Waroeng D'pon

I had Nasi Champur and the seasoning and seasoning were very strong. The tempeh is covered in a sauce that tastes similar to Korean seasoned chicken sauce. It's okay to have a quick meal

Nice cozy place for a meal. It's a family-run restaurant.

The soto ayam was the best dish out of the items we've tried! Service was exceptional!

We loved the everything about the place.
The food was mind blowing, very authentic and the prices were reasonable.
We tried Soto ayam, chicken satay, vegetable noodles and grilled chicken, they were all good and the people were friendly and helpful.

The Nasi Jjampur was not bad and the Soto Ayam was delicious.
The table isn't as clean as I thought, but they responded kindly and it was nice.

I stopped by after morning yoga and it was really delicious. I ate soto ayam here and it smelled like dumpling soup! It's my first time trying coconut juice, and it's not bad. I didn't know what it tasted like, so I put it in my nose and ate it in 5 minutes. It's just a shame I can't come again because my house is far away! The price is really cheap too. I paid 32K for juice and soto ayam:)

Good local food. I can also recommend the pancakes - really great! And of course have a coconut. All at a very affordable rate.

Very nice and clean place. Awesome mains, especially the signature dish is a wow. You'll get fresh coconuts for drinks and a choice of freshly mixed fruitjuices.

Really good place: delicious et non expensive! I took a succulent curry soup, tasty and spicy just perfectly with a rice, and I will surely come back. ;o) Thanks a lot

I LOVE Waroeng d’pon so much! I was staying across the road at Bulan Bali hostel and I went to d’pon for Nasi Goren for breakfast and Nasi Campur for lunch. Budi and Koming who run the waroeng are so welcoming and friendly. They were kind enough to invite me to the temple with them and showed me how the locals live. The Nasi Campur is my favourite! I really recommend it. So fresh and healthy. And so reasonably priced! If you want authentic Indonesian food, go to Waroeng D’pon! It’s also in a really lovely part of Ubud - not too busy and touristy, more quiet and residential:)

Perfect. Tasty fresh food, cheap prices. Nice quiet atmosphere without much traffic and relaxing music.

My dinner at Waroeng D'pon was one of those experiences that reminds me why I travel. To the tune of positive and upbeat world music playing in the background, the family that runs this warung has created the most warm and local atmosphere of any restaurant I've been to in Indonesia.

At the end of my meal, my compliment about the Cap Cay was so well-received that they brought out the entire family to return the thank-you. They are such a sweet family and a beautiful representation of what Balinese hospitality is all about.

And I haven't even mentioned how good the FOOD was. Wow. This was the best meal I've had in Bali by far (been here for about 2 weeks), and the prices are way cheaper than most of Ubud. I wasn't even hungry after my Cap Cay and dragondruit-pineapple-watermelon juice, but the food was so good and cheap that I had to order a Gado-Gado to top it off.

After my meal, the friends and cousins of the family hanging outside invited me to sit down and share some drinks and laughs with them.

Waroeng D'pon doesn't have much publicity yet because they just opened in November, but I'm sure that the Ubud community is going to find out about them in no time. Get there before the rush!

Very unexpected! Traditional music, well looked after doggies and the food was filling, very tasty and super affordable. Going back tomorrow!

Small little family business. Lovely people and good food at local price. We especially like that they cook everything fresh and without artificial flavors, flavor enhancers or extra sugar. ️
