Saphire Lounge

Small lounge right after immigration in T2 in Jakarta Airport. Helpful staff, basic but tasty local food, coffee, soft drinks, shower, comfortable seating area with tarmac view.
Very useful for longer layover in hectic airport.

Walk in lounge pay on the day for 120,000 rp and 7 pounds, really nice plenty of room tea, coffee cold drinks, snacks, there was hot food though to be honest it was lukewarm, the chicken was nice even so, bit the pasta was a bit sticky as not hot, but overall well worth it, staff very friendly and helpful, will definitely use again when i am here

I had the pleasure of experiencing the Saphire Lounge at Bandara Soekarno Hatta Terminal 2F and I can't sing its praises enough. A quiet hideaway before flight at International Terminal 2F, Soekarno Hatta International Airport (CGK). Big windows overseeing ramp operations and airfield takeoff & landing. Sufficient facilities for travelers needs.

The guy at the front counter waited till we made the payment before informing us smilingly "by the way, the WIFI does not always work". By "does not always work" he meant it does not work. We spent three hours trying the wifi to no avail. At least food was decent if very limited in spread.

Priority pass lists this lounge as available but was told that it’s not! Dunno who’s correct…

Receptionist then told me lounge was accessible for 99k idr fee. Was reluctant at first and decided to see other options.

5 mins later decided to pay for the lounge after all (this is supposed to be one of the international departure terminals, but the facilities were hugely disappointing or non-existent. Beware!), but when I arrived back at reception, she said the lounge would close at 8pm. It was then 7.45

What a farce!

Very nice Lounge accepting Priority Pass. Tasty Indonesian food, various hot and cold drinks included except alcohol. High higienę standards maintained

It was a place with noodles and ice tea. I like noodles and ice tea. Also 15$ for a place to chill with wifi is always appreciated.

Just across immigration in Terminal 2. As usual, Jakarta airport lounges are never great. Plenty of seats, have smoking area, and the variety food in this lounge are better than similar lounges. But the taste is just mediocre. And as usual staff personality is great but discipline is a bit lacking. If you have long waiting time / suitable credit cards to get free access, it might be worth it. BCA Prioritas is not accepted here.

Tempatnya lumayan luas, nyaman, adem kadang ramai di jam-jam tertentu. Menu makanannya juga variatif walaupun beberapa menu rasanya biasa aja. Lumayan buat menghabiskan waktu dan mengusir kebosanan kalau jadwal penerbangan masih lama. Dulu merupakan salah satu tempat favorit di terminal 2. Tapi sekarang nggak lagi.

WTF kartu prioritas dan solitare bca, mandiri all, megafirst all, maybank infinite termasuk priority pass ga bisa di pake.si mbak nya cm sebuti bni emeral, bri prioritas, digi treasure. Apa karena masih baru atau memang tidak mengerti dan merugikan para nasabah prioritas para pemilik rekening dan kartu? Di terminal 3 tidak masalah walau lounge nya sama. MOHON LAINNKALI KALAU TARUH ORANG YG LEBIH PROFESIONAL. JANGAN CM SENYUM TAPI BEGO!

Nice quiet place to relax before flight. A variety of food which tasted better than some 4 stars hotel.

Comfortable and quiet, nice selection of local food. Potentially problematic is tha fact that the airport PA system cannot be heard inside here, so as noted in my feedback to the management they must at least hang a clock or something that displays local time anywhere, it is simply not acceptable for an international airport lounge to cause passengers to inadvertently miss their flight.

Quite spacious, not many people, comfort chairs, cool aircon, clean toilets, and offers several kind of food and drink. Comfortable place while waiting for boarding, but there will be no announcement for any departure.

Good.quiet sometimes, but generally busy. Dedicated staff for cleaning. Food OK. No announcement or reminder for flights.

The place is clean, ambeince is calm snd quite relaxing, and the snack and food is just okay, not really impressive.

