My boyfriend had a craving for Mexican food, and since we are from Southern California we have pretty high standards. Taco Casa exceeded all expectations! We both got build your own burritos and every ingredient was fresh and delicious. The chicken was super tasty, and I was really stoked since I can be on the picky side. Will be back for sure!

A restaurant with very delicious halal food. I tried the quesadillas and tacos, all of which were chicken. They were delicious and the restaurant was clean

Not a great experience sadly. Was looking forward to eating here as it’s been recommended twice by friends. Sad to say it’s below average…you can recreate this with an El Paso kit at home. The taco bowl was tasteless, even worse was we pointed it out to the waitress and she didn’t do anything other than “I’ll ask the chef to improve”. They are not trained to deal with anything but praise but unfortunately I have none for this place. Would go to taco cartel in ubud.

Great food, great staff. I got a burrito, some quesadillas and taco’s and all were super tasty. Definitely worth a visit.

Authentic, I, as a connoisseur of Mexican cuisine, have a positive result, everything was delicious and extremely similar to the tastes of Mexico, I approve and recommend it to you, there are definitely disadvantages, long service and high-quality waiter service, the pricing policy is inflated by 30% does not meet the requirements kitchens, we need to work and improve the quality, overall good, but there is something to work on and a lot of work, a promising establishment, from me with the mark Do better

My wife and I stopped in for a late lunch, got shrimp enchiladas, chicken casadia, and wet burrito. All dishes were delicious, but the wet burrito was so outstanding we got another to go. Would recommend this Mexican restaurant to anyone in the Ubud area. Truly a gem of a restaurant.

The food in general could be improved if not to say regular/bad. I would not recommend it at all. Flavor…. Everything in general.

Huge portion of nachos with great taste.love how they added the cheese and olive properly, and the chicken was cooked well. Overall 10/10. The staff was also friendly and they let me to work while eating here

My best personal choice to look for Mexican food in Ubud, the cheese that melts on your mouth, portions are super big so worth it of the price you pay, staff are very nice and helpful

Terakhir nyoba pas restonya masih kecil dan sempit, sekarang udah lega dan 2 lantai. Bersih dan nyaman. Dulu pegawainya terbirit2 urus pesanan, sekarang meskipun resto fully packed mereka bisa menyapa tamunya. Kualitas dan rasa makanan udah superb dari dulu. Packingan juga oke, rapih pake box dan masing2 saus dipisah pake cup.

Saya oder salad.tastenya terasa enak dan sayur juga fresh. Apalagi ada kacang merahnya.wah terasa dimulut

Great food and great services. I have been visited Tacocasa Ubud for years.before it was renovated. Still amaze with their great food, cleanliness, great services and always enjoy their vibes.

I ordered Quesadillas with Cheese (62K) and Grand Nacos with Chicken (73K), water melon juice (35K) and mixed juice (35K). And they also provided 3 small plates so we can share the food.

I visited this restaurant approaching year end - not crowded and they implemented good health protocols. Their toilet also very clean. I always measured the cleanliness of restaurant from their toilet

If you are looking for an authentic Mexican Food.this is the right place in Ubud! Feels like you’re in Mexico City.

Their wet burrito is the best. Really would recommend this place especially when you're craving for some real Mexican cuisine.

Authentic Mexican food which you may find here, ranging from tacos, nachos, burritos, quesadillas, etc. You get choices for additional topping like chicken, cheese or just standard dish.
I always like and choose their seat position which facing the Pengosekan street where I can enjoy my nachos while watching Ubud street activities from the open window.
Price wise a little bit high for me but this is not my everyday meal so.no big deal ;)

OMG, we were obsessed with this place when in Ubud, we happy we find it also in Canggu area. One of our favorite places to eat. Super fresh and good food. The beef meat/ carne asada is so so good.
Nice place, nice vibe and very friendly stuff members, good location easy to find and with a nice parking spot.

Read reviews that they are often too busy & crowded. We went there around 6.30pm and was not busy at all.
The taste was all on point, portion is big even for the small option. Price is average. Staff are friendly and professional. The restaurant set up is simple & fresh. Looks clean, even inside the kitchen. The kitchen is open & visible which is good.

Hands down one of the best (and cheesiest but not to the point of ugh) enchiladas I've had ever! The quesadillas was also good, added extra jalapeno. The only downside is no dogs allowed, so we ate at the table by the door and a lot of stray dogs were sitting next to us and I felt bad. (Gave them food, I keep doggie dry food in my car for strays).

Love this place, bit on the expensive side in comparison with other places. But the food is great. Love the wet burrito!

Another amazing Taco Casa place. They got their burrito right, just like in the states. Reminds me a bit of Chipotle. With Margarita and alcohol too.

You can definitely enjoy simple Mexican dishes here though it will be hard to park since they only have 2 cars spot.

The wet burrito or naked burrito are my favorites! Yummy and tasty! You can never go wrong with cilantro rice and black beans. Be mindful of the carbs though

Its good, just all the things has the same taste to me.i mean, all the plates has the same seasoning and similar ingredients.

Setiap berkunjung ke ubud ini tempat makan mexico favorit di ubud dengan bahan makan yg sngt fress dan tentu enk sekali.
Dan paling sya terkejut lagi ternyata owner orang karangasem kubu ban.
Taco casa is the best.

I eat low carb so eating in Ubud has its challenges. This place allowed for me to make a naked burrito with many options and it was delicious. Prices are always a bit higher in Ubud but if you like tacos and burritos this is the place. It's busy at all times of the day so it tells you right there that its popular for a reason.

Good quality Mexican food. The staff were very pleasant and quick. The food was very good. Good service, quick turn around on tables. Reasonably priced

We ordered a take away tonight, thru our friend here in Ubud. They were kind enough to go get it for us. But when it arrived, wow what a let down. We order 2 burritos, 1 - 8 layer wet and 1 - Build your own with almost everything but meat. We are vegetarian.

I really wanted some Mexican and decided to spend the money to get some good stuff. But not what we got. Both of them had lots of random vegetables, but no rice, no beans, barely any cheese and the list goes on.

Basically most of the 8-layers and custom were not included or a very small amount was, the things you expect to be included in a burrito were missing completely.

If you looking for a bunch of random vegetables in a tortilla, then it might be for you. But if you looking for what they say on their menu and traditional Mexican burrito, then they are way off or at least they were they ours.

Very disappointed and won't be ordered from them again.

Such a phenomenal texmex place if you’re looking for something simple yet delicious not to mention extremely well priced and affordable. I have been to Bali 3x and always make a mandatory visit to this great place

I was hurting for a burrito and Taco Casa saved me. I'm from Austin, Texas and their Mexican food is 100% spot on at taco casa. I went back twice. I was out like a baby after that meal.
