Quite oke, parking lot still enough place. But too quite at surrounding no cafe, restaurants, no minimarket or anything just to live in only.

Apartemen padddington hights. Berada di kawasan alam sutra, jaraknya tidak begitu jauh dari mall sogo, dan universitas Binus, paling cuma 200mtr.

Cukup dehh dteng kesini skali aja, nginep berhari hari disini Satpamnya Kepoo bgt kebnyakan Nanya stiap mau masuk, giliran gw pake mobil Mevvah kga di tanya, giliran pake yg biasa di tnyain muluk.gw aja tau mukanya dia tpi dia kaga ngenalin2. Trus aneh bgt orang bru pda bngun tdur mlhan si satpam negor jngan berisik seret2 bangku, lah orng bru bngun tdur siapa yg brisik, gak usah ngotot pak udh kaya yg punya apartemen, lu di gajih sma penghuni dan penyewa apartemen jngn belagu bgtu. Tlong management apartemen pedding town KERAMAHAN DAN SOPAN SATPAM DI TRAINING LAGI.sya bkan orng yg bru pertma kli msuk apartemen. Udh sring. Msa klah sma tentangga sbelahnya ramah2.

Ada beberapa satpam belagu banget tatapan nya berasa yang punya apartemen, tiap kali keluar masuk kendaraan di tatap sinis berasa ganggu waktu santai nya.
Buat form keluar masuk barang lama, nunggu satpam datang dulu ke loading dock 10- 15 menit, minta TTD Building Management juga lama di proses nunggu 10 menit lagi.

Satpam baru pada songong. Ga ada attitude nya sm sekali. Tdnya mau beli unit lagi, jd males. Payah.

All units have grease trap and you have to call Building Management to clean it every week otherwise it smells very bad. It means you have to spend Rp. 55.000 to make it clean or 220.000 per month. Additional fees for living in this apartment.

Attitude satpam nya ga ada sama sekali. Ga ada sopannya sama sekali ketika bertanya mengenai kepentingan tamu yang datang. Malah dituduh yang aneh-aneh karena sering datang.

Quiet and comfortable atmosphere. Large parking area. Complete inside facilities: swimming pool, gym, barbecue area, Indomart, Laundry. Only 1 minute to Binus University and Alam Sutera Mall. 3 minutes to IKEA & Access Tol Jakarta

Building management is a disaster, grease traps in every unit under sink, requires GROSS weekly cleaning or your unit smells like sewer gas. If you need to live in the area consider Silkwood Residence - they don't have grease traps - in fact - no other apartments have grease traps. Because grease traps are for commercial kitchens and are supposed to be outside a unit. NOT INSIDE. Paddington Heights will have a huge legal suite against them that will be civil in nature. The people investing will be out millions.

There are a lot of fake reviews on here. Let's start with the main issue with ALL the units in this apartment. And if you don't listen you will suffer if you move in.
EVERY UNIT HAS A GREASE TRAP UNDER THE KITCHEN SINK!
What that means is you get the joy of cleaning a nasty grease trap once a week or otherwise you apartment smells.
THE PIPES IN THE STRUCTURE OF THE BUILDING ARE WRONG!
The sewer gas leaks back into your unit. Why? Because they don't have the grease traps installed properly. As you can see in the photo the outflow pipe - doesn't continue under the water level. Why is that important? Because all the gas from below - leaks back up and into your apartment air.
THE SEWER GAS IS POISON!
My wife and I both ended up with a horrible parasite infection. It required over 4jt in medical bills.
BUILD MANAGEMENT DOESN"T CARE!
So after 1 month of telling them and showing them and getting third party plumbers to verify - this is what they did:
1. Ignored It
2. Made Ridiculous Excuses "The apartment down the hall stinks - its leaking into your house"
After threatening to go to the government counsel - they finally agreed to add the proper valve to block the gas - they removed the box. Then they capped the pipe and the smell was gone. For 2 days only though because guess what they did next?
They returned the box in the same exact way. No fix. Just replaced the box.
THERE ARE TOMCATS ALL OVER!
The poison bug that spreads its poison just through contact with sheets, clothing and other things - yup - they are all over the apartment.
Think twice.
You will regret it if you move in - don't say you weren't warned.
P. S. I have circled in red what the outflow pipe should look like or have to avoid sewer gas from leaking back into your apartment should you decide to reside here.
