You can stroll leisurely and there is something for everyone. I bought a few souvenirs.a package with 7 vanilla beans for 77,000 rupees.in Germany one costs 4€. Spices, cloths, lots of artistic wood carvings, clothes and jewelry.definitely bargain. I have everything for 70%! Bought less and the dealer still makes money from it.

I enjoy picking up souvenirs in Bali, especially gifts to bring back. The market offers a diverse range of Bali-themed items, including trinkets, bracelets, tank tops, clothing, keychains, and more. Bargaining is a common practice here, and vendors anticipate it. While negotiating, I try to strike a fair balance, as I value supporting the local community. Typically, I start by offering half of the initial price and gradually increase my offer. It's a delightful and well-maintained market experience.

The sellers all sell the same thing. And it doesn't seem very authentic to most! Very touristic.

Shopkeepers will keep insisting that you look at their wares but it's fine to say no and move on.

Nothing special as all the items were repeated. Is just a place to kill some time.

Very disappointed, all the stands sell the same products. Perhaps you need to wander around the surrounding neighborhoods to find the most interesting merchants. For those who want “classic” souvenirs I leave you the pleasure of price negotiation…

The market doesn't feel different to all the other shops around Ubud, the products are all a bit the same, so I found that a bit disappointing. It's good for walking around and getting souvenirs, but there are no prices on anything which is annoying, the sellers just want to offer you deals and nothing has a fixed price. Good luck negotiating, I personally dislike having to bargain.

Lot of shops but vendors charge any prices for the same things. Same things at other places can be bought for 1/4th of price.

Kalo kesini pasti ngileeeerr. Kalo harga lumayan ya say, harus pinter banget nawar. Btw aku rekomen beli di pintu masuk atau yg ngemper, lebih murah dikasihnya drpd yg di dalam.

Semoga pembangunan pasar seni ubud sesuai rencana, biar penjual bisa kembali nyaman berjualan. Kata ibu2 penjual rencana setahun pembangunan. Buat kalian yang mau ke Ubud tenang aja masih bisa belanja kok dipinggir2 jalan raya ubud

Tempatnya asik untuk sekedar jalan jalan atau belanja oleh oleh seperti baju, celana, kain, kemeja, patung dan aksesoris lainnya, pintar pintar menawar karna terkadang penjual mematok harga yg tinggi di awal, sebagai contoh kemarin saya tanya harga lonceng kecil berukuran 4cm penjual memberi harga 250k, dan ketika saya pindah di penjual lain, penjual tersebut hanya menghargai item tersebut sebesar 30k, jadi harus cermat ya bestie.

Pasar keren di Ubud, banyak jual pernak-pernik lucu. Sayang pas ksn lg ada renovasi, jd blm tertata rapi

Banyak oleh oleh disini. Harganya jg lumayan sih tp harus gigih nawar. Parkiran sedikit ruwet tp klo naik motor fine fine ajaa sih. Pasar tertata rapi bersih tidak kumuh. Recommended

The building has been knocked down to build the new one but we can find the shops along the street. The price can be a third or a quarter of the price offered.

Alot of choices from local artisan.

From jewelry, bags, clothes, gifts, and alot of others.

Always on my list to shop here since 10 years ago. They sell unique crochet dresses and clothes that cannot be found in Kuta Art Market and Sukawati Market. Some sellers on the market entrance are lovely and gives reasonable-bargainable prices while there were many crazy high priced sellers too.

Better to shop on morning time because tend to be cheaper (first buyer believed as "penglaris")

Saya sudah mengunjungi Pasar Ubud sejak 1972. Harga selalu bersaing. Pada 2022, saya membeli tiga kaos barong Rp 100 ribu, tanpa menawar tentu. Saya juga beli cincin perak Barong dan Ganesha dari perak Rp 70 ribu per buah. Pasar ini mengesankan. Saya harap renovasi akan membuat para pedagang tetap berdaya.

The market has everything you would probably have seen along street sides in Ubud, including rattan wares, silver jewelry, macramés, sundresses and sarongs.

This place can easily be found, and stalls can be seen when you are in the area of the Ubud Palace.

