Menghubungi klinik ini dengan kondisi badan yang tiba2 panas. Melakukan reservasi lewat Whatsapp dan admin cukup cepat dalam merespon setelah itu langsung memberikan jadwal check up. Sampai disana para tenaga medis mengarahkan saya menunggu beberapa menit. Dengan kondisi ruang praktek yang lumayan senggang saya sangat nyaman untuk menunggu beberapa saat dan ketika dilakukan pemeriksaan dokter yang menangani menjelaskan kondisi saya dengan sangat detail termasuk obat2an yang diberikan. Saran mengenai kemungkinan penyakit dan pengobatan lanjutan juga diberikan oleh dokter terutama karena panas saya belum memasuki waktu 24 jam. Untuk harga sangat terjangkau bagi kantong mahasiswa seperti saya, mengenai waktu tunggu mungkin perlu di evaluasi lagi

I couldn't have received better care here. The doctors came to me everyday while I was ill and were so kind and knowledagable.

I was here for a throat and ear problem. The very friendly staff at the reception made me fill out a form with my personal details and I sat down to wait. I waited a short time and was called into the office. Checked blood pressure, temperature, heart, throat, ears and breathing.

Dr Diah and Nurse Sudama came to our hotel when my husband became severely ill. They stabilised him and transported him by ambulance to hospital. Their prompt intervention including providing oxygen and IV fluids and medication to reduce his fever made all the difference. Communication in English was fluent. The diagnostic process included initial pathology results that ruled out some possibilities. Their propsed course of action was clear and logical. This is an extraordinary medical service and the team were a credit to the organisation. Thank you all so much.

I was really satisfied with the UbudCareClinic. After the monkey bite, they take care of me, give me vaccination, antibiotics and all the information regarding this matter. Few days after visiting them, they also texted me how do I feel. They answered on all my questions that I have regarding my case, their response was quick. All the staff is really professional and kind. I would recommend this clinic for anybody who need a doctor in Ubud.

I visited this clinic after having the infamous "Bali belly" and a mild heat stroke/dehydration.

As someone visiting from the US and not familiar with anything about Indonesia, I was super nervous initially. But the doctors/nurses immediately put me at ease with their knowledge, professionalism and thoroughness. They gave me the necessary IV, did a very thorough blood/stool test and gave me additional nausea medications to take with me.
I couldn't be more grateful to them for turning my vacation around. (I paid about 205 USD for the whole treatment by the way)

They also gave me a ride back to my hotel free of charge which was super nice of them.

Really positive experience. Good english, trained doctors and nurses, a multitude of testing capability for same day results. Really helped ease the anxiety of being sick far from home.

They can easily communicate via WhatsApp too which was convenient

I'm very happy with their service. They are a very convenient healthcare provider in Ubud. They have a lab as well as doctors which you can quickly get an appointment with at a reasonable price. They can speak English and Indonesian.

My first visit because I had to have my big toe nail removed, so it can be cleaned, after half of it came off during rafting. Didn't have to wait that long, the doctor and nurse were very professional, they explained everything before doing the procedure.a big thanks to Dr. Kanta who did a superb job eventhough it was soooo painful.she explained every step and took a good care of my big toe

Went spontaneous for a ear check/control and had a appointment 45min later. Very friendly, fast and transparent costs.

I fractured my wrist during my visit to Bali last September. I called the clinic UbudCare and the doctor Krisna immediately assisted me once I explained my situation. He sent the clinic car and did everything necessary to ensure my wrist would be okay. X-Rays, fracture reduction, cast, medicine for pain and inflammation.
He saw me again before I returned home. Again sending me the clinic car and made sure I had my cast split before I was flying as well as all documents necessary to make my flight possible and safe.
Back home in Australia the Orthopedic doctor told me my fracture was big enough to require an operation, but thanks to the excellent job in UbudCare it wasn’t necessary.

