Un's Restaurant - Bali

Since my First visit in 1994 they keeping up the great service and quality. A very seldom gem in that not for the best changing Island,!

Amazing place!
Bali authentic.
Heartwarming welcome with margarita, garlic bread and towel.
Food was delicious as well as the drinks.
I highly recommend it.

A favourite of ours, food is amazing, desserts are incredible and all served with a smile. Highly recommended.

The steak was delicious and the pasta was also delicious. Here, the Mishin Arak (traditional Balinese alcohol) was the most delicious arak I had in Bali. The signature drinks (cocktails and alcohol included) provided as welcome drinks were also very delicious. The people there are also very friendly.

Always a favorite, never had a bad meal here. Staff exceptional, good price, lots of little touches like welcome drink, hand towels. I go to Bali a lot and always try and get in at least one meal here. Do yourself a favor and try it out

Absolutely great experience!

Quiet and nice place close to the main road. You will be free of the traffic noise and exhaust from the cars and motorcycles. Good and warm service and excellent UN's special; red snapper fillet + creme Catalana.

The food is very tasty and the people who work there are super nice. The restaurant is a little bit hidden, but it is beautiful! Highly recommended

Had dinner here on recommendation…and it didn’t disappoint! Fantastic and attentive service with amazing food! We had Beef Rendang and Pork in Balinese spices (yum) and for dessert we share a Toblerone mousse (divine) Great margarita! Extremely good prices! Will definitely return …. Excellent

Back to wonderful Uns for a lovely dinner for two.as previously the staff are fabulous, the food is superb & the cocktails spot on! The ambience & feel of being looked after will ensure we will always recommend & return

Frankly disappointed by this restaurant (too) well rated, the dishes are good but nothing more. The desserts downright inedible. The only real positive point: the service and the welcome that comes out on top!

Great place for contemporary Bali food. A good mix of Sino-Indonesian, Western selection.
Found it easy to find.you have to walk along the alley about 100 meters to get there.in front of the restaurant, the waiter come to welcome me and find me the suitable table and give me welcome drink, too. Highly recommend

Good food, good service. The bruschetta was really nice. You get a complimentary drink and bread. Nice atmosphere

The entrecôte was fine but not to its finest. The sauce was meet expectation. But the hospitality and complimentary were beyond the roof. I also like the place which was hidden in the alley with beautiful entrance of the venue. Nice one Un’s! Would come again for another menu. Affordable price as well

Amazing restaurant that has opened again. Highly recommend it - located just off Poppy Lane 1 to your right on a small lane that takes you to Jalan Patai Kuta. Speak great English and very helpful. We love the vol au vents-

Best meal I’ve every had in Bali. Free margarita’s and garlic bread as soon as you walk through the door. The atmosphere was amazing and facilities clean and well kept. The service at Un’s was amazing, all the members of staff were quick, efficient and so kind. Now the best part was the food, the garlic bread was crunchy and delicious as well as the spring rolls. Both steaks were cooked to perfection and were so juicy and tender. The king prawns on the surf and turf were so soft the practically melted in your mouth. A big thank you to Ketut our waiter and all the other staff, we will be back soon.

Great service, very nice atmosphere. I loved their fresh mango juice and dessert. Definitely would recommend and go again.

Discovered this place after walking back to our hotel from Don Juan mexican next door. Had dinner here the next night and thoroughly enjoyed the meal and friendly service!

I visited this restaurant, yesterday 26th dec. 19 evening for dinner with my wife and kids. As it was last day in Bali we decided to eat some local food in decent and good rating restaurant.

Though we are light eater in the night, we order two dish only. One was continental dish, chicken concoxxxx (kind of grilled chicken) the correct name I am missing, and the other dish was chicken satay (Indonesean style food). Now here is the point. Both dishes were below the average. We felt both dishes are prepared with same sauce mainly peanut based, brown color. Chicken was not tender in continental dish, and Sate were about 10 sticks in one dish but at least tasting better than other dish.

They serve complimentary two dishes of chicken cutlet (1 piece each) as we ordered two dishes.

We order ice martini after reading lot of good reviews but again no waow factor.

The only happening thing is welcome drink on arrival, small shots of martini, through which restaurant has string in their hands.

Price of dishes are fine, specially Indonesean food. Continental food is on higher side.

Service is good and staff are great. That is the plus point I saw in this restaurant. My points are for service and not for food.

A nice, quiet, friendly place hidden in the main part of Kuta. Amazing food and friendly service. After being in Bali for 5+ days it can get overwhelming, well Un's restaurant is the perfect spot for a friendly meal and great service. There are many repeat customers at this restaurant and it's easy to see why. This was our first but definitely not the last. It's the nicest steak you've probably never heard of. Give it a try for yourselves and spread the word.

Food quality is really good. And you will be in anthem of their use of natural beauty in restaurant.

The food here is amazing! I had the beef Rendang which I highly recommend. We got a welcoming drink, complementary starter and prawn ceacker with our mains. The food took no time at all to come out and the staff here were extremely friendly and helpful!

Sehr gemütliches Restaurant. Anfangs erhält man ein „welcomedrink“ und einen kleinen Gruß aus der Küche. Das Essen war sehr empfehlenswert. Jedoch könnten die Portionen für mein Empfinden etwas größer sein. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis war in Ordnung

Have been going here for years, and they have remained consistently good all this time. I must admit that you need to know what to order to get it at its best. Frozen Margheritas for drinks, spatchcocks in rosemary for the main, Toblerone mousse for dessert (be sure to order a scoop of vanilla icecream with it to balance the richness) = a recipe for a good night out!

This place was so good. Sat down and was immediately given a free shot of some iced lemon drink. The building is great and the staff all wear traditional balinese clothing. Staff were really friendly and the service is really fast. Western food is moderately priced, a bit more expensive if you want big steaks but the balinese/indonesian food is super cheap. 10/10.

This place has one of the best stakes in town.will run you about $23 USD. They tend over cook a little.so if you like medium well as I do, get it medium rare.

By far the best meal we've had on our trip. Un's delivered above and beyond. The service was great, so was the small welcome drink. The frozen margaritas were so moreish, specially for the price. The food was outstanding. I couldn't recommend this place enough for anyone. 10/10 from me.

Lovely service and so was food. Got complementary chicken cake and margarita shot. Really good food and ambience is very unique and peaceful. Great place to come with friends or family. Recommend it definitely!

Nice restaurant tucked down a small alley. I was dubious of following the sign going there at first, but I saw that it had good reviews, so I went anyway- and I'm glad I did.

First, the hospitality was excellent. The restaurant provided both a small free slush-style welcome drink, but also a small two bite appetizer a little bit after. Second, the menu was very varied- and with the standard Balinese cuisine, Indonesia cuisine, and then a large selection western pasta and meat dishes. Third, and most importantly, the food was of course delicious or else I wouldn't be writing this positive review.

Anyway, highly recommend ducking into the alley to try Un's.
