Tahun lalu makan2 lamaran di sini. Semua makanannya enak, approved by semua tamu. Servis dari waitress juga sangat oke. Tempat juga bagus, ga ada masalah. Yang agak gimanaa gitu adalah waktu saya datang buat survey pertama kali Saya memang ga pakai baju rapi dan nenteng tas gede, tapi resepsionisnya keliatan banget ngeliatin saya dari atas ke bawah, lumayan intimidating yah. Kecewa juga sama PIC yang dialihin ke saya untuk booking menu hari H karena saya jelas2 order suatu menu hanya 1 porsi tapi malah dipesankan 4 porsi, dan saya baru tau saat makanannya sudah keluar semua. PICnya sendiri bahkan ga hadir di hari H dan ga ngomong apa2 ke saya.

The food is pretty good. The restaurant is cozy and well-decorated. However, it is awfully slow to get the food. We were around 20 pax, the restaurant was not busy. And yet it took forever to get service and to get the food. It felt like a sort of intermittent fasting of some sort. Eat few bites, then wait to get hungry to get the rest again.

Very good dimsum. The chilly oil is top notch. Once the chilly oil is served, everyone eats it to the last drop. You won't get enough of it.

We had dinner during Imlek-day evening, with 18: 00 reservation for 4pax.

Atmosphere: A bit gloomy, the yellow vintage steel-bar ornament give a "prison-like" feeling.

Service:
Very bad experience for us, given their claim as "semi-fine" dining.
We arrived at 18: 05. Maitre'd told us that the table is not ready yet (which is OK for us) and they will set it ASAP, so we head down the outdoor bar & pool to give them time in setting the table. 5 minutes later, we enter the dining-hall, and our table is still empty with no-one attending. So we asked the maitre'd to give us other table that is ready (there are 2 other table that is perfectly set). Maitre'd told us that the tables are reserved for other person. So we sat & waited at our table. Still no one come to attend our table, instead some waiters attend other table. So we strongly complained.
No pickles or peanuts served.
My daughter asked for spoon & fork, and the waiter forgot the request. After dinner, no toothpicks served also (unless you asked), which is uncommon for a chinese restaurant.

Food:
Dimsum; we ordered 4 baskets (hakaus, xiao long pao, vietnamese cheong fan). They are delicate & unique.
For mains, pork cha siew served with mantao, is delicious. However, roast duck is bland and chewy.

Price: We paid 1mio IDR in total (our beverage is jasmine tea).

Will we repeat to visit?
Highly unlikely.

The place is luxurious, its brand new. The food is very tasty, and the price is a bit below average. I recommend for people who like pork.

Kalo saya pribadi tidak buruk. Hanya saja harus sabar menunggu, sambil Wi-Fi an, mungkin lebih enjoy.
