Kalo dr kota tangerang via cadas/bandara via jembatan kedaung agak jauh lokasi nya. Mgkn bisa 1jam lebih kl pas macet karna harus melewati pertigaan pasar sepatan tangerang yg super sibuk. Alangkah baiknya harga bisa jauh lebih terjangkau di banding kompetitor sebelah karena faktor tsb kalo mau bersaing. Juga air PAM belum ready di awal proyek karna mrk buat instalasi nya setelah cluster jadi, efek nya ya banyak galian n banyak aktifitas. Kualitas bangunan memang bagus n premium tetapi banyak faktor X nya juga sebagai pertimbangan. Thks

Hunian nyaman, fasilitas lengkap. Ada lapangan futsal/basket, playground, lapangan bulu tangkis, taman dan kolam renang ekslusif. Air pdam on progress penyambungan

Konsep huniannya bagus dengan Epic Estate sebagai Konsultannya. Untuk air sih masih layak lah untuk konsep perumahan bergaya cluster dimana aslinya kualitas airnya payau tapi ditambahkan secara gratis 3 buah filter untuk penyaring airnya. Over all Emerald sangat the best.

Everyone the name of Emerald property. They are not just only one place arround in Indonesia. In Sepatan, I just live here less than one year but they done a lot.
Water yes indeed salty and rusty but it clean because ground sea water but the best part is they are close to the beach / ocean. Goverment and commerce water can't get through yet and they already explaned to all tenants. They are trying their best.
Internet and all matters is also probably because this property in sepatan still less than one year and fast progress.
The problem is this developer is not firm enough to control peoples who don't want to pay maintainance for some personal reasons and takes advantages from the weakness so it comes into social media.
This property is nice. I enjoy it every morning.you can hear bird sound even night bird.you can see nature still arround here. I am looking a place different from Jakarta who always crowded. They set and plan this property so neat.
IPL is relative expensive but reasonable compare what they will plan the facilites for you, the chepest one is 225k. You need to come and see if you are intereted.
Peoples have to see everything and experience them self if they want to buy everything comes into your money, not always receive and complain in the end.

Kalau kesini kudu pagi2 maen ke mauk, kalau gak mau kena macet di depan pesantren.karena sabtu dan minggu suka antar jemput sama keluarga yg anaknya tinggal di pesantren ini.
