Everything are just below minimum airport/aviation comfort standard requirement for the price they charge.
Almost every month & without other choice of facilities, we spend millions just to pass through with private flights, they charge for everyone that passes the facility.

Good acceptance, nice building. Mostly is because the easy access from n to airport Soetta

The food was pretty basic, just a few dishes and some nuts. Would come here again just for the peace, comfortable seats and electrical sockets. Most of the passengers were sleeping, so it was a pretty peaceful environment. If you're coming here for the food, there are not a lot of varieties unless you don't mind just a quick bite of very simple fare. Note that there's no universal adaptor - check at counter before you enter.

I entered with Priority Pass.
Impersonal and not at all cool room. The food is barely enough and there is little choice. The choice of fresh drinks is limited exclusively to a 330ml bottle of water.
I had planned to spend the remaining time in Jakarta waiting for my flight here working on the PC. At the entrance, however, I was told that the buffet closes at 6pm and the lounge at 7pm instead of 9pm as indicated on the app and on all lounge websites. Now I will have to wander for 2 hours at the airport.

They have arbitrarily decided to stop accepting Lounge Key users. They have not properly notified the company and one has to find out by getting to the place. Already notify Lounge Key so it doesn't happen to other people. Very bad business practice.

Ada beberapa pilihan makanan… pasta dg saus tomat, mie baso, ayam bakar, dll, bufet salad. Ada loket minuman untuk sajikan alkohol, kulkas softbank drink, mesin kopi.
Ada ruang rokok. Jasa pijit nya sedang tak sediakan.

Mahal belaka dengan ruangan biasa dan makanan biasa. Pelayanan lumayan menutupi banyak kekurangan fasilitas

Spacious business lounge. A bit impersonal. Showers and toilets only moderately clean. The buffet was very bland and the food was cold. Ok to wait, soft drinks, coffee and tea are available.
