I strongly suggest u to visit Tinta in term of printing and framing with best quality in Bali. It is really worth every penny with international standard of artwork and professional photography. The staffs are really know how to handle and actualize what ever we want.

I chatted with them for about an hour, and their customer service was good.
They said my order would be ready in 8 days, & sent me the invoice. I said I'd pay it immediately as I had a time crunch, which I did.
I messaged them after 7 days asking if they'd be ready for pick up tomorrow & they said sorry, haven't started yet.
It'll be another 7 days because because I didn't send payment confirmation.
I guess the words "will pay immediately" got lost in translation.
I asked for my money back as the order will miss the deadline.
If the job was put on hold, a follow-up message the next day asking for payment confirmation or whatever else they needed to get the job underway would be reasonable, rather than waiting for the due date to let me know.
Especially as their delivery time is so long.

Ordered some photo prints. Could order them super uncomplicated over whatsapp and after one day they were ready for my gojek to pick up.
All in all super smooth process and i am so happy how the prints turned out, great quality and exactly how i ordered them!

Fantastic service. Fast, reliable, great communications and priced fairly. For printing and framing, I would highly recommend trying these guys out.

Tempatnya afdruk foto ataupun bikin pigura, dsb di wilayah Umalas, Canggu. Pelayanan baik, ramah, dan memuaskan. Worth it lah.

I have been using Tinta photo for different services for the past few years. I have always been really happy with the result. The team is really professional, really responsive and understand well our needs.