It has limited food choices but I got in for free so not expecting much. Good place to spend time before your flight, has a spacious prayer room, though they need to tune down the aircon a bit

Tempatnya berada di sekitar gate 18 keberangkatan domestik terminal 3. Jadi kalau gate kita kebetulan ada di gate angka kecil cukup jauh untuk mendatanginya. Menu nya biasa saja, ngga terlalu banyak pilihan, yang paling jelas tidak ada buah.

No beer, no carbonated drinks, staff seem to be lazy. Tables remaining uncleared. They do not even have anything to wipe the tables. No staff at the soup station. Food that should be warm is dead cold. Food appears to be stale as there is hardly any turnover.
No coffee spoons at the coffee station.
For a lounge at an international airport this is a very sorry state.
I will not come back here even if someone pays me to join them in the lounge.
Lift the game guys, lift your game.

This lounge is accessible to you only if you fly out of Terminal 2 (Gate with the letter F, eg F1 F2.)

If you have a priority pass, you can use the lounge.

It is located just after the passport control.

The set up is OK. Food is limited. They have many seats but none of which you can lay down and take a nap. The sofa and seats are tough to have a good power nap.

They have work desk for your laptop and also meeting rooms. Please also at the reception.

It is pretty decent, But plenty of room to improve. Especially on the Food and Beverages side.

Food in the food warmers were cold and there were no alcoholic drinks despite what priority pass advertised. On the plus side they have massage service and the room was spacious and quiet.

Sepertinya kekurangan staff, meja selalu penuh bekas piring2 yg tidak dibersihkan. Station omelet hampir2 selalu kehabisan atau kewalahan meskipun pengunjung tdk seberapa (?)
Varian dan rasa makanan cukup. Bolehlah utk habiskan waktu boarding

Ke sini soalnya customer indihome dapet voucher.lumayan nunggu transit 4 jam nyaman.makanan biasa aja.klo disuruh bayar per orang 150rb ya rada keberatan juga hehe

Pelayanan sangat ramah. Tempatnya bersih dan sangat nyaman.
Makanan lengkap dan enak. Mulai bubur ayam, makan prasmanan, lontong sayur, aneka roti, kolak, aneka rebusan, salad, aneka jus dan lain lain.
Tidak bosan ke sini saat nunggu pesawat.

Lounge bandara satu satunya di Terminal 2 bandara Soekarno Hatta, dimana harga masuknya 150.000, atau bisa dengan kartu prioritas untuk bank bank tertentu yang bekerjasama dengan Saphire lounge ini. Tempatnya cukuo lumayan ada makanan dan minuman, shower maupun smooking room. Cukup berguna untuk menunggu jam keberangkatan pesawat.

March 04,2019. Low speed wifi, dirty tablewares, not much variety of food. Told the cashier but the manager didn't show up for any explanation. Super bad services then. Don't spend your money at Saphire Lounge T2 CGK. But if it's a compliment, don't imagine as it a real classy lounge.

The lounge itself is quite cozy, however food & drink selection is a bit limited. E.g. There is no Coke/Softdrinks, food/snack selection is only Indonesian cuisine, Note currently it is at the domestic T2 terminal area i.e. Still need to pass immigration in case heading for international flight.

Kekurangan tenaga, sehingga penyajian makanan sampai telat, minuman juga sampai kehabisan dan harus nunggu, ruang tunggu smoking area juga, penuh dengan gelas dan piring yg belum di bersihkan, semoga pengelola, memikirkan utk menambah tenaga, terima kasih

More private than usual waiting room. The dishes not so bad. Be thankful for what we have. I have a lot of experience with waiting room issues so.for me the most demanding issue was cleanliness.

Sambil menunggu pesawat, paling baik menunggu disini. Sayang Mega Platinum Card tidak mendukung lounge ini.

Perlu dipertimbangkan jam boarding, jangan sampai tertinggal pesawat karena nyaman disini.
