Yan's House Hotel Bali

The hotel is good, we had a good stay there, the room is clean and so is the bathroom, the shower works very well, the only problem is that there were 3 of us and they only gave us towels for 2 people.

Lokasi oke banget. Nah saya tuh seneng banget, hotel ini tuh murah tp kamarnya oke bangetttt, kamar bersihhhhhh banget, gak ada debuuuuu sama sekali, pdhl ni hotel jg lumayan ya dah bbrp tahun, elektronik semua berfungsi dengan baik, lokasinya pun jg okkkk banget. Ya breakfastnya juga enak enak walaupun kita harus pilih.dan ada jatah porsi nya. Tp enakkkk bgt. Nahhh kalau bawa kidssssss cocok bgt, saya kemaren bawa anak 1 th, enak gak susah kamar nya nyaman cocok untuk anak anak, terus breakfast itu dpt jatah free untuk anak.aduh pokonya kl mau ke bali hemat tp fasilitas ok tuh disini

Only welcome food is delicious.

The dorm shower is hanging from the ceiling, and the water pressure is very bad.

The floor was cleaned by people who had used it before, and there was mold in front of the door and it smelled.
The bed support is unique, so it is difficult to get out if things fall out.

There was no wireless internet, so I had to bring my phone to the window.

Air conditioner noise is too loud.

The manager and some of the staff are very unfriendly and irresponsible. Poor work handling and job handling skills.

Recommended for a short stay before or after going to the airport.

Ini hotel lucu designnya, kamarnya unik, lokasi enak, sangat recommend buat yg cari hotel deket2 airpot, malem pun banyak tempat makan disekitar dan ga macet daerahnya karena posisi sudah diluar ring yg hobi macet, jadi ke bandara hanya 5 menit dari sini

Kamar hotel bersih dan punya tema design yang berbeda-beda. Ada juga kamar family yang bs diisi oleh 4 orang. Sarapannya ala carte dan rasanya enak terutama butter dan rotinya. Lokasi sangat strategis krn berada dijalan kartika plaza. Harga juga masih masuk akal.

Setiap kesempatan traveling keluarga, kami selalu berusaha mendapat pengalaman baru. Baik tentang destinasi lansekap, kuliner dan tempat tidur.

Tempat menginap tidak harus bintang 5 atau 4. Faktanya kami tidak pernah membutuhkan fasilitas kolam renang, fitnes dll.yang hanya dimiliki hotel *4 dan *5.

Kali ini cukup dengan "affordable price" penginapan kami *3 family room, leluasa bergerak selonjoran berempat.
Yang harus diacungi jempol adalah breakfastnya. Disajikan ala carte, ada belasan menu lokal, western dan kids.

Semuanya bergiliran kami coba selama menginap, above average of taste. Detail penyajian (plater) yang apik, dan full compliment of muffin & bread. Amazing

Plus setiap sore, pintu kamar diketuk dan sepotong homade dark chocolate with caramel inside diberikan untuk setiap tamu.

Stayed here for 2 nights in different room. The service was good, they gave us a welcome drinks and it taste fresh.we order pizza from the restaurant and its also good

Our first room was deluxe and its so nice, we love it so much.the second one was premium room. Its very spacious but too bad sometimes the bathroom have some bad smell and we got some kind of allergic reaction from the shampoo/body wash there, also the shower kinda broken i think.

We can choose our breakfast and its also taste good.the location near the beach so we can just walk there, its just a great experience.overall very nice place for the price and we will stay here again if we come to bali

Awesome Breakfast, Fantastic staff, Spacious rooms, Safe & Secure. Close to Airport and restaurants on your doorstep. Great location. Its a family owned hotel so it gives you the feel of local Balinese culture. Highly recommend!

And the chocolate treats delivered in the afternoon were just an amazing bonus!

Nyaman, ada kolam renang, tenang, serasa di rumah, dekat Kuta, sarapan pre-order menu dan waktunya, staff nya semua ramah, kurangnya cuma 1, tidak ada kulkas di dalam kamar, tapi ada Alfamart pas di sampingnya. Jadi kalau mau minuman dingin tinggal ke Alfamart.

Room designed to accommodate family. Value for Money. Best location in Kuta. Super clean. Wonderful staff service. Requested for and got Iron box, hair dryers too. Tasty food. A mini fridge in the rooms would have helped!

Very strategi location in the heart of Kartika Plaza Kuta, walking distance to the Kuta beach, Kuta Square and surrounded by variety dining. The a la Carte breakfast was nice, value for money, lovely room, cleanliness was superb.

Hotel dengan dekorasi kamar yang unik, lain daripada lainnya. Ada beberapa kamar yang dekorasinya berbeda, Instagramble bagus untuk foto2 dalam kamar. Harga tidak mahal untuk area kuta dan dengan fasilitas yang tersedia. Karyawan ramah, booking online langsung sudah terdaftar.

Ada bed besar dan tempat tidur single tingkat, cocok untuk anak saya 2 orang.
Kamar luas dan bersih.
Hanya saja tidak ada kulkas.
Memang hotelnya, hotel sudah lama.
Cari sarapan ada di depan atau di gang samping hotel.

