A remarkable experience here. Pool have a warm water, nice ambience. Nice room layout.

But when I visited, the blanket have a bad smell. Ask a room service and they replaced with new one in just 5 minutes

Good cozy hotel.very quiet and relaxing.the rooms are really pretty and the pool was truly awesome! Close to the zoo good for a day’s activity.
Though the hotel is not close to the main hub so not the place if u want the hustle of city

Kesini tahun lalu, dan kesannya begitu luar biasanya hotel ini. Memang kalo cari pemandangan mungkin tempat ini masih kurang, tapi kalo mencari ketenangan, tempat ini cocok banget.
Dan hotel ini bersebelahan dengan Bali Zoo jadi cocok banget bwt liburan bersama anak2.
Suasananya tetap khas Bali banget.
Next, kami pasti akan kesini lagi kalo ada promo lagi seh (karena kemarin kami menginap di villa nya dapat harga promo jadi cocok banget).

Very warm and welcoming family suites; very friendly staff and wonderful service from arrival until departure! Love how it’s just walking distance from Bali Zoo and how zen it is within the area.

The Sanctoo Suites & Villa is an amazing place to relax. They have maintained the property very well. It is really nice and clean. The staff is really helpful, caring and friendly.

We stayed in a villa and was super clean and the bathroom was neat, spacious and airy.

The villa pool was just so clean and the view was beautiful!

The breakfast was limited but the food was good. For dinner they have good options and food was delicious.

They have many spa options and it was a different experience. Loved it!

Additionally, you get to go in the Bali Zoo for free which is a 2 minute walk and another zoo which they take you by a bus.
The zoo is very well maintained and it was amusing in a fun way. They have different activities like breakfasts with orangutans, bird show and animal show.

What a five-star hotel-superb customer service, spacious room and nice swimming pool! We also had free access to the Bali zoo. Staff were all friendly and courteous. Breakfast buffet was sufficient and had both Western and Asian varieties.

Sanctoo is as it’s name suggests. A sanctuary for people to come to and find some peace and love in the middle of their crazy lives. The staff consider their honour to serve as it should be our honour to respect them. The villa was immaculate with own private pool. Highly recommend the blessing ceremony at the temple and the elephant mud fun and expedition. We cannot recommend this gorgeous peaceful oasis in the jungle enough. Thank you so much for everything. The Staffs welcome us very nice and warm. They work carefully and effective. They served you well whil we were waiting the check in process. It was a nice experience.

Entering the villa, it was a huge place, nice bathroom and good view with the private pool.

Surprisingly, we ordered some foods for dinner, it has good taste and fair price.

Free admission to enter the Bali Zoo (actually Bali Zoo is right beside the entrance gate).

I reccommend this place for the family with young kids. Enjoy Bali

The 1 bedroom villa was really good! A little old and tired but if you can look past that was well worth it. The pool and outdoor area were great for swims morning and night. Unfortunately the cocktails were the worst I've ever tasted and I would not pay for them! Some of the food was great and others meals below par. I would recommend this resort for the room only.
The zoo access was a nice addition.

Tempat yg sungguh asyik buat liburan bareng keluarga, harga sesuai dengan apa yg kita dapatkan. Cuman sayang hari ini turun hujan jadi kita ngak bisa ke Bali Zoo (termasuk fasilitas hotel) termasuk ada photografer juga gaes, sdh include dgn biaya kita stay.waoww.keren kan

Charge 150k sudah dpt bf dan tiket balizoo, tapi g dapet extra bet.di dalam kamar muat bisa sampe5-6 dewasa langsing.

Makanan fresh,
Masakan baru, jadi bumbunya terasa, cuma varian menunya dikittt.

Dah gitu aja.
Over all dari 1 sampe 100 nilainya 98 lah. Kurang di menunya aja

Bisa kedengan suara2 hewan yg di Zoo.

Great value for money, great room, excellent service from all staffs. Should definitely try their spa, no wonder it was awarded world’s luxury spa winner in 2017.

Would definitely come back when visiting Ubud!

