Insane! One of the best pool bar in Bali. Luxurious architecture with touch of Balinese with 3 levels of pool club: Infinity pool, quiet pool, and downside pool faced to the jungle.
The food is taste good with fair price, the drink is also relaxing.
Humble service from all staff.
High recommend place for chill, rejuve, and cheers.
Sunset time is the best enjoyed.

The food wasn't tasty.it's a shame. But the place and the staff are good. I had a nice relaxing time there.

Today I went to Tlaga Singha Bali and my overall experience was amazing! They have everything from a restaurant, main pool, bar pool and a spa!

I didn’t have a chance to try out their food or pool but I tried out the spa and it was incredible! The staff is so welcoming and inviting. You are served some delicious tea before and after the treatment.

I tried the sense of beauty treatment which started off with an oil massage and after a coffee chocolate scrub which smelled delicious and left my skin feeling so soft. Definitely recommend going to the spa and in the morning and after you can relax beside their beautiful pool!

I tried the Tlaga Singha Bali spa for the first time today and they have an excellent service, the spa is beautiful, the rooms are big and spacious and the staff and therapists are very professional and friendly. I tried the Sense of Balinese massage and felt very good and relaxed after, definitely recommended!

The weather was hot. So it’s a nice place to cool off. The food was great. And the place is calming, aesthetically appealing, a lot of green plants. Family friendly

Really enjoyed the spa at Tlaga Singha the balinase massage is really on point and the staff are friendly. The massage room is also beautiful and spacious. The only disappointment is a lack of variety for spa offerings. Other than that I can find no other faults

Nice atmosphere and food was delicious. Nice view of the jungle and river from the pool. But the toilet had a strong urine smell. Such a let down.

We booked Tlaga Singha through Klooks and Tlaga Singha refused to honour the price we paid. Well they let us in first and then whilst we were eating they came and told us we had to pay again. We even had to contact Klook in Hong Kong and Tlaga Singha refused with them confirming our booking also so we had to pay again but a much higher price. Klooks were brilliant as they refunded the difference. We literally wasted 2 hours of our time here trying to call Klooks and show them it’s all confirmed even after given them all confirmations printed out and on our app. We brought my parents here for their 50th wedding anniversary but We basically spent the day doing their job. They make the contracts with Klooks not us. The place would’ve cost $5million to build but they won’t honour booking prices. Also every contact they gave us to pass on to Klooks was wrong, like they didn’t want to speak to them. Klooks ended up speaking to them from my phone. And they still refused everything. Ruined my parents wedding anniversary and didn’t apologise or anything. Meant to be a place to relax but we paid to do their job and get a headache and stress. Rudest staff in Bali and just trying to rip people off!

EDIT: as I can not reply to your reply I must update my review in response. You are still trying to blame Klooks when it wasn’t them. They never cancelled before we went there. I received an email reminder 2 days before our booking. I called them in Hong Kong and they still had the booking confirmed. Again, you are lying. They didn’t lie about their phone numbers either. Do NOT try to give them a bad name when they have been nothing but professional throughout this incident. Our other bookings with Klook had no problems and our day at Apurva Kempinski all went smoothly and was way way better than Tlaga Singha and it was cheaper. You ruined my parents 50th wedding anniverstay, we spent 1.5 hours doing your staffs job and you (who never once came out to help with the matter as a GM) are still deflecting from the issue caused by your staff. For starters, if there was a booking issue and not a $$$ issue, they should never have let us in until it was sorted out. Instead they let us in and then we ended up with cold food, a headache and not being able to relax whilst doing your job. 100% Tlaga Singha fault and you still haven’t learnt from it.

A very pretty place in Ubud. The place is really great for events and all the food that i had in this place was very good.

Visited this place with pre purchased ticket cost 450.0000 and we were told at the front counter that the ticket we brought was invalid. We were forced to pay again to enter the pool area. After about half an hour, someone came to our cabana and told us that there were miscommunication between the front and sales staff. The ticket that I pre purchased was actually still valid. When I asked the staff who I believe was from the sales team, she couldn’t find any solution for the mistake they’ve done and advised us nothing they can do about it. Instead she told me to sell the ticket to my family or friends. Are you joking? The case was very poorly handled. No apology or whatsoever. Very unprofessional.

Magical day spent lounging in a cabana by the pool! Super friendly staff, delicious food and drinks. Very reasonable priced day for the family. We’ll be back for sure!

