Asti good service and hospitality very good, and then for French toast with banana and avocado delicious and cappuccino very nice coffee

Nice little café switch wifi. The coffee croissant was very good. Good service, especially from the server Sintya.

Please take a good look at the menu.
The addition of bacon is indicated in a small sign on the menu.
If you do it wrong, more will come out.
When I first sat down at the table, I asked if I would get stained.
I ordered it and got more money.

Bacon wasn’t actually bacon and it was super dry. +I asked to have some ingredients changed, they accepted but when the bill came they charged me for the “added” things.

Too expensive (€63 for 3 people main course and drink) for what it is, very reasonable quantity, do not eat at the airport there are good quality restaurants at attractive prices at every street corner in Bali. I wish you a happy stay!

Perfect spot to wait for your next flight, good wifi, good food, poached egg perfectly cooked, i came before and will come back.

As we were early for our flight, we took the time to relax to enjoy the space in the Ngurah Rai International Airport Bali.
The staff are friendly and service is fast and efficient. As I was short of IDR currency, I chose to pay with my credit card. The staff came to the table for payment. Such nice and fantastic service.
We enjoyed our drinks here while just watching what went on in the airport area. There was a Caucasian couple just kissing and hugging while being oblivious to the public. Such show of intimacy is a rare sight especially in the Asean region. But not so in Bali. Most of the whites here are arrogant with a sense of entitlement. They even argue with the locals. At the hotel where I stayed, some guys come into the cafe and restaurants in just their shorts and topless, while talking loudly.
I was just so glad to be at the airport and can't wait to board the plane and go home.

Awesome place to dine when in airport departure area. Eka the staff is wonderful and she will give you suggestions according to the taste.

It felt that lady who served us was pretty pushy, by asking if we want this or that, she kept on coming back to take our order was 5 of us so it took longer for us to decide. She took half of our order while others were still deciding, she came back again asking if we will order food. She took our order, she asked if we want water and wrote it to our bill.
When we got our bill to pay we were really surprised that everything was added separate, it even gelt she is is doing it so we pay more. Water cost us more than the coffees, the coffee drinks that they advertised they charged for everything separate 2 scoops of ice cream, cream was all extra charge. One of our friends ordered banana bread she asked if he wants fruit so she added to the bill. Each fruit was charged extra price. Extra for strawberries, extra for bananas, ect.in the end the bill was really high, not what we expected and she never mentioned that it would be extra charge for any of it. Normally it's already in the price what's advertised on the menu but wasn't in this place.

It was too early for us to check in so we decided to have a seat at this cafe and ordered something to pass the time. Else where in the airport it was too hot for us but the seating here though without air-conditioning it's quite breezy and relatively cooler.
We ordered a apple crumble cake, a mocha, a caesar salar and a coke. I loved the mocha as its not too sweet to my liking. The rest was decent enough.

Asti is so good at selling and providing professional customer service. Better the food is good and friends and I enjoyed it very much. Great way to end our Bali trip. Giv her and team a raise please. Really really dope. 10/10

I had experienced the best service from the staff “YUDA”. Food and beverage were good, but Yuda really made my day at this coffee shop. He’s very attentive and authentic with a smile. He helped me a lot when I need an assistance with charging. I’ll definitely come back here again!

Tempatnya asik buat sarapan, makan roti oles alpukat-telor ceplok+salad dan teh panas. Porsi rotinya besar, cuma teh pepermintnya rasanya asin (mungkin bawaan merek teh "tea drop"), bikin drop stars. Rotinya enak, mungkin management pelu coba merek teh lain yang lebih enak. Meski harga makanan abit pricey tapi kebayar dengan servisnya ok banget dan ramah sekali.

Quality of the food and the service did not match the price they charged. I paid more than IDR200,000 for my flat white + french toast, and it was literally 2 pcs of Circle K white bread that they toasted, slapped with nutella, and decorated with frozen berries that were still solid frozen. It took the service staff more than 20 minutes to prepare the food, it seemed that the person taking my order forgot about it & I had to remind him about it. By the time it was ready, I had to leave to board my plane. One lady staff was kind enough to offer me a takeout box, however, I doubted that the airport security would allow me to bring any food item on to an international flight: (

Had takeaway and the staff were very accommodating. The salad was good and the chicken sandwich was decent. For airport food I was happy.

Decent large cappuccino and decent Wi-Fi. The prices are about quadruple normal Indonesian prices but that’s standard at the this airport anyway. Whatever company owns the airport is raking it in ….

Amazing food & drink, price a bit high but the quality is amazing, beautiful service from Berlin and the other staff is friendly also

My partner and I have spent an entire week in Bali feeling completely fine, mostly because we only ate in our hotel, in which we were guaranteed the food and drink was tourist-friendly. This is the only other place we ate in Bali, and a few hours after that, both of us started getting stomachache and diarrhoea. As this is a cafe mostly attended by tourists, we assumed it would be tourist-friendly but clearly we were wrong. We think either the food was not properly cooked, or that the juices are prepared using water/ice from the tap.

The food was great. The sandwich is incredible, good service from the staff. Asti, Arista, Yuda, Cyntia & Detta really provide me everything that i need. Thanks to all the server especially Detta. Really good work

Nice place to fill time - get some work done or just watch the world go by with good food and friendly service. Enjoyed a great club sandwich, a delicious huge lemon meringue pie and a number of beers to fill the 3hrs transit wait I had - with no pressure to move on.

Worst breakfast ever! It costs twice as much as food outside, and tastes twice as bad!

Egg is dry and chunky, mushrooms are dry, bacon is leathery.
