Ryoshi Japanese Restaurant Ubud

The atmosphere was nice from the outside, but I couldn't eat the ramen. The moment I ate the soup, I felt an unpleasant feeling, and if I hadn't eaten the sushi because I was hungry, I would have left it all. The only thing that tasted good was the roll kimbap. Lastly, even the bathroom was dirty, which was unpleasant to the end.

Second time coming to eat here, the food is pretty good, the staff is responsive, but some are not welcome, maybe because I'm a local? But that's not a problem.almost perfect, I hope you can improve the existing ambience, well-maintained place, Japanese music is probably better played than jazz music.will come back later

A nice place in Ubud for consistent and reliable service with good Japanese food at very affordable prices.

Very mediocre sushi! If you are expecting something amazing then hold back your sushi cravings and pick another restaurant

I have visited this restaurant twice.

On my first visit on October 14,2022 (lunch time), my impression was quite good even though the service was long and I didn't really mind it.

On my second visit on October 15,2022 (lunch time), I was very disappointed in terms of service, namely:

- First, the length of service
from ordering until the food is
finished and served at the
table.

- Second, an error occurred in
the menu I ordered. So you
have to wait a long time for a
menu change.

Hope Riyoshi'smanagement can pay attention to this service.

This place was so gorgeous! It was an authentic japanese restaurant, with a mixed of slight balinese ambience and japanese architecture. The food was unexpectedly delicious and truly japanese. The price was surprisingly lower than what I expected a true authentic japanese food would taste here.
We tried the Pisang Sushi set, Ryoshi Set with tempura and chicken teriyaki, agedashi tofu, and several donburi bowls. They were all delicious! The rice. I’m speechless.it was wow!
The service was excellent! All we ordered came out of the kitchen so fast. I have no other comments about this place and the food. I’m still speechless. I have to come back here to try more

Kita tadi coba makan udon sama sushi, untuk rasa udonnya 7 dari 9 untuk sushi nya juga 7 dari 9. Suasana tempat nya 7,5 dari 9. Cuma sayang sekali begitu kita datang beberapa tempat duduk kurang rapi jadi memberikan kesan kurang baik untuk orang yg pertama kali datang kesana.

The worst sushi in my entire life! Anything that had avocado in it was bitter, the fish tasted like an egg. Just disgusting! And I paid for it 645k

Good Japanese restaurant in Ubud. Portions are very big, quality is good. Fish is fresh.
Drinks are poor, taxes and service doesn’t included in menu, that’s bad.

Cheapest sushi I've found on the planet. Was really surprised at the quality at that price. Portions are kinda small but so is the price and sushi fills you up so don't need a lot. My 4yr old ate 7 pieces of tuna maki. I could only eat 5. I dinged them a star for the tax and service charges of 15%. I mean who actually has 243 rupiah when the bill comes due?

Very good Japanese restaurant.
The pictures is Ten zaru soba and rice set.
Tempura was crispy, rice set was good, not same rice brand in japan but it’s good.
Soba was not cold (sadly) but it’s good
意外に美味しかった、そばだけは冷えてなくって残念、でも美味しかったです。

It was my 1st meal of the day but the last order for them.the girls were courteous.

The place has a very authentic and Japanese atmosphere. The menu is extensive with a little of everything for pretty much the pickiest of eaters. The mixed grill had a nice selection of meats and veggies, where every bite was flavorful and delicious.

Really bad food. And we ordered vegetarian dishes but they all came covered with dried fishes. Service was crazy slow and prices was high. Overall a really unpleasant experience unfortunately hopefully this review helps the team improve!
