1. Benerin sleting tas pertama. Diminta ganti sleting tapi hanya dipakaikan lilin dan bagian sobeknya tidak dijahit. Susah bolak-balik 2 kali hasilnya sama. 2. Ganti cantolan tas kedua. Sudah diganti, 2 bulan patah lagi.
