I am the boss of this company. This company is engaged in the construction industry and currently has hundreds of employees. Everyone is satisfied with you. 1-2% of employees feel uncomfortable after being fired by the company for violating company policies. They leave messages saying bad things about the company. For example, some employees got their fingers pinched. Although the company does not have BPJS, but because The company is responsible for paying full medical expenses and compensation, and paying normal wages during the illness. For example, some employees have a very good monthly salary. In order to retain outstanding talents, the boss gives them rewards. However, I heard somewhere that they disliked the rewards given by the boss for being too small and threatened the company not to do the work if they didn't give more. Well, just forget about it. Well, as for working hours and BPJS, each company’s salary system is different. When the company recruits employees, it will be made clear that high salary corresponds to high work pressure. Kerja kantoran tapi rangkap dan serabutan semua. Jam kerja untuk karyawan kantoran adalah 48 jam per minggu, senin sampai sabtu masuk full dari jam 8 sampai jam 5, sedangkan untuk karyawan proyek, hanya dikasi jatah libur 2 hari per bulannya, bahkan tahun baru, imlek, lebaran dan natalan juga kena potong gaji jika tidak masuk kerja. THR untuk masa percobaan tidak dibayarkan, lewat masa probation 3 bulan tidak naik gaji dan tunggu setelah kerja 1 tahun pun tetap tidak ada kenaikan gaji juga. Komisi untuk proyek yg kita dapatkan juga hanya 0,3% dan itu pun tidak dibayarkan atau hangus ketika resign.
Cuti tahunan dan cuti melahirkan tidak ada, lebaran hanya libur tanggal merah doank. Kalo absen ataupun sakit, hitungan gaji dipotong lebih besar 1,5x per harinya. Pesangon jg tidak bakalan ada dan ucapan ataupun janji seorang bos tidak ada pegangannya, bisa diingkari semuanya.
