Setelah service di tmpat ini, 2 bulan kemudian laptop saya mati total, trs kata tmpat service yg lain, ada part yg hilang dari laptop saya.akhirnya laptop saya tdk bisa di service sama sekali.saya beli laptop itu susah payah sekali mengumpulkan uang bertahun2

I would highly recommend this company! I've used them multiple times to repair my Lenovo laptop and every time they did an amazing job fixing it! I also needed to fix it very urgently and they have kindly moved my laptop to the top of repair queue and fixed very quickly within one day! I couldn't be happier!

Zonk banget, minta mindahin data ke hardisk eksternal, malah hardisk nya yang jadi rusak. Pas komplain, malah dibilang, udah lama (dari waktu ambil), padahal baru 1 hari, belum lebih dari 24 jam. Untung uangnya mau dibalikin, meski tanpa ganti kerugian hardisk yg rusak.

Pelayanannya sangat memuaskan. Kemarin mau servis keyboard laptop, dan ternyata karena masih garansi bisa digantikan dengan sparepart original yang baru. Prosesnya juga sangat cepat. Mantaaap.

Service nya lama, baru aja lesai di benerin smpe rumah rusak lagi, pas di bawak lgi malah disuruh nunggu seminggu. Barang sudh jadi di service, baru di pakek beberapa bulan malah rusak lagi. Kualitas yg diberikan main" Bngt.

The offline service was good, but I was disappointed with the final result.almost 1 month the laptop was repaired, but the end result was that my files were lost and there was other physical damage.hopefully in the future the same thing will not happen.

Kedua kali nyervis di sini, pelayanan pertama kali bagus, saya dijelasin detail sama teknisinya masalahnya apa.

Service sebulan gak ada di hubungi.sampai h-1 mau di pakai laptopnya baru di kasi tau kalau laptop tidak bisa diperbaiki.coba di jelaskan dari dulu. Terlalu SLOW RESPON

I've been to this place two times already, one time to change the screen of my laptop and one time because my laptop wasn't turning on anymore. Both times they were able to fix the problem quickly and for a very reasonable price. I am very happy with this business and I highly recommend it.

I dropped my Lenovo laptop and bent the corner of the case while visiting Bali. I reached out to several computer stores all over town and they were the most responsive. I took my laptop to them and they did great custom work, fixing the bent corner and getting my laptop back to me fast and at a great price. I highly recommend going to them if you need service done in Bali! Thank you!

Service laptop lenovo dilayani dengan ramah, pengerjaan cepat sekali cuma 1 hari selesai. Dihubungi via WA jika sudah bisa diambil. Tempatnya rumah biasa aja tapi kualitas oke punya. Bravo Bumidata, sukses terus ya.

Your time is not something that is appreciated by this laptop center. Having said, that, when they're not on one of their legendary breaks, the employees do a fantastic job at fixing your laptop.

These people are definitely customer-oriented! Most of the time I went there, it was because of some kind of horrible problem. They immediately tackled the malfunction and fixed it while I waited! And the price, extremely reasonable. I've been dealing with this fine shop for the last 5 years as a Lenovo user. They're the best on Bali and even better than what I've found in Jakarta.d

Service center yang menurut saya agak langka tempatnya disekitar pemukiman penduduk dan cukup jauh dari pusat perbelanjaan di kota, awal saya datang ke tempat ini seperti bingung saya masuk rumah orang atau memang service centernya disini karena tidak ada seperti petunjuk atau terlihat sangat tertutup. Pelayan disini cukup ramah dan setidaknya mengerti tentang apa yang saya keluhkan, yang kurang mungkin saat anda menempelkan surat penyerahan barang ke unit perbaikan. Ini mungkin terlihat tidak masalah, namun jejak pelekat yang digunakan masih tertempel di bagian body laptop bukan dibawah laptop.
