Soca House

To go to the pool seen in the photos, you have to leave the hotel and go 3 side buildings. The pool is dirty.bed and pillows are moldy and smelly. There are cockroaches and mice. Even though we booked the room we saw in the photos, we were given a very dirty room and were told that if we wanted to stay in the room in the photos we would have to pay 20$ more. The hotel is very messy, there are renovation materials everywhere.

I try not to write bad reviews if possible.
I am posting this to serve as a reference to travelers who are thinking of having a happy trip, as they may experience some inconvenience due to this accommodation.

The room is damp, the shower is leaking, the drain in the bathroom is clogged and doesn't drain properly, black water comes out of the sink, the bathroom door doesn't close well, and the ceiling is dark as if there are spider webs and mold everywhere. Worst of all, I couldn't sleep all night because I had hives on my body.
I made a reservation for 2 nights, but after staying 1 night, I requested a refund for 1 night.
Fortunately, the owner was kind and gave us a refund, and we moved to another accommodation the very next day.

If you want cheap accommodation despite this environment, use this accommodation.
There are two double beds and the room is spacious.

I made my accommodation reservation late, but all the accommodations in Ubud were fully booked, so I couldn't find a good accommodation. Ubud is a place with many tourists, so if you are planning a trip, we recommend that you quickly reserve a good accommodation.

Peaceful place, kalo suka denger suara jangkrik dan Kawan kawan bisa tinggal disini. Ada sawah dibelakang dan depan kamar, bisa liat liat, tempetnya strategis sih, ga sampe 10 menit ke monkey forest (asal berangkat jam 8 pagi ya, siangan dikit macet parah) terus ke tegalalang juga cuman 20 menitan, ke tegunungan waterfall juga cuman 20 menitan (kalo ga macet)

Sehr freundliche und herzliche Gastgeber, sehr bequeme Betten, alles ist sauber, es gibt warmes Wasser und einen Pool, man kann sehr unkompliziert einen Roller mieten und die Lage ist ruhig für guten Schlaf. Wir waren sehr glücklich mit dem Soca House! Dankeschön!

Good place for your money. The hosts are friendly. The Internet works fine for the most part. The pool is being cleaned. The paths are treated for ants.

Very friendly hosts.
You can see how they are trying to improve housing and put their whole soul into the improvement.
Rooms are cozy and very quiet place
There is always hot coffee and tea.

Dirty pool (dark green), locates 30m from the main hotel. Room with mosquito nest brown color, and a lot of noise from outside ac.we left before the end of our stay.ok it s around 10$€ a night but you can find something way better and enjoy a nice pool in Ubud with a High temperature.
We did check in at a new ressort, room villa with private pool (amazing) and very luxe for 45€

Very guestfriendly Family and the rooms are for that price more than nice. The pool is refreshing and the breakfast cheap and freshly made.

Great place, lovely family, we were here a month and we even had dinner with them. Pool is wonderful, it's quiet and peaceful even though its close to the city. Thanks guys! We will be back)

The staff is really kind, helpful and polite. They have swimming pool, trecking to Mount Batur, a lot of activities and motorcycle rental. The place, gives you a sensation of relax, peace and wellness. The location is so good, it's very near to Ubud city center (recommend to hire a motorcycle) The rooms have basic facilities, but so comfortable.

This is a cute little place to stay. Walkable to all good restuarants around, near to an art museum. They have scooter renting facility which makes it easier anyways once you reach them. They have a pool too and their another property is overlooking the rice fields which is stunning. Both the property is a walk away from lush green fields