When we came here, it looked amazing! But after a dive in the pool the skin turned yellow/green. This became worse after time. The pool is full of algae. The manager told us the values for the pH and chlorine was good. But the pool did not smell like chlorine. Also, not only the skin was green, also the swimwear turned green. We had to scrub off the green from our skin, but our swimwear is completely ruined. It won’t come off. We got a refund for the day, but the swimwear is completely ruined and we didn’t got compensated for our destroyed clothes

Bad experience, after we came out of the water we were completely green of the algae. Our swimwear was completely green. We got een refund voor de entrance but didn’t get a refund for the new swimwear that was complete ruined. The view en the rest of the experience at the pool was good but overall not a good experience.

Tempatnya enak, adem, bagus buat foto-foto juga. Makanannya juga semua yg di coba enak banget. Lupa nama menunya. Ayam di griil, enak. Baramudi kl ga salah jg enak, juara lah. Harganya relatif si ya, di bali emang segitu harganya.

The water was very dirty it was full of algae, my swimwear was white. I layed more then 3 hours in the water, when I came out my legs and swimwear where green. It came of my legs but didn’t came of my swimwear. I washed it a des times but it wouldn’t get off. We got an refund for the day, but that’s not enough for the swimwear.

Excellent restaurant and swimming pool, great sitting area's for eating with huts over the water with fish swimming around under you.

Excellent place to visit. Top pool has the cabanas and sun loungers. The bottom pool was more enjoyable with a swim up bar and cover from the sun. Top pool has no shade unless you have a cabana which im pretty sure there is a minimim spend. We really enjoyed ourselves and thought the cost was really good for $16nzd per person which included pool towel, locker, shower facilities, 1 non alcoholic drink & 1 main course. Choices for free drink was ice lemon tea or orange juice. Food choice was pasta, sandwich or nasi goreng fried rice. We ordered a few coconuts for extra $5 each. Hubby had a massage in their spa on the very bottom level and said it was amazing with the beautiful surroundings. Surrounding gardens & their bamboo restaurant is beautiful. We had our free meals in one of the sit down huts on the water. The only reason for 3 star was the womens changing facilities were very dirty. Toilets were dirty & we were surprised at the signs of grime & aging in the changing rooms considering this is a new venue. We were taken aback by that despite the beauty of the rest of the venue. Staff very lovely although lost in translation with pool towel boys but we were happy with their service! Definitely worth a visit just hope sanitary areas are cleaner next time or have someone there to maintain cleanliness during the day. Photos are carbonara (delicious!) & nasi goreng, complimentary lemon ice tea & orange juice plus photos of the main restaurant and the huts on the water where we ate our lunch. We were a group of 7.

Ambience is great and also the staffs are really good. Food was not upto the mark. Free acess to pool is there. There is an entry fee also which was unwanted.

Went there for chill out after ATV. Place was quiet and not many ppl when we arrived at noon. Bought the 150k voucher with free food and juice but not recommended this. The food choices was limited for voucher and quality was normal. It is a nice place to photo for the different layer of pool from top to bottom.

We went here and it looked amazing at the start. But when we came out of the pool our skin was greenish/yellow. The pool was full of algae. The algae turned our white clothes green. You wont be able to get the algae out of your clothes, so whe had to throw the clothes away. We only got a refund of the entrance that we paid. But we didnt get a compensation for our ruined clothes. Overall a very bad experience.

Wow! This place is an amazing engineering design. Pool on top of a pool bar, on top of a day spa on the side of a hill next to a creek in the jungle. Food was beautiful, service outstanding, and prices are very reasonable. It's one of those "Instagram" desirable places to visit. Amazing!

Untuk burger nya pakai timun biasa bukan pakai pickles. Pavlova ukurannya imut banget Dan untuk semua makanan yg di order rasanya biasa aja. Waktu dateng aku pesan tipe cabana silver 350k sudah dapat 2 botol beer kecil dan handuk tidak include makanan ya. Btw Pelayanan ramah.good job.

The food look beautiful and taste okay they have several vegetarian friendly menu, the only thing is the price is quite high for that portion expecting get more quantity with that price but overall place was beautiful nice

The foods were delicious. I choosed Indonesian/Balinese food. The taste was strong (Berani Bumbu!).

The service was nice. They were very polite to every visitor, foreigners or local, Senior or baby).

The place was beautiful and clean. They can blend nicely the architecture to its greeny bali environment. Besides restaurants, they also have infinite swimming pool. The toilet was clean but kinda far for me.

Lastly the prices was rational. It almost seems that they don't compensate the building investment to the food (gak cuma jual tempat doang).

For local entry charge Rp 100.000 included drink (juice, wine, cocktail). They have package information in their IG, too. You can pay the food depending on your selected item.
They have a huge open dining area with bamboo architectural, space for parking, also they have indoor hall (I think they accept an event).
