The Pavilion Hotel Kuta

Friendly people. Recommended. Not far from the beach, bars, restaurants. Nice swimming pool. Clean.

Clean and simple hotel and surprisingly quiet considering the area. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and simply furnished. If you just want a good base to use to heat out for a couple of nights, then this is a perfect option.

Service was really super friendly and helped me with all sorts of problems, you can rely on the employees.

Good value for the price. Quiet location with not that many options for restaurants and cafes. Main areas are about 15m walking distance. Apart from wifi problems and weak signal in our room, everything was in order. Rooms are quite compact with lack of storage options.

I book with booking when I arrive she toly me it’s not paid I told her the booking showed the confirmation and it’s paid she said no it’s not I was so tired I just arrived that night to Bali I paid her cash but later on when I checked with my bank I found out that the money has been cuted she lied and she kept the cash for her

Super place for the money. First stayed when it first opened about seven years ago and been back a frw yimes since. Rooms almost as good as new. Great staff and great location.

Basic room for a good price. Location in Kuta is decent. Easy walk to get to all areas around. The staff was super attentive for any questions or requests we had. Changed the trash and gave us towels daily when we left the key for them. Got laundry done at a good price and they set up a transfer and ferry for our trip to Gili. The staff was absolutely the nicest and really made our stay excellent.

I have stayed at the Pavilion a few times now, Great place, Clean, Hot water, Pool always sparkling clean! Staff are Wonderful, At Reception Ayu is wonderful, and Angus, nothing is ever too much trouble Fantastic place! Highly recommend

Musim rict, ze nas ubytovani s kamaradkou nadchlo, umisteni je v centru kousek od plaze, ale hluk z venku vubec neni slyset. Pokoj cisty a utulny. Male venkovni posezeni ke kazdemu pokoji a perfektni bazen na schlazeni pokud nechcete jit na plaz. Personal velmi mily a ochotny, pomuze a rad poradi. Bonus je usmev na tvari kazdy den a pozitivni nalada.
I have to say I were delighted with the accommodation, the location is in the center not far from the beach, but the noise from outside is not heard at all. The room is clean and cozy. Small outdoor seating for each room and a perfect pool if you don't want to go to the beach. The staff is very kind and willing to help and give advice. A bonus is a smile on their face every day and a positive mood.

Kamar nyaman, AC dan Air Hangat sangat baik dan ada kolam renang di depan kamar, layanan baik dan lokasinya strategis sekali, cukup dengan jalan kaki saja kalau mau ke Kuta dan sekitarnya. BEST PRICE, BEST SERVICE, BEST EXPERIENCE karena tetangga kamar semuanya turis mancanegara, cuma kita aja yang lokal jadi serasa kita yang liburan ke luar negeri

Friendly staff. Good location, near restaurants and souvenir shops. Downside, parking. The parking lot is quite far from the hotel. If you need to get something from your car, someone will take you to the parking lot.

Lokasi strategis banget, klo parkir mobil cukup untuk 2 saja karna di dalam gang lokasinya, enakan bawa motor aja, kamar mandinya gampamg banjir karna

Friendly and helpful staffs. Reasonably priced room. Good location - you can walk to nearby places such as Kuta Beach area.

Lokasinya cukup strategis untuk ke pantai, clubing, beli ole2 juga tempat makan hanya dgn jalan kaki aja. Kamarnya bersih, lingkungan nyaman dan ada kolam renangya dan yg utama harganya sangat bersahabat.

Access to hotel by car is not so convenience, also the location. Rooms and bathroom are small, as the hotel itself is small and packed. Small pool and the noise get into all rooms.

One of the best hotel located in Kuta approximately 20 minutes far from airport.

Kuta beach is on 5-8 minutes walking distance. Shops, massage parlors, money changer, mart and restaurants all are located in the surroundings of the hotel.

Hotel and rooms are very clean, comfortable bed, smart TV with access of YouTube and Netflix, free water bottles, tea maker, AC, safety box, wardrobe and towel are available in room.

All rooms have Balcony with beautiful view of swimming pool. Pool opens till 22: 00 and clean daily in the morning.

Check in was super quick. Staff was very helpful and cooperative.

Definitely stay here again and again.

This was a great hotel in an awesome spot with fantastic staff, we stayed for 8 days in the heart of Kuta, only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that we requested an extra bed for our 9 year old but wasn't really enough room for it, so we all slept in the king bed, would definitely come back

Overpriced for that kind of room. They don't provide toothbrush. The room doesn't have table and chair. They charged me IDR 300K, which I think for that price you can stay in a better hotel like POP, etc.

The shower was broken and didn’t have hot water!
When we asked the man in charge he came up with a dozen of excuses and made us wait 30 minutes until he “fixed” the tank that had the hot water.
After 30 minutes no hot water, so he sent us to another room with our towels wrapped around our waists JUST TO HAVE A SHOWER and then back again.
Well, no matter how much we complained about this all, NOTHING happened and until the time we left we only took cold showers as it was worthless to complain.
Other than that, the rooms were basically clean, nice pool, helpful stuff and good location.

Bosnya semena-mena sama staffnya, gaji tidak sesuai dengan umk, service tidak 10% sesuai yg dijanjikan, padahal pajak juga dimanipulasi harusnya mereka bayar pajak untuk 28 kamar tapi hanya bayar 16 kamar.
Tolong orang pajak untuk menertibkan ini dan orang Disnaker untuk bisa beri sangsi ke hotel ini karna tidak fair dengan staffnya

Really enjoyed our stay here. Our plane was delayed but they have someone on site 24hours so we had a very late check in, close to airport. Down a little alley so no traffic noise. Beds were very comfortable. A/C was good. Hot water showers. Clean rooms. We asked to stay an extra night and they moved us to a deluxe room with a queen bed and private balcony overlooking the pool.

Very kind. It was close to the airport, with easy access to downtown, shopping malls and the sea, so I stayed here for the first and last days of Bali. I think it is excellent for the price. On my last trip, I kept my luggage and was able to carry around comfortably. Thank you very much for them kind. I highly recommend this place. ^^b

The room was adequate for one night however the standards of hygiene and cleanliness were extremely low. The bed sheets were stained, the toilet and tap water was black, there were black hairs everywhere and there were a lot of bugs. We left as early as we could.
