Great place - had a nice time here with friends. Rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff are all great and the breakfast was very good.

Great location. Easy walk to the beach or can catch the free shuttle. Rooms and staff were fantastic. Buffet breakfast had a huge selection and dinners were amazing. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent location. The room was big and beautiful bathroom with a huge bathtub which we never had a chance to use. We stayed for a week n enjoyed every moment of it. Breakfast was great with a good range of choices for everyone. Great value for dinner too. The best part is the roof top infinity pool and bar. Excellent for relaxing and watching sunset. All the staffs been extremely friendly and helpful. SMILES all the time.
The only down side for me is they need a bit more lights in the hallways and the bathroom. I will definitely return.

Perfect location. 5 minute walk to Bintang Supermarket. Carla Spa across from hotel. Complimentary Shuttle bus service to Double Six. Then you can enjoy the beach Beautiful hotel, restaurant, shops and the pool area is fantastic.

The room was great but a bit noisy as it was on the street side. The staff is great they are super helpful and very friendly. We ate several times and were disappointed. And it's well positioned

From the outside it doesn't seem to be that good, but from the moment you arrive in the hall the treatment is excellent, the rooms (especially the bathrooms) amazing and the facilities amazing. The only one but the spa service, which compared to other spa-only facilities is not that good and is more expensive.

Stayed there as part of the Luxury Escapes Package. Here is a quick rundown regarding my thoughts. I know I was stressing before heading over because you can't really tell which reviews are fake and which are real these days.

1. Service
Service was amazing, 10/10! The staff are incredibly friendly, and will go out of your way to assist you to the best of their ability. Our hotel room was also cleaned daily with basic amenities provided.

2. Room
The room is nice. I stayed in the TShell Room. Cleanish in most places. The rain shower can show signs of aging, but nothing to really stress about. The minibar consists of two bottles of water and two cans of soft drink only (no beers/wine), however is replenished daily and is free of charge.

3. Breakfast and Food in general.
Breakfast is relatively small compared to most hotels I've stayed at, but the food was good. One suggestion would be to go when it opens rather than later when it closes (I think 10-11am). This is to make sure you get the warmest food. There is a good mix of continental and western food, and overall it tasted good! Lunch and Dinner (which was included in my package) was really really nice. I would definitely recommend going for the Balinese menu options, with the food tasting incredible!

4. Pool
The rooftop infinity pool really is stunning. You could spend a good couple of hours upstairs lounging around with enough shade made available as well. Only thing would be prices for drinks (cocktails especially) are what I would consider expensive for Bali.

5. Location
Despite being in Seminyak, the location is probably the only thing that lets this place down (not really much they can do there though). You are close to some main streets, but not close to the beach or to other major places like Seminyak Village. They do however have a shuttle you need to pre-book that leaves on the hour, every hour.

Overall, it was a great hotel, with even greater service and I had a really enjoyable 7 nights stay. My room was facing the courtyard so I could hear traffic at a very minor level. I assume If you are facing the street, it might be a little louder. As for the club (Jenga) thats situated within the hotel - I believe it has shut down (my stay included Friday and Saturday night and it wasn't open), so sound really isn't a massive issue. I would definitely recommend this hotel onto others!

A hotel with good ambience, good location, with a big room, and their staff are very helpfullu. There a shuttle to go to doubel six beach startinh at 09. AM.

We booked and paid for a 2 bedroom villa with private pool for 4 adults. This was a surprise for my brother and his wife visiting from the UK (we are Australian and visit Bali frequently). We booked this villa type so we could all spend time together without needing to go to the public areas. However, the hotel only provides facilities in this 2 bed/4 adult villa for 2 adults. So 2 drinks in the minibar, 2 nightclub entries, 2 complimentary massages and the worst of all - 2 sunbeds. We started asking on the first day for 2 more sunbeds but by day 4 we gave up - even though we ended up seeing the Manager they would not provide any more sunbeds. This meant 2 adults had to sit on an uncomfortable uneven concrete floor around our private pool - hardly luxurious! They would not bring two of the many spare identical sunbeds from around the main pool to us as they said it was too busy, so we ended up separating with 2 adults going to the main pool and 2 sitting at the villa pool, or all going to the main pool together - what a joke! This entirely defeats the object of hiring a private villa with pool! The staff were totally useless in even attempting to sort this out and it was hardly a huge problem! By the way, we paid more than double for 2 couples in our 2 bed villa than if we had selected 2 separate rooms. This caused us a lot of stress (one of our party has been sick and we picked a private pool villa because of this). I would not go back again as I think our issue was treated with a complete lack of care, even though we told the staff we would be posting this review! They bombard you all day with useless WhatsApp messages but can't even solve a simple problem! Very disappointing