Cozy place with differents theme for the rooms& there is quite a big pool to swim. But, no small pool for the childrens?

Amazing stay. The staff was very polite and professional. The rooms were amazing. Location is also good. There is a supermarket in front of the hotel which is 24 hours open.

The best recommendation hotel! Ini hotel konsel design interiornya beda dari hotel2 yang lain.hotel ini western vibe dan homey banget. Untuk yg mencari suasana hotel yg beda di Indonesia, ini bisa jadi rekomendasi.tempatnya juga startegis dekat dengan kuta. Dan pelayanannya ramag banget.

Their services are over the top. They offered me a welcome snack and drink, gave me a sweet small chocolate, and a lot of corners of the room are instagramable.

Bagus sih.nyaman juga. Nampak tinggal di rumah sendiri. Sayangnyaa, air panas ga idup, bahhaha.pengiritan kali.mungkin karena tamu hanya saya (terlihat dari suasana hotel yg sepi) selain itu mobil yg terparkir hanya kendaraan saya.minusnya cuman itu, yg lain sudah ok.

A wonderful place, I got COVID-19 prices and worth every penny. Except the hot water in maintenance mode.

This is my 2nd stay after 2 years ago. The hotel is still well maintained, nice and unique. My wife enjoyed the Victorian room very much.

A comfortable hotel with great hotel staffs, located on the main road of Kuta Square. You can reach a Kuta art market just across the street and the famous Kuta Beach beyond it. Along the road there’re cafes and restaurants at all hours.
The hotel has nice themes for the rooms but you cant find a refrigerator here. Breakfast is ala carte with so many yummy treats. Hv stayed here 2times and will definitely return someday.

The place so niiiice. And actually quiet big the place. Because the view from the front of the hotel like a small place. Honestly i doubted it in the beginning, but when i saw the room it's so good. Nice room service and the workers also good. Just don't like the swimming pool, because surrounding by the building.

Hotel with unique concept, friendly staffs, and delicious breakfast set. Stayed two nights at Bachelors Pad and Homeland Deluxe Room. One of my favorite things when I was staying there is that they use cinnamon scent body soap which I didn't expect at all.

Keep up the good work! Definitely would recommend this hotel, and would stay there again next time.

Penginapan yang unik, room nya ada beberapa type yang gemes-gemes.terakhir kita di room homyland jadi seakan akan kita berada di taman, karpet rumput nya bagus.kreatif yang buat nya.
Hommy bangeutz, udah kedua kali cek in di Hotel ini, nyaman, dan punya pool buat berenang-berenang cantik.lokasi berada di wilayah Kartika Plaza, strategis sih menurut Aku, deket juga ke Discovery Mall.deket ke Pantai.dan recommend sih bagi yang mao stay di daerah Kartika Plaza dengan harga yang gak begitu mahal.

Cool place to stay, friendly staffs, excellent location and very convenient to move around Kuta area.

Probably the best 3* hotel in Kuta. Very good value. $44 for 2 including very good and tasty breakfast. Specious clean room and bathroom with comfortable mattress. AC quiet and working well. Staff professional, friendly with good English skills. Location is great. Near airport too. Highly recommended for couple.
On negative side:
When staff comes to work at 6: 00 they are too loud talking. Hotel should have smaller pillows, not just one size that was way too high for me. Also management should put sign in hallways for guest to respect "quiet time" from 22: 00 - 08: 00

Love this one. The location is near to many good dining places, Mal, super/minimarket. If you stay here, have the breakfast menu. It's not buffet, but made to order. Variety is many, more than enough to start your day. Complete from coffee/tea, basket of bread rolls, fresh juice, glass of slice fruit and various selection of main course (various of egg cooking, sandwich, pancakes, and Indonesian food such as Yellow Rice and Fried Noodle).
If you have sweet tooth, please do have the macaroons. It's different and good, even compared to than the famous (and expensive) Laduree in Paris,
It was served together in the welcome drink menu when we checked in. I end up in ordering 2 more dozens to take home for my girls.

The place is great. The location is very good; there are a lot of places to eat, a lot of ATMs and other amenities near. The staff is very welcoming and courteos.

A really nice boutique hotel in Kartika plaza. Spacious, clean rooms with a big flat-screen TV, bath tub and all required amenities. The breakfast is served alacarte and a lovely selection of dishes including coffee, fruit, bread and pastries.
The staff are really friendly and accommodating and they even do an evening turn down service and serve home made chocolate.
Highly recommend!

Next time gone Bali i would definitely stay again at Yans. Welcome drink and macaroons, praline on room. Big room and clean, lots of soap and shampoo available. Great breakfast. Very polite staff, they even open the door for you, most of times. And it’s nearby airport and kuta. Superb!

It was nice to stay there the location is more than perfect near mostly everything and the sea is 2 min walk from there. I really enjoyed the breakfast everyday. The staff was nice and kind.

Great hotel. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The receptionists in particular were great. They allowed me to check in early and got free breakfast for my child. Always smiling at reception. I will definitely come here again.
