The food is less than normal, there is no flavor, it is not worth a visit at all, the only location is good, the pasta is not dirty.

We ate here twice. Pizzas are top notch. Pastas, fusilli pomodoro and pappardelle funghi delicious. Kids went the gelato for dessert and I was hoping they wouldn’t finish it! Had a sneaky taste, awesome!

It is a restaurant inside the Hyatt. The food is very good, the ambience is a hotel ambiance, kind of cold, impersonal, lots if kids crying. The Decoration reminds you that you are in a hotel. Not my best experience in Bali.

Good food but relatively understaffed. Waiters are clearly overwhelmed with too many hotel guests during both breakfast and dinner.

Provide delicious gluten-free pizza.

Oh, Salsa Verde. You step in expecting one thing, and you walk out having experienced something else entirely — in the best way possible. Sure, the name had me expecting some spicy Mexican fare, but this place, my friends, is where Italy kisses the Bali shores in a gastronomic dance that leaves you wanting more.

First things first — the pizza. It's not just pizza; it's a symphony of flavours playing on a crust that's the right kind of chewy and crisp, a love affair of fresh ingredients coming together in harmony. The parma ham and burrata was particularly noteworthy and we enjoyed three of them during our 8-day stay.

Speaking of mains, the chefs don't just serve you a dish; they serve you a masterpiece. Be it a pasta that wraps you in a warm hug with its homely flavours (try Pappardelle Funghi) or a meat dish cooked to perfection, melting in your mouth with a richness that speaks of expertise and love infused in each preparation (try Beef Tagliata or Chicken Saltimbocca).

Now, onto the cocktails, which are nothing short of a beachside sunset captured in a glass. The bartenders here, they're not just mixing drinks; they're crafting experiences, blending unique flavours with a finesse that promises a different kind of joy with every sip (try the Lemon Granita or their modern-take on a Negroni, the Balestrini).

But let's not forget the setting, right by the ocean where the sound of the waves adds a magical note to the dining experience. The atmosphere is just as delightful as the food, where the ocean kisses your dining experience with whispers of sea breeze, and where Italy comes to you with open arms, offering a hearty embrace in the form of amazing pizzas, mains, and cocktails.

A visit to Salsa Verde isn't just a meal; it's a mini-vacation within your vacation, a place where every element comes together to craft an experience that stays with you, warming your soul and teasing your palate with the promise of many happy returns.

Absolutely love this place. We stayed in Hyatt for a week and we tried them so many times for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food is amazing. Pizza are from wood fired oven, absolutly delicious. My other favourites were Chicken Sambiboca with sage butter, Italian pork sausage with fennel, for entree Calamari fritti. Carbonara was the only dish that was a miss. The prawns were not good neither.
The service could be better. Sometimes we had to wait very long for simple things like ice or extra water glass. The food usually arrived quite fast.
Extra free foccacia was also a great start however sometimes it was really dry and hard to chew.

The restaurant is next to the swimming pool with a little view over the ocean and pool

A lot of seating indoor - outdoor however this is strongly recommended to do a booking especially for dinner.

Very hard to find a good polenta in Asia, this one was excellent. I recommend to all polenta lover!

Within the Grand Hyatt Nusa Dua Resort Salsa Verde promises authentic italian food. The Tagliata and Saltimbocca were far away from the authentic dish and can not even be considered as a variation of it.the setting itself is nice but not breathtaking.the pizza and pasta dishes are nice also the grilled fish & prawns.don’t get me wrong, the food is good but partially not authentic. (maybe expecting too much 12000km away from italy)

Horrible service, they made us wait 20 min without giving us the option to have a drink (I asked the waitress and he denied). The people in front of us said they did have a booking but there was no record. So the manager decided to give them our table instead.
I do not understand why ask for bookings if they are gonna treat the customers thia BAD! Nusa Dua has great customer service avoid this place.

The best view for breakfast in Grand Hyatt area. Near swimming pool, with birds and cute lizards on the trees. Very nice. Food was okay, not too much option, but ambiance just fantastic.

Slow service. Average food. Pricey for what it’s worth

Staff were friendly but slow. It took a very long time for our table to be setup and be served. We got served warm Coca Cola and had to ask for a new chilled one. The fresh coconut was quite pricey and didn’t taste very good (was sour).

The Ragu pasta was average and didn’t have much complexity in flavour. The complimentary bread however was fresh and tasted nice with the butter.

As the restaurant is located outdoors be careful of the birds that swoop for the food

Popped in for a wood fired pizza, it was very good and was enough to share for 2. Its an outside type venue, so can get quite warm there but there are some fans around.

Great food and atmosphere. The truffle carbonara was the beat I've ever eaten. Beer buckets we're reasonably priced and so was the food.

I love to dine here whenever I visit nusa dua. Love the atmosphere which is near to the private beach and the food taste is also good. It's just that the last time I went there, for chill garlic prawn was not as expected; the prawns were few and the rest were just prawn heads. I think charred grilled octopus is a better choice. I recommend to prebook or come earlier as this resto is always crowded with visitors.

Located by the beach and pool of the grand Hyatt, the location and ambience is pretty great and the service is what you’d expect from a high class hotel like this.

On the flip side our group found the food to be lacking, for example I had the truffle carbonara which was nice but I couldn’t really taste the truffle. But overall the food was still nice, and a good option if you’re staying at or close to the Hyatt

Had our dinner at Salsa Verde - Grand Hyatt Bali tonight and the food was out of the world. We took our special waitress recommendation SUNI and she wasn’t mistaken at all; entrees and mains were fabulous, pizza was the best we ever had in Bali so far and the homemade pasta was to die for. Their desserts were great as well to finish up our meal. Would definitely recommend this spot if you are in Nusa Dua area.

Food was fresh and tasted great. Service was fast & impeccable, and they stood by the CHSE standard/health protocols. All smiles. Overall a satisfying dining experience just a stone's throw from the beach with all the fresh breeze!

The most amazing food (5courses) at their New Year’s Eve dinner that I have ever eaten. Scrumptious! Unbelievable! Incredible! Superb! Awesome! Unforgettable! And with unlimited Sangria too!

Great meal with good service and live musical accompaniment. Very tasty pesto gnocci and coconut mango gelato.

Located inside Grand Hyatt, Nusa Dua, Bali. The ambience of the place is decent. Seating space was excellent, near to pools. Crowd was amazing. Food quality and taste both were amazing. Prices are mid ranged. Service was great. Excellent place to have food when you are staying in the Resort.

The best pizza hands down I've had in Indonesia. Quality cheese and ingredients, fresh and firm dough, balanced taste and texture all around.
Regarding the pasta, the Napoli sauce was excellent. With the gluten free penne pasta, half of it was cooked properly, the rest undercooked.

We went to Salsa Verde for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They have a great food, slightly over priced as it is in the resort. Their pizza and pasta were all great.

For the breakfast, they had a large selection of food for the buffet but it was about AUD $42/pp which I’m not sure it was that amazing for that price.
