Great location.
Spectacular villas.
But the fact that we felt that the reception was constantly trying to charge us for everything ruined the experience.

Great beach, garden and rooms are exquisitely furnished. Friendly staff and good service. Quite and relaxing. The ultimate escape.

A magnificent hotel at the foot of the sea. We were in a villa with a garden, it was magnificent

This resort welcomed us very friendly and we had the luxury pleasure to enjoy two nights the stunning two bedroom pool villa. There is not much nearby but the resort itself features a beautiful garden and stunning nature with beautiful botanics and the impressive sounds in the evening from all animals nearby (we had no problem with insects at all, just the sound is really cool). The hotel offers complimentary activities with super friendly driver and price for food / mini bar is for this level of hotel pleasantly reasonable. The beach is nice for a walk but not for swimming. Also at the moment it doesn’t seem to have any surfing options nearby. We hope we can once return and stay a night or two longer

Location is a bit far but very peaceful quite and clean and great value for money staff are super friendly, lovely and professional!

This is one of the most amazing resorts we have ever stayed at. We stayed all over the world. It is very far from civilization for the restaurant is fabulous. The service is incredible and the people are absolutely the best. They are very accommodating to get drivers to take you places but there is not much around this area. If you want very relaxing vacation. This is the best place we found.

I have never seen a hotel in such a state, between the bottle caps found around the pool, the parasols close to falling apart, the paths to the rooms completely dilapidated, and the restaurant falling apart. The service is quite nice, but it's not possible to welcome guests in a hotel in such a state, even more so considered as a 5 star hotel. Disgraceful.

Amazing place, great villas, super private and calm. Great restaurant with surprisingly big vegan/vegetarian menu. Would recommend and will definitely come again

Amazing place, restaurant is also really nice. Only downside is there is no Grab service there, so you must book a private driver or arrange with the hotel

Really attentive service, lovely peaceful location, private pool for every room, excellent restaurant & room service, easy access to lovely countryside. Fabulous spa. A bit of a way from the airport (1-2 hours depending on traffic) but worth it.

The hotel staff that made our stay so welcoming and enjoyable. No request was too much and they did whatever they could to make our trip memorable.

We highly recommend the Mahi Mahi on the dinner menu and the Chicken Focaccia Sandwich on the lunch menu.

Even though the distance to and drive into central areas may be a negative for some, we enjoyed enjoying the scenery and driving into Nusa Dua, Seminak, Sanur, etc.

This is the place to go in Bali if you want to avoid the crowds during the peak season.

Perfect service and beautiful villas. Even a little gym and massage were available.

The beach is good for surfing but not for Swimming its also very dirty (plastic waste from the ocean)

It was all good until check out. The way guest communicate with front office is via WhatsApp. Unfortunately messages were read late or no reply.

Requested airport transfer a night before but messages were read only after two hours. What is we need urgent help? Needed up we arranged for our own transport.
Then check out morning, tested them 9.41am we need help to carry luggages. They confirmed at 9.42am. Driver waiting at 9.45am
At 9.50am still no one came to assist. We reminded them again. Messages read 9.51am but no response.

Finally we gave up. We carried our own. We bumped into the workers in our way down and the manager when we reached lobby.

Well, why use WhatsApp as communications tool when you can’t even provide the very basic response in time?

Amazing place right next to beach. You can walk to the beach from there. The rooms are beautiful and the service is very friendly.

The beach is not for swimming and that it was a bit very disappointing, the pool needs a good maintenance, the tiles are very slippery and very dirty the umbrellas as well need to be changed, the restaurant needs an update to, as it is the only one, more food options will be welcome.

What an amazing place. We had a villa with a private pool. The villa was exceptional. The hotel staff was very professional. They made every effort to make us feel at home. The staff was always willing to put in the extra effort to fulfill that special touch required by a very high end resort. We will definitely return for another care free holiday in paradise.

I love this villa a lot! Awwwwwwww, the room is spacious, and the view is amazing! This villa is located by the sea, but it is not in the city center. It is not easy to find some food nearby. It is fine to stay here 1 or 2 nights here, especially for honeymoon. If you want to go around, you need to use local transport there which is a bit expensive but it was ok. The food is also pretty tasty. Actually, we booked for the villa with private swimming pool. But Our first night, they put us in the villa without swimming pool because there was a missed communication kr something. The second night, we asked them again, finally, we stayed in the villa with private room. I love the outdoor shower, and the bath soap, and shampoo Was really good. The fragnance is so natural. It is definitely recommended to stay here for 1 or 2 nights.

An absolutely wonderful experience both inside and out! Every second of my stay here was perfect! Waka Gangga is peaceful, exhilarating, restful, delicious, and ideally situated on the stunning black sand about an hour and a half from Denpasar, or about 20 minutes from Tanah Lot. I personally found the location to be one of its biggest draw - far enough away from the noise and traffic. The staff is gracious, professional, and each encounter was handled with diligence and care. My villa, #116, was very well appointed with fabulous creature comforts, including air conditioning, indoor and outdoor shower, private pool and bale, mini-bar, and the mosquito net around the four post bed with fragrant plumeria on my pillows each night made for sleep. I highly recommend taking a Waka Land Cruise, the sunset ATV rides nearby, and a heavenly Balinese massage at the onsite spa!
