The Artini Resort , Ubud

Excellent hotel, gorgeous view of the floodplain, two swimming pools - one deep, the second suitable for children, a good pool bar. Very beautiful and well-groomed area
Very good location, right in the center, but since it is not near the road, it is quiet and only the cicadas can be heard.
You need to be prepared for some ups and downs as the hotel cuts through the river bed, but it is not difficult and comfortable.
The staff is very helpful, friendly and sweet!
I will definitely come back and highly recommend it to everyone!

Couldn't ask for a better Bali stay. The best thing about this accommodation is that it's off the main road down a driveway. Therefore, you can unwind properly without road noise/hustle and bustle.

Everything was really perfect, a magnificent stay.the welcome always a hello and a kind word each time you pass by! The spacious rooms, very clean. The superb infinity pool, the massages are Top, the kindness of all the staff.
The location is central, everything is nearby.

The room was terribly old and moldy, you should not trust the pictures on booking or agoda. The moldy smell strikes you when you enter the room, despite an old and noisy aircon full blast, which is not surprising when you see the dampened walls (see pictures). The room is in poor condition, with dangerous sockets, stained curtains, poorly maintained equipment and broken tiles (see pictures). They fixed the sockets when we asked them, but why should we ask for such obvious fix in the first place?

Unfortunately, the food does not make is nicer and is barely average, with little variety.

Despite the facts that the staff is really nice and the scenery is beautiful, you can find much better deal in Ubud for the same price. I would not recommend this place.

Absolutely amazing place! Beautiful, quiet, serene surroundings in an otherwise busy city. The rooms and facilities are great and the hospitality is next level. We had an amazing time here, in no small part due to the extremely kind staff. A special thank you to Kadek, who really made our stay memorable!

Had an absolutely wonderful stay during our trip to Bali in 2023 - the staff members were extremely kind and helpful, and the facilities were nothing less than gorgeous. Service was top-grade and we were both especially happy about getting to know Kadek at the reception desk, who is an extremely pleasant and friendly pressence at the hotel. Great recommendation!

Initially we were provided a room at the end of the hotel with mosquitos and insects flying around in it. The room was very small and congested for three people and there were so many stairs and ramps to get to the room. My dad is a heart patient and all the stairs were making it worse. When we asked for another room they said all rooms were occupied. We called our agent and after they spoke with a hotel suddenly a big room which was closer to the reception became available. They initially lied to us. The breakfast served was not that great either. The pools and area could use a lot of maintenance.

The location is good, right in the middle of the shopping area.

Overall, we felt it wasn't as great as the reviews.

The room and bathroom was dirty and rundown. They do not have bathrobes and there was a funky smell in our room which might be coming from the dustbins in the room. It is pretty unhygienic for the dustbins to not have a plastic bag in them especially when you need to throw wet rubbish in. Also, the toiletries provided are not personalised. They are shared from previous guest who used the room. I find this unhygienic too cos you never know what others might do! The surrounding areas like the hotel pool is great and the scenery from the hotel room is fantastic. The service of the hotel staff was impeccable. Balinese people are genuine and very kind. A shoutout to the guys working in the hotel and the pregnant staff who gave me a great massage on my last night. However, given a choice, I will not return to this hotel again as hygiene is so damn important for us. We simply cannot be comfortable staying at a place that’s not clean and hygienic.

Artini Dijiwa is both very close to the center but also very quiet!
great location, the hotel itself is amazing, having 2 pools on different levels, pool bar, a rice field and a-lot plants and trees surrounding it, a really peaceful environment.
The room was spacious, clean, had a big bathroom, fridge and very comfortable bed.the staff.always very friendly, polite, helpful and very pleasant people, they helped me with everything!
I loved every minute of my stay there. Thank you so much!

Overall tempatnya nyaman, kalau butuh healing yg butuh kembali ke alam tempat ini cocok. Bisa untuk acara keluarga, kantor bahkan honeymoon. Tersedia berbagai jenis kamar dg fasilitas yg bervariasi. Ada yg udah modern dengan kunci kartu ada yg tradisional make kunci kayu+gembok besi.
Gerbang masuknya pinggir jalan tapi hotelnya masih agak masuk ke dalem. Kalau ada mobil lewat harus antri gantian karena cuma bisa pakai 1 jalur. Tapi setelah masuk resortnya, ternyata luas jadi suara bising kendaraan tidak terlalu kedengaran. Cumaaa mesti naik turun dan itu lumayan bikin eungap untuk aku yg jarang olahraga.
Untuk acara gathering atau rapat kantor dan sebagainya juga cocok karena ada ruang rapat yg cukup representatif

Most important for me was how great all @theartinidijiwaubud staff are meeting and exceeding my needs. I felt like they really care about everything. I really enjoyed the service, along with amazing food at @tabletalkubud. All the food we had was good, especially they serve on floating breakfast and picnic breakfast! I couldn't wait to stay at @dijiwasanctuaries other properties! If you are looking for a rice field view, this is the place for you.

I loved every bit of my stay at the Artini — lovely staff, comfy room, relaxing pool, and excellent location. I wish I stayed here for my whole trip in Bali. Will definitely be back soon. ️

Extremely friendly and good service provided. The resort is strategically located near many shops, restaurants, spa, pharmacy and dozens of bike rental/tours within walking distance. Really like our room and bathroom that were super spacious and we had balcony facing the pool as well. What we didn't prefer was the slopes/downhill to and fro the room towards reception & entrance/exit of the resort.

We arrived at this resort that had so many wonderful reviews online but when we arrived, there was no one to greet us at the entrance or even help with our luggage. Finally found the reception got our keys for the rooms my room had a pad lock on the door to lock it, didn't feel safe in the room there was no security what so ever! Asked for a extra pillow and blanket but it was extra charge, no hair dryer or face towels in the room. DO NOT STAY if you have a bad back or leg problems due to its a hike to get to the pool area and restaurant very steep hills! The pool bar is a absoulte joke has no seats to sit at and is too high up.to even stand, the barman was even not there hours on end or just sitting on his phone or asleep! We asked for some towels for the pool and he said he only had 2 left until 10am the next morning until other people came to the pool asking the same question he then made a phone call to get more towels! If I could rate this place it wouldn't even be a one star! Do not stay at this hotel! You will be disappointed like us and other guest were!

So lovely place and all the staff are so kind. All the time give the right information for tour.
Also, they offer some discount coupon for foods and coffee. This was nice, not about the discount, but about the suggestion.

This is a nice place to stay. Staff are friendly and accommodation. The rooms are nice and modern and there are two swimming pools. The breakfast is very good and plentiful and the restaurant serves good food in the evenings. It is well located in Ubud.
