Beautiful room in a beautiful house with magnificent landlords, breakfast was spectacular. The location is unbeatable

Only the location is good. It's an old building, so it's built in a traditional style, but there are holes above the door that can't be closed (windows from the old days?), but all the bugs get in.
While traveling around the world many times, I've never seen a hostel where the shower filter turns black so quickly.
There was a baby cockroach in the bathroom.
The legend of this property is the towels. In my 28 years of living, I've never seen a place where blankets are used as towels. My girlfriend and I were embarrassed because the water didn't wipe off at all.
Among the options on Agoda, it was selected that there was an air conditioner, but there was none.
The ceiling fan is right above the bed, but it shakes violently when turned on.
The toilet paper was not filled at check-in.
The upside is the price and location, the rest you have to give up.

It's in the center of Ubud but it's quiet, the atmosphere is great, the managers are helpful and friendly. Classic Balinese house, I highly recommend it.

Stayed here for a few days during our trip to Bali. We wanted to stay in Ubud and in a place closer to the market. Couldn’t have asked for a better option than this homestay. One of the cheapest options and right in the middle of the main market area. What a beautiful property it is! And the owners are lovely. We spoke to the man and his wife and also met his mum - lovely hosts. And the property is beautiful - typical Hindu Bali architecture. I’m definitely going to stay here should I visit Bali again. Thanks for your hospitality!

Stayed here on 2 occasions, it’s the cheapest & best place to stay in Ubud, the rooms are very clean & the owners are friendly. If you need wi fi, try not to get room number 1, it is terrible signal & never works from that room

Nice clean place with warm shower:) It's located in the middle of the city, you step out and have shops, restaurants and massage just in front of you. Fair price for the night.

Best location in Ubud. We loved staying there. We spent 4 night. Staff is very friendly and the room was nice. This place is lovely.
Close to everything: good restaurant, Ubud market, monkey forest, shop.
