Sebelum covid sangat2 bagus dan tepat waktu tapi sekarang ini sangat sangat buruk tidak prof dalam pelayanannya n jawabannta ga masuk akal banget sering saya liat banyak org pada marah2 disana masalah tepat waktu yg selalu molor

Untuk area Pluit, PIK dan Muara Karang 5asec laundry & dry clean mungkin sbb pengalamanya jd lebih memahami kebutuhan pencucian pakaian keluarga kami

Selama ini laundry, dry clean selimut, baju, jas msh termasuk ok. Minggu lalu mau ambil dress wanita, yg sdh 2 minggu, setelah dicari dan dicari sampai lama, managernya yg bernama "NANANG" bilang sdg di steam. Ditny kog baru disteam setelah 2 minggu, jawabny karena br dicuci dll yg sm skali ga msk akal. Sy malah berpikir jangan2 bj sy belum dicuci, karena br ktemu makanya langsung disteam. Jd sy mengambil dress kotor yg disteam. Kualitasnya semakin hari semakin menurun

Personally, I only go there for laundry or dry cleaning branded clothes or clothes that need special care.for the price is higher than other places but the quality is really good

Pencucian lama, tukang parkir preman apa lagi yang kurus, ngambil baju ternyata blm selesai malah di minta uang parkir akhirnya kita cek cok

They lost the tag to my laundry, therefore they didnt know which ones' were my clothes. They have them left in another branch and not informing me about the lost until i have to pick it up too (Only then they admit they lost the tag and didnt know which ones' my clothes). I had to go home empty handed that time while waiting for them to sort it out.
When my laundry finally arrived at this branch, they were not sealed. Staff said that was due to the manager not signing it on the quality since they didnt know who owns the clothes. In addition they said it was not sealed so customer can easily open and check whether it was their clothes or not. This is unprofessional and unhygienic, how many other customers had touched and passed on my clothes to check whether they were theirs or not then?
Lastly, one of my clothes smelled like it was not dry cleaned as it smelled worn. I had three items where two was supposed to be dry cleaned, and one was supposed to be delicate washed. Only one came back alright.
I still paid all three in full (there was no offer of refund) but very much disappointed considering the unwashed result and hassle I experienced. Won't recommend.

Saya sih pengalaman dengan 5asec kurang baik ya. Kalau lihat dr kalian punya testimoni artis mgkn kalian memperlakukan laundry mrk berbeda ya. Saya sdh 3x mengalami selimut bau apek spt tdk kering. Saya biasa laundry di 5asec muara karang. Lelah juga ya kalau hal yg sama berulang2. Saya akan pindah ke laundry lain. Mgkn bagi anda tdk masalah berkurang 1 pelanggan. Tetapi saya perduli dengan kualitas yg saya dapatkan dr laundry terkenal yg seharusnya kualitas dan QC nya nyata. Sangat tidak memuaskan pengalaman saya dan bodohnya sampai 3x. Sehingga buat saya enough is enough.
