Wonderful experience for my partner and I’s anniversary. Very appreciative of Dekma and his kindness and quality service. He provided us with a surprise dessert for our special occasion which made us smile. Trisha provided my girlfriend who was feeling a bit flustered (after a long day in the sun) her own personal fan to keep her cool which shows how generous the staff here are. Highly recommend for anyone who is in Bali to come here and experience this place for yourself.

One of the hidden gem in Canggu! Went here for dinner and the ambience and atmosphere were amazing.

Main highlight will definitely be the Sakura Sashimi which is fresh and succulent. The JPN Wagyu and Ox tongue is a killer too.

Definitely will be back!

Today we came for my birthday dinner. Order Sakura Sashimi, Sushi and US Prime Rib Eye all the best, one of the best in Bali I've ever eaten. Satisfactory service, fast, responsive and very friendly. We will come back before returning to Jakarta

The service was top notch. All the staffs were very friendly and helpful. Love the ambience. Foods and drinks were amazing. Needless to say, me and my girls had a great time.

Prepare to pay exorbitant prices for sh*t food, extremely bad service and Bali belly. I've had better food and service at a local warung for a fraction of the price. I can't believe they would spend all that money on renovations and not train their staff properly. There would be 3-4 servers standing around doing nothing constantly while our table was filled with finished plates and cups to the point where there was no room to even rest your elbows. They didn't even bring out salt or sauces for us until we asked for it after eating half of our Japanese wagyu ribeye. Worst part is half the group got Bali belly after. They need to rename the place to sampah sampah prime

This Japanese steakhouse just opened in Berawa and we went for dinner on a Sunday. Hands down best Japanese wagyu beef in Bali! It comes with veggies, 3 sauces and 5 types of salt. Great service, beautiful atmosphere. The staff were really friendly and they helped us cook the meat. Definitely coming back

Food is way to overpriced for the quality & flavor they offer. So not worth the money. Claimed to be prime but its actually the opposite. But service was very good

This was the best meal we had on our trip to Bali! The sushi was so fresh, the service was top level, and the matcha lava cake was so tasty and unique. Will definitely be coming back again in the future.

I never write reviews but this restaurant didn't leave me any choice. It was so bad I feel obligated to warn people about what they're getting themselves into if they choose to come here.

Upon entering you would think you're going to get a delicious meal with primo service. The place made you feel like you're in an elevated restaurant. But you can not judge a book by its cover.

The food was cooked by what looked like one of the waiters that doesn't know anything about the cuts of meat and how they should be cooked. We were served raw beef finger and raw beef tongue. If there was food safety in this country this restaurant would have been shut down ages ago.

The bill came out to roughly 1million per person. We all agreed that we would have been more satisfied if we were to go to a warung and pay 1 million there.

You would think with the prices they were charging they would spend some money to train their staff right. The manager just stood around with the staff while we sat there table full of dirty dishes and empty glasses. Not once did anyone come to our table and ask how everything was. The only service we had was when the door was opened for us when we left.

Apparently they shut down their old account after a flurry of recent bad reviews and started this account. Expect to see a lot of new accounts with fake 5 star reviews. If I could give negative or 0 stars I definitely would because even 1 star is too much for this establishment

The restaurant has a nice ambiance with good music. All the staff were very friendly as well.
My kids even love the food here. They had the chawanmushi, canggu beach roll and Prime gyu curry don. My hub and I ordered the aus wagyu oyster blade and stamina doenjang soup. For the wagyu oyster blade, it was complimented with 3 different dipping sauces and 5 different types of salts. Our fave ones are the garlic & wasabi salts.

As for the dessert, we were recommended to order the matcha moelleux. Everything was great! We really liked all the food that we ordered. ️

Mind blown! Much better than s*jin and b*y&cow (and cheaper!). Food was delish n fresh! We had unagi roll and wagyu steak. The steak was juicy and flavourful. Our server (dekwa) was very polite and knowledgeable.

Overall, great dinning experience. Will definitely be back!

We ordered Japanesse Wagyu Ribeye and US Tenderloin from the “On the Grill” section, and it was no disappointment at all. Amazing meat, nice ambiance, 3 types of sauces, 5 types of salts, excellent service, bonus was the owner came to say hi so friendly. Finally an elegant Japanesse steak house in this area. Definitely will come back!

5 friends and I recently visited this new restaurant. We decided on this place from images on their instagram page. When you first walk in the ambience was pleasant, well lit with nice mood lighting.
That is the only thing I can comment positive about this place, looks are deceiving. The service here is absolutely terrible, there are so many staff doing nothing. Food took so long main courses came out before appetizers. At some point we had so many dishes on our table, with the staff just standing around we helped them clear the dishes to the kitchen. I must point out, the restaurant was not busy. Maybe 2 other tables.
The price for the food is relatively more than other places, so we were expecting above grade quality food. However the price did not justify the quality of the food. It was probably one of the worst restaurants I have ever tried in Bali.
The food was tasteless and with extremely small portions.
We ordered the Japanese wagyu and they forgot to give us salt for the meat. We had to request is from the staff. The vegetable were not cooked and was served raw.
I would only recommend this restaurant to someone I really dislike
If I could give less than 1 star I would.
For its exorbitant price with lack of customer service and poor food quality.
Save your money and go else where, if you don't want to get disappointed

Divine evening with divine food!

A must-have experience for meat lovers with an appreciation for flair. Portions were surprisingly generous and the service was immaculate, knowledgeable and informative. The meat dishes cane with a range of artisanal salts and sauces to choose from. Will definitely be coming back again!

One of the worst dining experience, staff unable to manage 4 tables, dishes that arrive randomly between main courses and appetiser.overpriced beef and tasteless, come with group of friends and everyone was shocked about the lack of attention.
Not use to give bad review, but this place need to change a lot.
