All I’m gonna say is that the pizza was so delicious that I didn’t have time to take a photo of it.

Ultimo is the ultimate restaurant!
Food is absolutely delicious! Full of flavour, presentation is fantastic, highly recommended this restaurant for dinner.

Beautiful Italian restaurant in Seminyak. Worth the visit! Not overly expensive for a nice restaurant, very authentic. Ambience, food selections and drinks are all top notch.

Not great value as before or for Bali. To dark inside and small servings. Limited overpriced wine list.

Ultimo Restaurant Bali is a true gem! Their new space adds to the charm, creating a delightful atmosphere. I recently tried their Salmone Alla Erbe, and it was exquisite. The service is top-notch, and I can't get enough of their delicious Italian cuisine. The pasta dishes are a must-try, and the wine selection is impressive. It's a perfect spot for a romantic dinner or a delightful evening with friends. The staff is friendly, and the overall experience in their new space is always memorable. Highly recommended!

Went here often but last time I lost my good helmet at their parking bike and I did email them, inbox them on their instagram too, and no respond at all. Especially happened at their parking bike, inside. This pisses me off.

Very busy restaurant but we had a nice meal. There is indoor and outside seating. In the back they have a huge cover which they will extend if raining. Food was large in portion size but tasty. We had pasta and praw Friendly staff.

The standard seems to have dropped from the last time I was here in 2014. The pasta was bland, ravioli dry, and the tiramisu was 90% whipped cream, which doesn't even belong there. Where's the marscapone?

Delicious fresh fish. Nice live music. Some of the more Italian things lack good flavor. But we will repeat our dining experience.

Salah satu restoran Itali terbaik yang pernah ada. Selalu ramai dan sebagai restoran Italia, Ultimo dapat menyajikan hidangan khas yang lengkap nan lezat. Dan walau harga yang tertera lumayan mahal, tapi tunggu sampai melihat hidangan yang kita pilih sampai di meja. Porsinya banyak dan sangat mengenyangkan.
Pasta adalah andalan di restoran ini. Hampir semuanya enak.
Dan jangan lupa untuk mencicipi dessert untuk melengkapi "dosa" yang telah diperbuat.

Restauran masakan Italy dengan suasana romantis ditengah jantung Seminyak dan ada live band-nya. Teras garden sangat baik untuk bersantap makan malam bersama teman & keluarga.

Makanan pasta & ikan laut gurih, segar dan enak. Service ramah dan profesional. Perlu dicoba!

Wow. Such a waste of time. The worst pizza we have ever had, at the table within 2 minutes covered in year old cold, burnt bacon and not much else. What do you add to an Italian restaurant to destroy it completely? A country and western band of course. Add volume and your romantic dinner has gone up in smoke with your wasted AUD50 for a glass of wine, 4 small beers and the previously mentioned disgusting 4 slice Pizza. This was the second time. This was the last time forever, no exceptions. W

Tasteless pizza. I love everything about Italy, but this was not close. Considering the good reviews, I bet the other options are better. Great service!

Have been to Ultimo restaurant before and have found the food really good value and as always staff very friendly and professional while other restaurants in the area have started charging more Ultimo has kept prices reasonable for same or better service

Was a little disappointed, in the past they assisted with my as allergies this time not interested. The meal i got was lovely would have been better if the sauce came with the meal not 10 minutes later. Sauce made it. Husband wasn't keen on the new set menu, it didnt look very appealing either. Not as s busy as it has been the other 5 times weve booked in.

I've been a regular to Bali for many years and have had the most amazing restaurant experiences, for both fine dining and the chilled out, laid back cultural vibe.
Ultimo, sorry.this restaurant is far from any of that.
Right from the start, staff at the front were too occupied in their own conversation. We even waved to them and they were still oblivious of us walking in. I get it.this was cool and just happens sometimes. Once we got service we where sat near the stage and that's where we were left. We did our best to grab the waiters attention, but had no luck. I had to get up and walk towards 5 staff standing and talking to each other. This had to happen 3 times until we left. It wasn't even a busy night.
Please take this as constructive feedback so staff can be trained to be more attentive to their surroundings.

Pertama kali coba, karene pingin pasta dan yg recommended katanya ultimo, akhirnya coba neh resto, kesan 1 wah rame enak nih kliatannya, akhirnya pesen pan fried fish butter with risotto (karena saya suka banget risotto, dan pernah coba risotto di Eropa yg paling enak di milan is the best and Venezia, jangan pernah makan di roma nngga uenakkkkk berkuah Risotto nya) pas keluar wah penataannya bagus dan bener kliatan menggiurkan, singkat kata berDoa dulu sebelum makan hehehe, ok risotto ada yg tidak matang jd kayak makan beras setengah mateng gitu keras2, ikannya kenyal aka rubbery, setelah complain kita dapet compliment tiramisu (thank u very much), will give 5 star if cooked perfectly. Tiramisu dan pasta lainnya juga enak masaknya pas kl kembali mungkin saya akan makan past a lainnya, not Risotto hehehehe. Saya tau Risotto memeang susah masaknya, pernah coba sendiri gagal sama huehehehe. Kembali lagi boleh lah tp no risotto just try another pasta taste good. Mungkin karena weekend and ramai jd chefnya sedikit kelabakan hehehehe.

Really excellent Italian food with impeccable service. Very reasonable price for the quality of food served. The only downside is the lack of good air conditioning. It was really hot and humid and stuffy. The life music was surprisingly good. All in all a very enjoyable evening.

Really enjoyed the food here. In the two weeks I stayed in Bali I ate here with my family 3 times. The pasta is delish and the drinks are reasonably priced.

Good food and a really nice atmosphere, if you like wine than this is the place to be. Though when it is getting later and the staff starts cleaning they give off a kinda hurry-up vibe. Other than that great food and menu.

Tempatnya selalu ramai, makanannya enak, harganya lumayan standar utk restoran kelas menengah. Pelayanan juga ramah. Tempat favorit bagi para turis (bule).

Gnocchi was delicious! Have great drink specials too, Nice if you seat towards the back in the garden area, Gets really busy so would recommend booking if more than 2 people.

I’ve been to Ultimo twice and left completely satisfied on both visits! Gnocchi is my favorite menu—super fluffy, not to mention the zingy tomato sauce. Will be back for sure.

Great Italian place with an extensive menu. Reasonably priced and filling portions (mains starts from 70k?) for seminyak, with nice ambience and service.
(It comes with free flow of bread basket)

The smoke area was at the front.we asked to move and they gave us a table front of the ac, my food went cold in 2 sec.the Carbonara wasn’t good. Pizza and frozen daiquiri excellent
