The Bali Florist exceeded my expectations. From great communication and prompt responses to providing pictures of the beautiful bouquet of fresh and vibrant flowers. And not to mention the handwriting note for my daughter’s birthday, just so thoughtful and more lovely then a printed note.

The Bali Florist team were great to deal with and I couldn't recommend them more highly. I ordered from overseas and the process was smooth and straightforward. They were great at communicating with me, discussed potential options, and made sure everything was delivered on time and without issue. Lovely people, great service, reliable and professional.

Definitely the best customer care I ever experienced in Bali. Liza and her team are amazing. I bought the Sodafresh there and Liza explained everything very detailed and even made me some videos, on how to use in proper way. The service here is very good, they respond in WhatsApp almost immediately, the delivery was on time and it’s possible to buy flowers from all over the world to deliver them on Bali.

High quality flowers and arrangements, very good coffee and a popular place for morning or afternoon tea. This is one of the few places I have found in Bali that takes the trouble to serves good tea. A good range of tea served properly in a teapot.

Great service and the flowers are really amazing. They have a large variety of flowers available and their costumer service was really attentive when their was a minor problem regarding the package. They were so fast to solve the problem and even added some bonus stuff as compensation for the inconvenience. Overall I'm really satisfied with their service. My girlfriend was really happy with my gift for her, so I would definitely recommend this to people if they're looking for gifts for their loved ones within Bali.

The best florist in Bali! I ordered the "Be My Valentine" Breakfast Bouquet for a colleague's birthday and the delivery exceeded my expectation. The floral arrangement was stunning, coupled with delicious local pastries and a hand-written birthday card. Delivered in less than 24hrs from placing the order!

I needed to send some flowers to the nurses at the local hospital for taking such good care of me and so went online to check out the florists and reviews while I was lying in a hospital bed. The Bali Florist had the best reviews and a great range so I WhatsApped them and chatted with Liza who was very helpful. She sent over some photos of follower arrangements that she recommended, I decided on one of them, paid via PayPal and the flowers were with the nurses that day. Great service, price & delivery with helpful friendly staff, highly recommended A+.

I wanted to order some flowers for my Mum's birthday and have come across this local florist in Sanur. I have placed an order from Australia and Liza have been helping me throughout the process of ordering and deliveries.

Despite ordering last minute, Liza was able to arrange it to be delivered the next morning. Highly recommend to support this wonderful local florist as they have put their time and effort into what they do best which clearly shown in the final product.

Extremely satisfied! When you order a bouquet of any kind to be delivered, you are being updated through WhatsApp of every part of the process. From the making of the bouquet itself (pictures included) to the actual delivery. I would highly recommend this florist if your goal is to have a bouquet delivered. 10/10 customer service!

Very swift responses especially on WhatsApp. Seller was very friendly and kept in touch before and after delivery of the beautiful flowers and basket to my best friend in Bali. I bought The Van Gogh Bloom Basket for my girlfriend, they arrived right on time, in great condition. The service was excellent, they clearly communicated everything with me. They let me know when they were on the way, and when they arrived. They also explained that the tulips would be kept carefully by them so that they would be perfect when they arrived. And they are perfect! And they look and smell amazing. She loves the chocolates too! Hard to find this quality of service.

Just had another satisfying service from The Bali Florist. The response was quick, with options to accomodate your need. Flower arrangements are so fabuluous. The chocolate.is sooo delicious. My fiancee just loved them (she even doesn't want to share with anyone else). Unlike other chocolate, they are not too sweet with a variety of taste that are simply out of this world! Combined with unique shapes and neatly packaged, they bring the quote from Forrest Gump to life: "My mama always said, life is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're gonna get"

They deliver to Payangan! Communication through their online portal and response by email was fast and efficient. They also gave handy tips on how to care for and preserve the flowers. I would order from them again.

I’m very impressed by how quick this florist shop puts together my order and responds! I contacted them on Friday night and got my bouquet on Sunday morning. They made everything in the process straightforward and smooth, and suggested great ideas for my bouquet according to my budget. Delivery was speedy and easy to coordinate too!

It is the 12th here in California, but in Bali, it is the 13th, and is already my best friends birthday!
