Altogether, I had a superb experience with Sinar Photo and would like to say thank you very much for a friendly and supportive communication and good on-site service in the shop.
For my Bali and Komodo trip, I bought a Sony camera at Sinar Photo in Canggu. Beforehand, I was in contact with Ms. Ayuari via WhatsApp which was very convenient for me. She was super supportive and made available my desired colour of the camera after arriving on Bali. The shop in Canggu is well-sorted and many cameras from Canon and Sony, up to high-end level along with lenses, action cams and other stuff are available there. Ms. Ayuari and the Sinar team took lots of time to help me setting up my camera, to choose right lens for my purpose and finding suitable equipment. Also, I was given little discount and a gift.
As a tourist, you can claim back your paid VAT at airport on the day of departure. In this regard, Sinar Photo will support you filling out necessary documents to proceed.
