Location wise, ain't the most strategic place.rooms were clean, few issues were the electricity went out in mine's once but they quickly fixed it.very quiet, rarely seen people here, kinda creepy but some people might like it.abandoned rooftop, lights on the rooftop is off when it's night.it's clear that it's still recovering from the pandemic.

We had a really good morning with silence. The place is very silent, the bed is huge and soft.
The shower is strong enough and kept warm perfectly, but shower room has no door. It makes us feel cold while taking shower.
The breakfast is so-so. Coffee is nice.
Each staff is very polite and nice.
Pool is clean but we didn't swim because of having no time for it unfortunately.

Their shuttle wasn't workingduring our trip.

Eerily quiet. It's a huge hotel but only one floor is open right now so it’s like a ghost town and very creepy. The security is poor, anyone can walk in and come up the elevator. The security working at night were asleep when we came in late one night. I can see that it has the facilities of a 5 star and was most likely stunning when in full occupancy but it is not a 5 star right now with not all facilities open and very few staff working. The rooms are run down and need more cleaning, so much dust under the bed and a lot of chipped wood and grime. Easy fixes.
The breakfast buffet doesn’t cater for international guests, rice and fried only. They did make us eggs on request however. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We ate from the lunch menu once and it was disgusting.

Absolutely awful hotel it was dirty and unclean very much deserted and I know why you are very isolated and the pools were disgusting

The hotel is not in perfect condition physically but its worth for what you’re paying for.
Rooms are crazy spacious, location is amazingly strategic (close by Jimbaran beach, malls, restaurants), and Hospitality is on point! They’re responsive and very helpful.

The place is amazing, and the hotel has about 260+ somewhat rooms, but it's so quiet. There are not too many people in this hotel, but everything's good, but it needs a little renovation.

The staff here was so heartwarmingly firendly and courteous that they almost felt like family. On arrival we immediately received an upgrade to a suit that was very roomy and quiet throughout the night, a welcome change from the noisy nights in Canggu and Seminyak. A shuttle service takes you to the Beach every 30 minutes. The facilities look luxurious. The only downside was that it felt a little empty but this might be to it not having picked back up bookings to pre pendamic levels.

Thanks again to the staff, you guys where so sweet.

It's kinda an old hotel, but I love the hospitality. Their staffs were so kind and good.

Unfortunately, the ornament and building were so old and weren't well-cleaned.

The Sintesa Residence Jimbaran is an absolutely STUNNING hotel, with the most accommodating staff. They are so warm and welcoming and only too happy to help. They treated us like family, and are so good with kids. We stayed in a beautiful 3 bedroom apartment, one of the nicest places we have stayed in Bali, in fact anywhere in the world (and we have stayed in some of the finest 5 star hotels around Europe, Australasia and America)! We felt at home, and the staff treated us like family. The food and drinks were well priced and delicious, the welcome drinks were so tasty and refreshing. We loved the Indonesian breakfast, me goreng or nasi goreng. Our 13,10 and 3 yr old LOVED the pool table and karaoke machine. The beds were so comfy and we didn't need a portable cot as their were 2 twin beds, a queen bed and a king bed. The 2 bathrooms had deep baths and large showers. Great for a family of 5. The apartment was well air-conditioned, and had all the amenities such as a fridge/freezer, microwave, a water cooler (so didn't need to buy water), and an oven with stove top. The views from this hotel are amazing as they arenat the top of a hill, and the main street is just a 2 minutes taxi ride away. One of the most beautiful beaches Jimbaran beach is not far. I highly recommend this fantastic, luxurious hotel for any family. I didn't want to leave and miss the beautiful staff. Can't wait to come back and hopefully as they get more people coming after Australia's borders being closed and only recently opened, the other amenities such as the spa facilities.

The room is spacious and clean, especially the living room. But for the bedroom and bathroom is a little bit poorly maintained.
The hotel staff is super friendly.
The location is far from the main street so it is nice and quite.

The rooms are luxury feel and design. The bed and pillows feels like 5 star hotel. The hotel is in quite area and feels like abandoned hotel because of Covid-19 pandemic.

The rooms are great- spacious, luxury feel and design, bathroom has a separate shower and bathtub plus a closet. The bed and pillows are that 4/5 star feel. The hotel is in a quiet part of town. Nothing really within walking distance but ordering a taxi through a local app was easy and cheap enough to travel everywhere we wanted to go. But other than that, this hotel is quite deserted still (feels like a ghost town). The restaurant was empty besides a couple people each time we saw it. The pizza and potato wedges were okay quality (not worth it though) so we ate out for all our meals. They also didn’t allow us to charge it to our room. I don’t recommend booking taxis through the hotel as it’s triple the going rate. It took 24 hours to get our laundry back (which was crazy to me). Staff tried to be friendly but I just sensed depression through them. Anyways, worth a comfy room! The room is def 4/5 stars but the hotel itself has a way to go to redeem that holistic rating.

Dg lobby nya yg hanya ada 2 sofa kayu sebagai tempat utk menunggu proses cekinn, Li gkungan sekitar TDK terawat, hanya melihat 3 pegawai SJ, mungkin efek Corona, restauran tutup, kolam TDK terawat sampai sy memutuskan utk TDK mencoba kolamnya

Datang saat masa pandemi, ini hotel bagus tapi karena pandemi hotel ini menjadi sepi sekali, untuk yang ingin liburan ke bali bersama keluarga, hotel ini bisa di jadikan pilihan karena harga murah dan kamar yang sangat luas.

Nginap di The Sintesa Jimbaran, plg enak dan bersih selama saya liburan di Bali, pegawai2 ya ramah dan baik. Pelayanan ya bagus. Oke banget. Mudah2an pandemi cpt berakhir, dan mulai rame lg. Thank you The Sintesa Jimbaran

Overall a good hotel and suites.
Suggestions:
1.need to improve food quality and
2. Outdoor AC unit need to be reinstalled properly and not attach directly to a room wall. The noice of it really anoying.

Ada di Puncak Bukit gitu Hotelnya. Ada mobil khusus antar jemput d Pantai Jimbaran tiap jam. Sediain sewa mobil n motor juga. Untuk hotel bintang 5 trmasuk murah di banding Hotel Bintang 5 lainnya. Ada kolam renang jg. Untuk Breakfast agak mahal.

Super Badly Maintained and neglected sad state especially the room and bathrooms.misleading to state that its a 5 star.and one of the top resort - very wrong!

Very clean and the staff very very pleasant. Very quiet and isolated. The place to stay of you want peace and quiet. Beautiful swimming pool.

Sensationelles Hotel. Top Zimmer, top Einrichtung, super Restaurant für Frühstück und Abendessen. Gute Lage mit Shuttle zum Strand.