Best medical treatment I ever had in foreigner country! The whole Team speaks good english, if theres a missunderstanding they explain it again or discribes it. They Show you All costs before payment. Explain all medicaments and ask you which treatment you want to choose (if theres a different investigations and ways to solve a medical issue). Everything is clean and my test results came same day with offical PDF document from laboratory and explaination from doctor. I felt very safe and well treated. Terima kasih!

Had a swollen infected foot which was growing by the minute.was treated with highest standard of care (speaking as a nurse from UK) could not have been more helpful and reassuring. Price was reasonable for treatment would recommend to anyone in Ubud.

Helpful and reasonable cost, but a lot of confusion with the other location having their lights on and sigh showing open, but no one available to open the door.

I have been to Ubud care several times, and am very impressed with their doctors (Mine doctor is Dr Krisna, but I have met a couple of the others and they all seem very good) and their staff. I highly recommend this clinic. Very professional. They also have a good lab for all kinds of blood tests, etc.

Once a time came here, 1 staff in the front is nice, the doctor great, price is fair but 2 staff (is womans and they are in front office/nurse) in receptionist not nice with their grumpy face.

I made a sudden appointment at 3am in the morning because of otitis eksterna that hurt my head for the past few days. They asked me whether I'm Indonesian or foreigner when i asked about the service/administration price via phone, and that made me speculate that there might be price differentiation between those two. Since I'm Indonesian, I got 50k administration fee exclude medicines and I think for 24hr medical service.that was extremely cheap (I didn't use health insurance). At the end of my visit, I payed around 118k for administration fee and 2 medicines.
The nurse and doctor were very helpful and informative. The place was very clean and organized. They also provided ambulance and doctor-visit for them who couldn't go to the clinic.
Overall, I'm very satisfied with their services and will go there in the future if I need another medical service.

UbudCare is my go-to clinic for medical needs. Most often I've seen Drs. Krishna and Feby, both of whom are professional, kind, and knowledgeable, and willing to take the time to discuss your specific situation and their reasoning for diagnoses. The medical system here has a reputation for prescribing frivolous antibiotics, but I've never felt that was the case with them.

Recently I had a very complicated issue that, long story short, required connecting with government health officials. Dr. Krishna went out of his way to liaise with them directly, calling me in his off-hours, and making sure I got what I needed (and tolerating my very stressed-out reminders!). In the end I never had to communicate with anyone outside of the clinic to solve my problem.

I will always be grateful for the help they gave me, and I wholeheartedly recommend their service to anyone and everyone in the Ubud area.

Dr. Dina was very caring and attentive. Her English was also good. We came in for scuba ear injuries and we got to see into our ear canal, and she took her time and let us see into the canal as many times as we wanted.

My brother came in with general malaise/low energy, an unproductive cough, and they drew blood and are prescribing him antibiotics and a multivitamin.

Great experience. When we showed up, they said it would be about an hour and a half and offered to make an appointment. We did that instead of sitting and waiting, and came back to our appointment and were seen by the doctor immediately. Doctor and PA spoke English very well and were professional. We felt very comfortable with the standard of medicine practiced at this clinic. Also appreciated how up front they were about pricing and communicating what they were doing. Cost $115 USD for consultation, 3 common vaccines, wound cleaning, and a topical wound cream. Highly recommend this clinic.

Saya datang ke klinik ini untuk mengantarkan anak saya berobat, waktu sudah menunjukan malam hari mungkin jam 10 malam. Sesampai di klinik saya mendapat penanganan yang lambat, mereka yg di pendaftaran sibuk berbicara tanpa memberi tindakan apapun untuk anak saya. Seharusnya mereka memasang pemberitahuan tutup kalau tidak menerima pasien di malam hari!

From the call centre staff to Dr. Ria and her assistant, everyone was very helpful, kind and understanding. Dr. Ria was able to diagnose the problem very quickly and gave clear instructions on medication usage. Being able to stay in contact with the front desk via whatsapp was also very helpful.

