Dlm sebulan beli 2kali disini, ga sekalipun nerima pelayanan yg BAGUS!
nanya antara A atau B yg better buat main game dijawab ketus "beli spek yg tinggi dari ini kalo mau"
Begitu bayar nanyanya "pake cicilan atau apa" dijawab baik-baik pembayaran debit
. EHH DITANYAIN LAGI PAKE CICILAN APA
Kemudian ditawarin untuk ambil garansi 1/2thn, sy tolak ehh kok bahasa KURANG SOPANNYA keluar lagi.
Coba buat para petugas mampir dulu ke toko sebelah buat liat PERBANDINGAN toko sebelah dlm MELAYANI cust dan TUTUR BAHASANYA BISA LEBIH SOPAN LAGI yaa!

Entah ud beli unit keberapa disini. Tapi kejadian Nov 2023 paling luar biasa. Ud di unboxing distore, claim voucher distore. Pas mau pake kuponnya ud gada katanya gak diclaim. Trs gada kejelasan dll. 2jt hilang gt aja. Kacauuu. Gak kesini lg lah

Pelayanan bagus, tempat bersih, salesnya ramah. Dibantu sama mas kevin, makasih ya.

Pelayanan paling buruk di banding samsung store yang pernah saya kunjungi. Everyone's so busy with their things.
Just avoid this place and go to other samsung stores if possible.

The service is just absolutely bad. Staff members are all busy on their phones. They didn't even care to even serve me although I'm a serious buyer of the Samsung Watch 4. One of the worst services i've ever experienced in a samsung store. Definitely never gonna come back here and buy anything from this store. I asked questions to the staff and after approaching me and answering my questions, they just simply left and on their phones again.
