I would like to express my appreciation to all the staff in Umana Bali as every one of them are just amazing. Check in was welcoming, villa we stayed in was amazing, all of the service requests were met and taken care of in a timely manner. Commune Restaurant has great breakfast and you even order off of the menu, and they even honor our request that not even on the menu. I truly felt like I was treated like a VIP and I will definitely go back to Umana Bali next time when visiting!

Amazing stay in uluwatu - the pictures dont do the villas justice. The villas are huge and equipped with 2 toilets and the bedroom opens up directly to the infinity pool. The place just reopened under hilton so all the villas are all newly refurbished. Only gripe is that the taste of the Indo food in the in room dining could be better, and special menus in the in room dining require one day advance prebooking. But service was amazing and I would definitely be back on another trip to uluwatu

From the first moment we were greeted warmly and friendly to the moment we left, everything was a special and wonderful experience!
Personal guidance for every question and the friendliest staff. The villa was absolutely beautiful, pool, bar and restaurant everything perfect, superlative and I would go back in a heartbeat and recommend it to everyone! We miss you already!

Staying here now for 3 nights. Didn’t feel the need to even leave the resort for food or sightseeing. The villa is super comfortable and the private pool is quite big! The jacuzzi is heated too. The staff here are all super friendly and helpful. Our Butler Ira was super helpful, friendly and quick in response to any request we have. The wait staff in the restaurant Commue were all excellent too! Highly recommended resort to hide away for a few days.

I’m travelling for years and had the chance to try so many places, but Umana was probably my best experience from far. It was not perfect at all, had many little issues to deal with, but the staff was amazingly reactive and efficient and this at any time of the day. Thanks to Adit who made an amazing job, and was doing way more than what he was suppose to do to make my stay perfect. The main difference between this staff compare to many other hotels staff is that they are not working as robots but as humans, with their heart. Such a great staff, this is the biggest + of this hotel, you can put all the luxury you want in an Hotel, without the proper staff it’s just a regular luxury hotel, Umana was way much more, I was suppose to just pass by for 3 days, i’ve stayed 15 days… Had such a great time, place was beautiful, food was really good. Hotel has its own gym but if you want something more “serious” you have an amazing gym at 5min by car/bike from the hotel. Still at 5min from the hotel you have amazing beaches with insane sunset. I highly recommand that place (but not too much tho, would like to still find some free villa and not crazy price because of success when i’ll come back next year!)

Huge Rooms! Most comfortable bed and pillows - rarely can I sleep in unfamiliar surroundings, at my stay in Umana I had full 6 hours undisturbed sleep. Can't fault the villa I stayed in. The overall Service was efficient, responsive and unobtrusive.

I must comment on the breakfast - I would specifically go to Umana and pay for the breakfast alone.

Overall it was an unforgettable stay.

Me and my wife had a memorable and luxury honeymoon stay here. The villa is super huge with extraordinary cliff and sea view. Though the location is a little far from the city center, you can find anything you need for daily life as the room is well maintained and equipped. We stayed there for 4 days and thanks to every friendly and welcoming staff over here, we were able to explore surprises in the resort each day. We will definitely come back and visit again for our next trip in Bali, in fact I'm looking forward to it already. Wish you good business under the new management. If someone is looking for an amazing and quiet stay in Bali, I would recommend this place at the top of the list.