Store owners can get pushy, but if you are looking for handicrafts and souvenirs, prices are slightly better than in supermarkets or the street side stalls I’ve seen. Products are also pretty repetitive across stalls, so browse more and don’t feel pressured to get something if the price isn’t right for you:)

Tutup sementara, pedagangnya jadi berserakan di berbagai tepi jalan, tidak tau kapan akan selesai, rumor katanya akan dibangun gedung pake basement, jadi tidak parkir di sepanjang jalan buat macet.

Beautiful art are sell here, they sell a lot of unique things, prices are a little bit too high but you can ask for discount. A lot of cafe here, you can buy things then chill in the cafe

I'm a Balinese, but it's my first time coming to Ubud Art Market. At that time, I was walking around with my friends. The atmosphere is entertaining and lively. I looked around the Ubud Art Market and captured the moment with my friends. Besides, many foreign tourists also came and saw the Ubud Art Market, famous for its souvenirs. Many clothes, accessories, and even items that look antique are sold and attract customers. I went there with my friends. Because it was still a pandemic at that time, we were still paying attention to health protocols. For me, Ubud Art Market was an unforgettable experience.

Banyak sekali pernak-pernik khas Bali yang bisa kalian temukan disini. Semuanya unik dan bagus-bagus. Saya kesini di bulan Februari 2022, keadaannya pasarnya sepi. Hanya ada beberapa pengunjung. Padahal untuk harga souvenirnya bersaing dengan di toko/pasar lainnya.

Tempatnya tidak terlali besar. Variasi barang tidak terlalu banyak. Harus bisa nawar kalau kesini

The seller seems to sky rocket their prices, you should do some bargain on this market even i am local they keep offering some stuff on high prices. The way they promote is like forcing you to buy, you will find people begging you to buy their stuffs in every corner even they will keep following you till your car till you decide to buy something:) I wish that Bali will be back like it used to be… i feel so sad to see this situations due to covid.

Didn't expect that it'd be that empty; when we visited in the weekend, only two or three other visitors. Just like any other Bali markets, u can find pajamas, souvenirs, clothes, local stuffs, etc. The difference between here and souvenirs stores outside Ubud is the model (more boho style outfits here), and the price is slightly cheaper (don't forget to bargain). Please buy some stuff here to help the local economy

Jika berkunjung ke pasar Ubud di pagi hari, ada banyak makanan khas Bali yang menarik untuk dicoba. Datanglah sekitar pukul 7 pagi agar masih dapat merasakan suasana pasar Ubud yang ramai dna jualan yang beragam. Pasar Ubud akan berubah menjadi pasar seni ketika menjelang siang hingga malam. Pasar Seni ini menyediakan banyak kerajinan tangan dan oleh oleh dari Bali dengan harga yang bisa ditawar.

Pasar seni Ubud membentang di area dataran tinggi dan jauh dari pusat keramaian. Di sini terdapat berbagai macam barang seni mulai dari lukisan, ukiran sampai manik manik kecil yang termasuk etnik. Para wisatawan Nusantara maupun manca negara banyak yang menghabiskan waktu berbelanja di toko toko seni. Tempat yang tepat untuk dikunjungi para pecinta seni pada sore hari.

Luar biasa, baru kali ini kepasar tpi lihat kebersihannya sangat terjaga. Paginya ini pasar masih diisi dengan pedagang sayur dan segala kebutuhan pokok lain, berganti jam 9 pedangnya berganti menjadi pedangan yg menjual pernak pernik khas bali. Saya salut dgn pasar ini/ khususnya dgn pedagang disana, mereka punya kesadaran yg tinggi akan kebersihan sehingga para wisatawan yg ingin berbelanja disana merasa nyaman. Ohya yg jelas harga barang” disini jauh lebih murah

Dissapointing, Snobby and Unpleasant

As a local i am very disappointed at this place. The prices are overpriced for foreigners and its better if you visit sukawati art market or kumbasari art market instead, the prices will be cheaper and the vendors will be a lot nicer. Almost everyone in this market is snobby from the vendors up to the parking official.

Kalau orang lokal indo apalagi, lebih baik cari art market yg lain, saya udah mengalaminya lebih dari sekali, kalau bule perlakuannya wah, kalau lokal dipandang sebelah mata, seolah olah yang bawa duit cuma orang bule. Petugas lain jg songong, ga cuma penjualnya. Beda dengan art market lain, mereka melayani kita dengan baik, berinteraksi dengan ramah dan ga songong. Jujur sejauh ini saya baru merasakan ke songong an ini disini aja.