Walaupun baru 2x menginap di Sanctoo, tapi sangat berkesan, dapat harga promo pula hehe. Suasana hotel sangat asri, bersih, tenang, kolamnya besar dan ramah untuk anak-anak. Untuk staffnya pun juga sangat ramah. Breakfast seperti pada umumnya ada nasi goreng, mie goreng, sereal dan rasanya enak. Terima kasih Sanctoo

We had an amazing stay here! We had a riverside villa and it was perfec to relax with your loved ones.
The area is located right by the Bali Zoo. You can do a Private Buggy Tour in the Zoo that cost around idr 650k. They also provided a photography service and you can do it in the hotel area.
The food was really delicious, staffs were so helpful too would definitely come back someday!

Me and my partner tried the sanctoo package for massage and jacuzzi, the place is very pleasant plus the atmosphere of the sound of “mini waterfall” is super soothing! Superb!

It was a very wonderful experience to be able to stay at this hotel, starting from the front security service, in the lobby, bedroom facilities, restaurant staff service and other facilities, all very perfect, the employees were very kind, attentive from the heart, and did not let you are in a state of confusion, I highly recommend this hotel to you, how not, because the service of all staff is very satisfying, thank you for the service from all of the sanctoo staff during our stay, an experience that we will always remember and feel

Akomodasi yang menarik untuk family vacation

Di dalamnya banyak aktivitas seperti free tiket bali zoo dan elephant feeding, lalu juga ada free photo session oleh fotografer dr hotel. Oiya kolam renangnya saya juga suka, walaupun desainnya biasa tapi terkesan asri dan terawat, airnya jernih dan segar, bikin lebih betah berenang disini daripada di hotel/pool lain yg lebih spektakuler desainnya.

Saran dr saya ambil tipe kamar suites pool access. Jadi keluar pintu belakang langsung kolam renang.

Untuk rate nya lebih murah via kontak/WA admin sanctoo langsung daripada via aplikasi booking hotel. Bisa tawar menawar juga haha.

This is my second time treatment at the sanctoo villa & spa. I think this is the best spa in Bali. The therapist will make sure that you get the best treatment. The ambience was very nice for me. We got welcome drink for free. If you choose the peaceful escape package, you will get a meal (gado-gado or nasi goreng). Pokoknya ini yang terbaik deh. Worth every single rupiah that you paid. Ternyata ada Villa bagus di sini. Lokasinya di tengah hutan yang teduh, dibelah oleh sungai besar yg aman, karyawan ramah, interior hotel yang megah. Dan response staff karyawan peka. Bahagia rasanya stay di sini di kahir Minggu.

I have stayed here for 7 nights and will be sad to leave today. The people here are beautiful, they can't do enough for you. The villa was amazing, food delicious.
I will definitely be back

Beautiful and plush accomdodation and facilities. Nice quiet secluded villas although its still part of zoo complex which you can visit. Excellent service and staff. The only slight disappointment was that the restaurant and food quality does not match the rest of the facilities.

One of the most beautiful places I've been to. Stylish and elegant interior of the villa, private pool where you can relax in peace. On the premises an animal reserve. Delicious breakfasts, you can eat both in the house and in the restaurant. Close to Ubud.

Honeymoon di sini sangat memuaskan. Semua staffnya ramah dan profesional. Cuma sempat ada keluhan banyak semut di handuk langsung ditangani dengan cepat. Sangat direkomendasikan.

Lokasinya cocok untuk orang yang ingin menikmati liburan tanpa bising dengan ramenya aktivitas perkotaan

Stay away! Not only the resort is quite expensive for what you get but they also support animal cruelty and they still offer elephant rides.
Would not recommend at all, specially since theres endless choices to choose from in Ubud.

Berlokasi dipinggir tebing yg indah dg alamnya yg sangat memukau.

Villa is beautiful, but the hote restuarant doesnt have the best food, also the front desk doesnt have good coordination with what package the guest has bought.

Awesome place to stay, if you want to meet nature as well as comfort and lavishness.
Near to zoo, specially enjoyed the elephant mud fun.

I stayed in Bali more than 20 times and this one the worst ever! Zero customer service, no room service for food & very bad one restaurant with limited menu & the stuff has extremely limited understanding of anything! Local Taxi, Grab or Uber mot allowed to pick you up from the hotel by hotel management and hotel cars are not available most of time. They call taxi from outside and they even forgot calling taxi for us! Don’t stay here, it’s maybe 1star hotel only.
