Saia pilates is a place to take good care about our own physical bodies. Personally, my favorite teacher is Putri who gives clear instructions about what and how to do. She has the gift to pay equal attention to everyone and still giving personal guidance with specific exercises. I really love to go classes at SAIA PILATES and warmly recommend it to others.

I love Saia Pilates studio in Canggu. Not only the location is strategic, it is also close to where I live in Berawa. The studio is compact & clean. Can only facilitate up to 6-8 students at a time. However, what makes this studio great is the instructor Sari who is very attentive, clear and well spoken in giving out instructions to make sure you are working yourself hard enough but not too hard that you will hurt yourself. Each and every time after my session here, I always feel great and strong.
