Trouser Zara dicuci sengaja pakai tangan lembut, warnanya langsung luntur jadi belang-belang, padahal baru beli dan baru banget dipakai 1 kali.

Salah satu gerai fashion yang terkenal dan banyak diminati wisatawan domestik maupun mancanegara di Kuta Beachwalk. Tempatnya lumayan luas, nyaman dan sangat strategis. Tersedia pakaian anak-anak, remaja maupun dewasa baik untuk wanita maupun pria. Pelayanan sangat ramah dan sopan. Harga relatif terjangkau dan kompetitif.

Many choices and different products than in my country of origin (France). The store is very tidy and you have space to clearly view the products. I went there on a Saturday afternoon, not many people, no waiting in the fitting room.
In short, the best way to shop.

The return policy is very flawed especially for a multinational company like Zara. You can only exchange for the ‘exact’ same value or more although this is not written anywhere in the returns T&C’s. I picked out two items that were of slightly more value as the item I wanted to exchange, however when the staff member rung it up one of the items was on sale (but had no sale tag or sale price on the item) which meant the value was 20.000 less than the original, for some ungodly reason they can’t allow this (literally making profit off the original) I was told I would have to purchase a third item - refused as that is just unacceptable customer service especially when this ‘company policy’ isn’t written anywhere and the only solution was to buy the sale item at full price. Ridiculous, unacceptable and soured the situation. YOU NEED TO SHOW YOUR T&C’s ON THE RECIPT - FIX THIS!

Avoid for Europeans because the prices are much higher. For a skirt at 26€ in France it was around 38€ in Bali. I don't really understand the point of setting up a zara in this area given the local salary of the Balinese.

A standard Zara store, but I miss the international fashion. Not always good quality, need to check before buying.

Even worse quality than in European Zara shops. Friendly and helpful staff but not trained and only employed to fill up and restore the sales area. In relation to local fashion shops too expensive. Not all international fashion.
Mall has big parking area.

Amazing, incredible 60 min foot and calf massage by the therapist named Made! Ask for her. She was accommodating, thorough, and strong but relaxing!

Great store, discounts all round very friendly & helpful staff well done for bringing great customer service to a place in Kuta that certainly needs bringing into a new century

Toko pakaian favorite setiap berkunjung ke Beach Walk. Pilihan barangnya lengkap, baik untuk pria, wanita dan anak-anak. Kualitas barangnya baik, designnya update dan modelnya kasual elegant, pelayanan staff baik, ramah dan komunikatif, display toko menarik, tersedia banyak barang sale.

Love shopping in this store. I found the products with awesome price, great quality and a diverse selection available. Well, I just love the wearing the products all the time.

I like this place. In the mall in Kuta, it's got my favorite combination of reasonable prices and good quality clothes for men's clothes.

Zara is Zara. Best Zara store I ever visited was in San Francisco. This one has some different clothing than Perth.

Toko pakaian yg serba komplit dari busana anak2 sampai busana dewasa dengan harga yg cukup mahal.

It's Zara as expected. However, choices are limited and a bit pricey than similar store in Singapore or KL.

Premium outlet butik yang memiliki tempat strategis. Tempatnya berada tepat di depan Pantai Kuta. Harganya relatif mahal ya mungkin karena merupakan brand internasional. Koleksi pakaian ny bagus, tersedia koleksi untuk perempuan dan laki-laki. Tersedia juga koleksi parfum yg selalu menjadi pilihan oleh-oleh ketika wisatawan baik lokal atau luar berkunjung di Bali.
