The Diana Suite

We have used it a couple of times when arriving late in Bali.near the airport and easy to get of when going to the final destination. Hotel offers to arrange airport pickup / dropoff at reasonable prices so can recommend this rather than battling the taxi drivers swarming arrival

On the first night of arriving in Bali, choose a hotel close to the airport. There are friendly counter staff here, who greet people with a smile, and help to carry luggage to the room. The room is spacious and a bit old, but it is kept clean. There is a swimming pool that can be used. There is a distance from the street here, so you can enjoy the local culture and integrate into the local social environment by walking slowly.

The main advantage of the hotel is its proximity to the airport! All! Breakfast for 70 thousand, but there is nothing to eat. The rooms do not match the photos taken for a long time. Just spend the night after arrival without claims

The rooms are quite good.but the bathroom smells of sewage, which is not pleasant at all.and the location of the hotel is an old hot atmosphere and the streets are narrow.we had difficulty getting out and entering the hotel by taxi

Very nice hotel to spend a night before or after the flight. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Nice poolside restaurant, both of which are open until 10pm. But the staff is very friendly and helpful everywhere.

Toilet water leaking into our shower.

We booked to stay two nights here and checked out early upon discovering toilet water leaking across the floor and into the shower. We asked for an alternative room to which there were none available. The following morning we asked for a refund for the night we were no longer staying and were declined.

Perfect for arriving from airport and plan the rest of your trip. Good communication, I even ordered Birthday decor for my girlfriend and they took care of it well

Emplacement idéal pour une nuit en transit. C'est proche de l'aéroport. Pour kuta beach m, il faut marcher un peu mais c'est faisable. Sinon taxi.

Perfect for what we needed after getting into Bali late. Friendly and helpful staff. Great pool for the kids. Shouldn't pay anymore that 15,000IDR to get here from airport.

We booked in here to waste a few hours before our flight.

We were welcomed by friendly staff.

We sat by the pool, and ordered French fries, 2x lemon iced teas, and a small Margarita Pizza. The teas arrived 20 mins later, the chips another 10mins after that and the pizza arrived another 30mins after that. A full hour for the most basic pizza.

A very basic room, which needs painting and maintenance.

The outside furniture needs cleaning as there was bird poop on the sun loungers and umbrellas.

The constant bass music thumping loudly near the pool (in a wannabe Ibiza setting!) was the least relaxing and gave us a headache before our flight!

Cheap as a stop gap, but anything but relaxing.

The positives were that it was cheap, the pool was lovely and it was a very convenient 10 minute taxi ride to the airport.

- arrived at 10pm, was told a room was 500k without breakfast (per night). Asked for a price match with booking which she declined. So I booked via booking for 400k with breakfast.

- came back 10 mins after check-in to get water but was told the bar closes at 10 and the fridge is locked. The fridge was 5 meters away from her but ‘inaccessible’ which is an unacceptable blunder on management’s behalf (the security guard was friendly enough to take me to the store though!)

- the rooms are fine. The bathroom on the deluxe had a weird indoor/outdoor situation, it was noisy, the outlet was placed in the middle of the double bed (worked occasionally) and the lamps were fake. It wasn’t terrible but not great either.

- location is terrible apart from the airport vicinity.

Budget friendly hotel near the Ngurah Rai International Airport. The room is spacious but I doubt the cleanliness. Breakfast included was relatively delicious.

Overall, I had a great experience with the TDS; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate vacation.

First unit given to us had a strong smell and 2 centipedes. We immediately requested for a room change, sadly the only available ones of the same type were twin beds only. The sofa was too far from the TV and the small TV is positioned strangely high. When I opened the bathtub tap, mud coloured water came flowing out initially before turning into clear normal water. Had abit of language barrier as the staffs had difficulty understanding simple English. Breakfast was okay. Location is good as its near to DPS airport and can get to malls or cafes nearby.

Good for an airport layover. Nice little resort with big rooms, friendly staff.
My only problem was I had not hot water for the shower and the breakfast was not very good.

Kamar luas dan bersih, pelayanan bagus dan ramah2.
Parkiran memadai dan lokasi mudah di jangkau.

Menginap di kamar tipe pavilion, ukuran kamar besar, ada bathtub. Kamar bersih dari debu, hanya saja lantai kurang bersih. Air kamar mandi berminyak, kamar mandi bersih, amenity lengkap. Staff ramah dan membantu. Pool bersih.

First time in bali after so long. Good place, large room with nice price. Near the airport and nice service in there

Tempatnya tidak terlalu ramai, rasa sarapan lumayan enak, kamarnya bersih tapi kondisi kamar mandi tidak terlalu baik

Kamarnya lebih besar dari rata-rata, hanya kebersihannya perlu diperhatikan lagi. Waktu saya menginap ada sarang laba-laba di plafon dan lantainya lengket-lengket. Walaupun begitu resepsionisnya ramah dan sangat membantu. Pool side nya jg lumayan enak buat ngopi

Tempatnya nyaman bersih sarapanya juga menarik, banyak pilihan.

Staff is OK. Otherwise it was nothing.the room was really dirty, old, and dingy. The air conditioning made more noise than your motorcycle. The wall was in need of repainting. But the worst was the bathroom. The toilet didn’t flush really well. The floor was coloured with something I don’t want to know. I know it is on cheaper side and it is close to the airport, but it should be at least acceptable.
