersih. Satpam juga ramah banget. Barang2 rapi dan pelayanan oke banget.

The SPG can't explain how long does it takes to change a battery of the watch. That is weird.

Two things make this one best shops in Bali.
1) Parking space is plenty for cars and motorbikes. You don't have to think where have to park. 2) the sales staff are very knowledgeable about boards, fins and surf hardware generally.
3) Its a big shop.so alot stuff you can check out.cons: not much. You have to walk up few flights stairs to see surf hardware each time so not great for old people or ur old parents who wanna have a look too. But it's not a big problem at all.

Staff are friendly overall.

I bought a GPS2 watch and suffered 3 repairs all of them serviced by the watch repair center in Bali which in the end allowed me to switch to a different model instead, to recover my personal user experience. Great customer management while being on a rocky road

Saya membeli sepatu ini di ripcurl sunset road, storenya besar lengkap dan bagus. Tapi mungkin karena saya tamu lokal jadi pelayanan karyawannya tidak ramah. Mungkin bisa diperbaiki kedepannya.

Bought watch in Sep 2018 and time indicator broken in June 2019 (less than 1 year). After service, its amazing! The crown now broken. Need visit store twice to repair bad quality. Let see the result after they repair the crown.

And a bit late reapond for my watch service. There was no any updates even the service was done. I need to go to the store from Denpasar just for checking. Tried to call the number but seems no respond. A big store is great. But the service was not.
