Pesan dari alfagift, pakai Alfamart yg ini.

Pesan jam 1an siang, sampai jam setengah 7 malam belum datang2, sebelum nya tidak seperti ini, kalau memang telat atau ada kendala harusnya diinfokan dahulu ke customer dan jgn disuruh menunggu selama ini.

Kecewa sebagai customer Alfamart

Setelah 5x pembelian lewat alfagift sepertinya tidak ada masalah (karena tidak pernah cek langsung barang yg datang) akhirnya pada pembeliaan ke-6 ada masalah.

Beli bayclin 1 liter tapi yg dikirim bayclin 500 ML dgn alasan yg 1 liter kosong. Sudah ditanyakan tapi tidak ada jawaban penyelesaian yang jelas, tidak ada refund kelebihan bayar dan tidak ada tambahan barang yang kurang 500 ML lagi.
Merugikan konsumen dan sangat tidak bertanggung jawab.

Ini pegawai yg tukang anter via alfagiftny super lelet, dari pesan dan pembayaran beres jam 15.00 sampe jam 22.00 barang belum juga sampe.

Pesan melalui alfagift lama sekali. Pesan dari jam 9 sampai jam 12 blm di kirim jugaa padahal status order nya sudah di terima. Di telfon pun tidak angkat.

Pesanan lewat alfagift lama banget gak sampe sampe…. Pesan dr 27 Juni sampe 28 Juni blm sampe…. Kemana dulu itu

This is the last time i'm using alfagift delivery service, the first two orders they got it wrong and just change the items as they like besides price difference without any confirmation whatsoever, the third one they did the same exact thing and refuse to replace the product with the correct one stating that "It is out of stock" besides the app showing that it is clearly available however such negligence should've been avoided if their supervisors actually doing their jobs on the app sides or the physical store sides, the fourth one they straight up ignoring my orders and ignoring my calls then cancel the orders without any further explanation, i recommend whoever read this to reconsider bringing your business here since the clerks there are unprofessional and don't even care about a speck of problems, there are lots of alternative whether it's physical store or Online delivery service that will cause you way less Headache and incovenience, i mean it's suppose to be "Convenience Store" not "INcovenience Store", Such a shame such a huge Convenience Chain in Indonesia would do such practice, if any higher-ups see this seriously fix your staffs.

Kalo pun pesenan overload di mohon kabarin dulu ini mah mesen dr jam 9 baru dateng jam 1 siang kelewatan banget

Ac nya dingin dan display nya cukup rapih dan posisi yg sangat strategis didepan stasiun batu ceper
Letak toko nya bersebelahan dengan praktek dokter hewan viva vet