Excellent care, and very friendly staff. I got bitten by a monkey at the Ubud monkey sanctuary, and it had been a while since I had my vaccinations, so I wanted to go in out of an abundance of caution. The doctor and staff were very friendly, spoke excellent English, and thoroughly explained what they recommended in terms of treatment. They were upfront about all costs and provided us an itemized statement of all costs before they proceeded with the treatment, so there were no surprises on our end. One of the best urgent care experiences I’ve ever had. I would 100% come here again if necessary, and would recommend that others do the same.

Awesome clinic. I went to their other location first but the doctor wasn’t in yet so they had their driver take me to this clinic which was so awesome. I was seen immediately, and told very clearly what the expenses were and explained how to take care of myself after I left in detail. Dr. Dina listened to me and spent a lot of time with me and told me to call her if I wasn’t getting better. Everyone was so kind and attentive and detailed. Go here!

Terrible. Went in to the clinic for a specific blood test. The front desk lady says to me “so you just need the blood test, not a consultation? ” I never said anything about not getting a consultation, she offered that to me from the beginning. So I agreed, because I knew what test I wanted already and why.
So no need for consult right? They take my blood take the payment and email me my results 2 hours later. Great, right? Wrong!
I’m not a lab tech, or a doctor, so how am I to understand what “. 2” Means?
Theres nothing saying it’s a bad or good number, nobody saying I should come in to discuss because the results because we HAVE something to talk about.
Instead, when I call and ask what the lab number means, they accuse me of “refusing a consultation” and say “they can’t tell me what my results mean until I get/pay for a consultation.
What? ! I refused nothing! I was offered from the beginning to opt out of a consultation. Why would I EVER get a blood test, if I thought I wasn’t going to be able to understand it!? So basically there trying to scam me for more money and then they’ll tell me whether the lab number is good or bad. Obviously if someone would have said” hey you won’t get told what your blood test means after you pay for it, unless you have/pay for a consultation”. Then maybe I would have done that, or maybe I would have said no to the whole process.
Totally unfair.

I went to UbudCare Clinic for consultation after being exposed to rabies. Highly recommend the clinic! The staff were kind, attentive and knowledgeable. They also spoke very good English. I got a professional medical report for received treatment with details for the insurance company and a schedule for next shots I need to get. Thank you!

My husband got Dengue fever while in Bali. The staff at Ubud Care Clinic was very nice. Their English was very good and the doctors were very knowledgeable. The prices were very reasonable and we did not have health insurance. The clinic was also extremely clean and we only waited about 30 minutes for our blood test results.

Go here! Doctor Dina is awesome. She is very kind, attentive and really makes an effort to understand what you’re saying. She’s very knowledgable and explains everything. She never once got frustrated if I didn’t understand something I was saying. The nursing staff is also incredible kind and very welcoming. I am beyond impressed at the level of patient care received. I will definitely come here again if I ever need medical help and am in Bali. The prices are also fair.

Top service. My girlfriend contacted the 24hour service by whatsapp. They picked us up at our apartment and brought us back after the medical part.
The medical part was really quick. They checked my body. Afterwards they checked my blood and stool.medical analyse: BALI BELLY with flue (37,9°). Then they gave me medicine which really decreased the symptoms after a short time. All in all it took ~1hour. During the blood and stool analyse i was allowed to lie on a bed in a separate room. I got 4 different medications to take away and paid all in all ~800R.

Fantastic service all round. Made me feel super easy and comfortable after a motorbike accident. Treated my wounds well and then promptly sent off for an X-Ray. Thanks guys!

Got food poisoning and went there at 4am. Got a doctor within 15 minutes who was staying at the clinic. The staff there is really friendly and tried to explain what my body was going through. The price all up was 965k rupiah and consisted of 400k rupiah for the consultation plus costs for injection and medicines.

Edit: I think the problem with the phone not working was due to a problem with my SIM card. I was originally thinking it was an issue with the clinic because the error message I get indicates that the number is not available.
