I went there to ask if they had immunoglobulins for rabies because in other clinic they told me to pay 40 000 000IDR for that. The receptionist seemed not to be interested with my case at all, tried to get rid of me. Told me that there’s no vaccine for rabies in Ubud, even though I was already offered one in two different clinics. Felt very unwelcome in this place

I went here last week. They were really kind and helped me a lot. Today they texted me asking how I was going. It is a really good place in case you need medical treatments

I have been there several times, I have never been disappointed. Except tonight, I was asked for 2,000,000 just for a consultation and medicine. The bill being too high I had some of the medication removed, and I have 1,500,000 IDR for amoxiciline. At ubud royal medical, amoxicilyn is between 150,000 and 200,000 IDR. It's simply a scam.oh yes I forgot, we charge white people more and everyone finds that normal

Very happy. Went here with tonsillitis and an ear infection.
Was greeted by friendly staff and seen within 10 minutes.
Very transparent with cost (consult fee and medications).

Arrived with a cut in my head after hitting my head due to fainting. Fast and professional help.

I came in with a high fever and few other symptoms. They tested me for Dengue, etc.and gave me an IV. At first they said I would stay 2 hours for care and observation, which became 3-4, then other 3. While laying in “observation”’the staff were often on the other side of the building and unavailable to help when needed, and unable to hear me calling for them. Very inattentive and rarely check on you - I needed water multiple times and help taking my IV to the bathroom, but they weren’t around or responsive. Lab results took a few hours with little to no one else in the clinic. Cost before any take home prescriptions is over Rp 4million. I’ve been to another clinic that’s a bit further with a cheaper consult price, cleaner facilities, and more helpful/attentive staff. I’ll be going back there should I need services again - can’t recommend this place.

Efficient processing by knowledgeable and considerate staff. I didn’t have to wait very long. The doctor addressed my concerns and provided a good plan of attack and explained why he was doing that. The assistant walked me through the drugs use and frequency and made sure that I understood how to use them. The pricing was very reasonable and the service quality was high. I would go there again any time I had a medical issue.

Be careful with this clinic and avoid! The doctor that saw me was highly unprofessional, negligent, and irresponsible. There are plenty of blood stains on the drapes of one of the beds. The place is very unhygienic.

I arrived with a swollen infected foot and within seconds of unwrapping my bandages the doctor diagnosed me with cellulitis. She gave me two courses of antibiotics, wound care instructions and supplies, and rented me crutches bc it was painful to walk at that point. She told me to come back in two days to make sure the antibiotics were working and told me the backup plan if they didn’t. The staff was communicative and helpful and my cellulitis was cleared up in no time. Thank you guys!

Fantastic service. Professional and fast. The doctor was very friendly and very capable. I was surprised at how efficient and capable he was to perform a minor surgery on my face. Surprisingly competent. Topical anesthesia, then an injected anesthesia, quick incision, remove what needed to be removed & Cleaned it up Perfectly. I’ll definitely be coming back here if I have any other medical needs. No bureaucratic red tape. Very minimal intake procedure. Right on the table and done with zero complications and full satisfaction. Thank you doctor

Only place in Ubud that seems to take people's issues and illness seriously. They came out and helped us in the middle of the night, and to a very reasonable price. Thank you so much for your help

They are nice enough to care about me and they recommend me another big hospital and make appointment for me also they called a taxi for me as well. They are beautiful people.

Very competent and friendly staff. Doctors were kind and they could explain me well everything about my health. I had stomach problems and I had to stay for a long time in the hospital. Because of their kindness I felt very comfortable staying there for a night. They made me many blood test to check for exaple if I had denga fever or something else. Doctors gave me many medicines. They really tried to find a reason of my disease. They gave me a lot of advices what should I do and where could I find others hospitals during my few days trip in Bali. Thank you!

Very questionable quality of care. Prescribed some medicine very dangerous for a pre-existing condition that we clearly mentioned to the doctor and that was written in our checkin file. I would definitely avoid.

I got the woman doctor and the receptionist both of them don't really give attention. Should have better service for the high price.

Fantastic service. We needed doctor and they came same morning to our place with medical team. They gave medicine and took test right way. We got test results in email within 4 hours. Co-operation with insurance company worked fast too. Recommended.

Good doctors, but way overpriced for medicine. 40€ for antibiotica which you Can get for less at a Drug store

I was here twice for illnesses and once to pick up a prescription. These guys and gals are excellent. I'm happy that I came here and was looked after thoroughly. It's not nice getting ill while on holiday but these guys had me back up and running swiftly. Fantastic experience all round. They also speak excellent English.

I went there during my trip in Bali. I had stomach cramps and had a high fever. They visited me and performed blood tests. They sent me the results via email after three hours with the therapy to follow, asking me to keep them constantly updated on my conditions. Very friendly and speak English well. I was lucky to have gone to this clinic! Highly recommended!

I stayed overnight there. I have been diagnosed with salmonella and they took amazing care of me. They gave me drips and antybiotics plus droped me to the hotel the next day. Very professional doctors and staff. I was so lucky to get there, especially I was travelling on my own. Highly recommended place. They speak english and they are very emphatic and friendly. 5 STAR
