Staff slept while my son was critical.they couldn't get blood so they gave up.as i nurse myself there are many other methods and interventions.none of these were tried. 3 bed ED.my son was the only patient and both nurses and receptionists slept.vital signs (observations) we taken in arrival and not once afterwards.pathetic care.my 1 star goes to male receptionist who was lovely when I arrived.otherwise j would of rated them 0.

I had food poisining and went here. It is a really clean and good Hospital. The staff is nice and really helpful. I recommend it.

A very good hospital for international people for treatment, there standards are up to the mark, doctors, nurses and specialists come to visit more frequently, their behaviour with patients are very humble. I highly recommend if someone fall in sick and need assistance in good hands.

Expensive indeed. 30% more than other good hospitals in the same area, but I will definitely give a 5 star. Professional, competent, accurate diagnostic, friendly nurses. All is perfectly done. Keep it as it is!

They would wake up a sleeping patient over a blanket. So my friend is staying there with a broken shoulder. Finally had the surgery after they changed the schedule twice. He said the room was cold, so I gave him my blanket. I went out to have dinner and when I was done, I saw him sleeping. So I decides to wait at the waiting room. I only asked for a blanket to replace my own. They decided to wake the patient and replace the blanket. What an inconsiderate nurse.

Excellent service at this hospital when I had a scooter accident and broke my nose. Super professional and kind staff. There were delays to my operation but this was due to my insurance company, not the hospital. Very grateful that I landed here in my time of need.

They dont care about your healh, just about their business. I had a parasit, a worm, in my foot. I dont know if I still have it, after 7 visits to BIMC hospital and 2 different treatments. Well the second one, they pretended to give me the same Mebendazol, instead of Albendazol, as prescription of dermathologist (1.000.000 each visit), just because they didnt have Albendazol. So they told me I should look for it by myself. In the end they sent me to the public hospital to look for it. That meant several days of new visits to public hospital and new medical proceedings just to get 3 more pills. BIMC dermathologist had already tried, before, to kill the worm with electric gun, torturing me to death because the spray she used as anesthesic on my foot had the same effect as a sun protector. I could have died if my heart, nobody checked it and I m 66 years old, wouldnt have been in good shape.

Don’t go to the hospital when you are a tourist.
They just want your money. We stayed like 4 hours for a broken little toe and instead to just fix it with tapes, they wanted to do a surgery for 4’000 $ and they refused to help me otherwise.
I went then to SOS international clinic and they could help me in 10-15 minutes.

Best hospital in the world we ever met, and checked out way to much in Asia, Africa, and Europe. But be sure to have a big Credit card limit. Very clean, absolut perfect administration and the medical staff is absolutely fantastic. My wife amputated a finger, Dr. Wien repaired the finger in the middle of the night. Back to Germany two Docs are really satisfied with the work of Dr. Wien. The report is very detailed, so everybody can understand it. Lots of thanks to Dr. Wien and the BIMC staff. Holiday was over after 4 days, but the finger is still alive!

Terrible. Incompetent staff. Expensive. The worst my experience with hospitals.
The first my visit I was waiting 3 hours. I had an abscess. Was so painful when they cleaned and then when I could to take the pain they gave me double dose of morphine because I still felt pain instead of local anesthesia. They gave me 4 kinds of antibiotics. It did not help. But they did not take tests so they didn’t know what kind of bacteria it was. For the fifth time I asked to take all the tests, and could not establish the cause, they took the wrong material. Money (deposit) is not returned, they couldn’t explain me, just said that they sent me the money, stopped to answer for email. Choose another hospital like Siloam.

Our 2 year old got sick and had to be admitted to BIMC hospital.
They worked very well with our travel insurance company.
The level of care was high.
Wait time was better than NZ as was follow up times.
If you have heard the horror stories about Bali hospitals. Don’t worry about BIMC hospital.

Is a bit pricey hospital, make sure your insurance cover it otherwise you will have to spend all your saving, even just for consultation is so expensive!
