We had a couple package massage. Everything what we asked for. My husband absolutely loved their welcoming tea. The whole experience took 2.5hr.worth every minute

Fantastic massage for two, the spa offers transport to and from nearby hotels. Very rich and beautiful interiors and yard. The massages themselves - exactly as we wanted (strong), the flower bath and incense sticks - pleasant. Very nice service:)

If you get a deep tissue here, Koreans will like it because the pressure is strong. I recommend it.

We were looking for an alternative to the overpriced spas at the bali collection mall and found this spa. They even offer to pick you up and bring you back to the hotel! Reservation was easy using their form on the website, shuttle picked us up on time and drove us to the spa. We were welcomed with a water to drink while we chose our massage. The rooms for the massage is a few meters away in a different building. We were provided with disposable underwear and really enjoyed our back and shoulder massage. After massage we got a tasty ginger tea. The staff is very friendly and helpful!

What an amazing experience myself and my partner had at Zahra Spa!

The ladies made us feel so welcome, we ended up going back 3 times for different massages. One of those times we had a foot massage and the ladies were so engaging making the whole room laugh. They even brought out tea, biscuits and water for us.

Big thank you to Elis and Iluh who made our experience even better with a full body massage. AMAZING!

Fantastic service picking us up and dropping us back to our resort also.

We will definitely be coming back to this place when we are next over.

Very good massage. Good service especially the pickup and return. We had a great time even if it was only a small food massage. But we will try the other offers too for sure. Top price.

We had treatment at their private villa. Very clean place, nice view, friendly staff and lovely owner. They made our day wonderfull. Highly recomended and will be back.

This place is amazing we have been going here for years now and it has expanded so much. All the staff are kind, friendly and beautiful including Zahra. The place is soo beautiful and the private villa is really good, good for kids, romantic copples, honeymoons and just a getaway. I definitely recommend this place and you should keep coming back.

I’m giving two stars because the owner was super nice when I decided to STOP my treatment midway. The massage was average, and the facial left me in tears. The products aren’t natural at all, with alcohol and harsh chemical smell. They didn’t ask what the facial was for. (moisturizing, acne, anti aging etc.) just used bare fingers to massage harsh product into my skin. The owner didn’t charge us for anything (even massage) and she had a great attitude. I’m just so disappointed. Was looking forward to spa for our entire trip and it’s our last day. Can’t stop crying.

Got the package 2 - message with mani & pedi Anggi and Winda for great price! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Serving water and tea throughout the experience. Zahra is a great women and runs an awesome spa. Will be back.

Well, I took the 3 hours packet. The massage lady was young and surely not professional. She knew the basic of course but when I asked her where she had her massage lessons, she replied nowhere. She gave me 2 beatifoul brushes. I'm still in pain and week later

Fantastic Spa. I have been to Bali many times and this is my favourite Spa. Zahra’s team are amazing nothing is too much trouble. From the lovely girls at the front, to the drivers and even the owner who takes time to check in with you they are fantastic.
You have to try their ginger tea as well.
Iluh is my go to person as she knows me so ask for her but all the girls are wonderful. Even my 14year old loved the experience so bring the whole family or come as a couple.
Come and see them they are amazing and the services are a definite 5/5. Honestly great rooms and service.

Very nice massage for this price. However don’t recommend for the facial care: the products contain a lot of alcohol and the exfoliating is too strong. My face skin is very sensitive and got red on the same day.
However still high quality/price ratio for the massage. There is also pick-up and drop-off service from the hotel to the shop.