Comprehensive array of services and facilities you may not even need to leave the hotel. Love how breakfast can be delivered to your room should you be lazy, check out timing is at 2pm (this made us really happy), airport transfer was first class really, the guest relations team really attends to your needs PRONTO! Definitely feels like coming back ‘home’ after an exhaustive day. There’s pool tables, well-equipped gymnasium, infinity pool, WiFi etc. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone. We got the Sands Suite.:)

First and foremost, the rooms are hugeee! It's very spacious. The minibar are all included on the rate we paid for the room. Unlike other hotels who have extremely absurd prices on their minibars. Their breakfast are very flexible too, it's available until pretty late for the buffet breakfast, and even if you woke up late, you can still have the alacarte until 11 pm at night.

Their services are good and fast, we encounter a light fault in our bathroom and after calling their operators, they came in a jiffy, fixed it in less than 5 minutes and viola, it's done. Their room service are good but can be a little careless, they forgot to replace our towel on our second day of our stay and they didn't clean it well as there's still some hair from the day we stayed before.

Overall it was an enjoyable stay. I have no complains on our stay here, didn't get the chance to use their pool which is open for 24 hours.

The good: the big roof-top infinity pool with areas of shade for relaxing all day. There were beds and loungers, as well as bar and food options. The free beach shuttle was very helpful, leaving every half hour. The breakfast had great selection for all tastes and preferences. The rooms were spacious with a free refillable mini-bar and quality toiletries. Hotel located on quieter street off main road, 10 minute walk to beach, restaurants, and shops. We requested a quiet room which was perfect. Excellent, relaxing stay. A true 5-star experience.

The not-so-good: there was a silly system of deposit of 1 million rupiah upon arrival which takes an instant to withdraw from a card but 2 working weeks to return after check-out. Very annoying.

Really great welcoming staff, super comfortable clean rooms and great facilities. Would stay here again! Used the staff to help book everything we needed which took all the stress away.

Great hotel. The accomodations were great, clean and perfect. The rooftop pool was amazing and open 24h. Good location and have shuttle service to the beach.

10 days in the t sand suite, large room, salon with corner sofa big screen tv, x large bed, huge bathroom with dressing.
Poor view on a wall with vegetation. Mini bar free, 2 water, 1 coke, 1 coke light, 1 beer, 1 green tea, 1 sprite and
1 pocari sweat. Candies 2 kit kat chips and peanuts. Coffee and tea as well.
Request for extra blanket, none.
Than 4 nights in t shell room, smaller of course but nice and cosy. Street view a Bit noisy so. Same items for mini bar.
Offer service for renting scooter good price not expensive.

One of d best hotels we have ever been to. Friendly staff. Lovely ambience n d rooftop pool is just amazing. The facilities available are just awesome. Free buffet breakfast is also very good. Mini bar is free and refilled every day. We booked all tours from the hotel service desk it was very helpful. We’ll definitely stay again if we’re in Bali again.

Room is Good, facility also great and the service is nice.
I'm giving 1 star because the room is very loud, near to the street dan have 24 hours of vehicles passing by.
I'm asking to switch room they giving me room that near a night club.

Oh and it says free shuttle.its only down to double six beach and finishes at 6.we didnt telise this.shuttle came back from beach at 5.55pm we hopped on and were told no sorry finished. I asked please can u just take us down. As manager on duty.it was a no. Most hotel run there shuttles later for diners.

Place was really nice, room was spacious and staff were friendly. However, we had food poisoning after eating their breakfast, quite disappointed with the overall experience as it affected our last 3 days’ stay in Ubud where we did drips at a clinic for several hours and spent most of our time resting at our accommodation. Didn’t had a good end to our trip, quite a pity.

Totally unhappy about their guest service. I was informed that I can use my husband's credit card by taking copy of the credit card and passport from the guest service via Email.
However, they said CANNOT accept it when we arrived with disrespect attitude. Meanwhile, they also said they only prepared one room for us, but we booked for two. It was only 4 pm and the check in time is 3pm.
So DISAPPOINTED about TS.

Absolutely amazing. Hotel staff is very good. Rooms are top notch. Facilities like the pool and gym are of good quality. Definitely a good place to stay!
