A&W kokas sekarang nyaman banget tempat nya, meskipun aw kokas selalu ramai tapi pelayanan nya begitu cepat dan baik

Dengan melimpahnya tempat kuliner di Kokas, memberi keleluasaan pengunjung untuk memilih sesuai selera, harga, sampai nilai nostalgianya. Saya pilih yang simpel dan ada kerinduan akan Rootbeer Float-nya!

Pelayanan nya kaya gak niat kerja, saya pesan mushroom sauce & steak malah di kasih nya menu lain. Minta tuker menu awal, di jawab gak bisa di tuker. Tolong perbaiki lagi pelayanan nya, kalo kerja di bidang jasa pelayanan lebih teliti lagi.

Tidak sesuai ucapan masa bilang 5 menit tp 15 menit sendiri jd jangan dibiasakan menjanjikan sesuatu dg 5menit saja. Sy akhirnya batalkan makanan sy dg tdk merugikan AW tp Aw sy anggap SOP nya tdk profesional krn saat sy memesan kondisi tdk ramai

Antri nya lama sekali. 45min hanya utk smpai counter. Stlh itu msh hrs nunggu burger. Service is VERY slow. 2 person doing 2 tills. They take order, prepare food and take payment. Its a 1 man job. They should just open 1 counter with 1 person, and the other is preparing food. So much faster. Not efficient and too slow.

Saya pesan mango chicken pocket dan iced lemon tea. Pesanan saya diantar sekitar 15 menit setelah bayar, tapi rasanya tetap konsisten. Iced lemon teanya A&W bagi saya terlalu kecut. Tapi pelayanan sangat ramah.

TOLONG A&W KOKAS UNTUK LEBIH HIGENIS INI UDAH 3 KALI ORDER SELALU DAPET RAMBUT/BULU MATA RONTOK DI MAKANAN & MINUMAN. TOLONG JANGAN JOROK DIMASA PANDEMI GINI.

Aku paling suka sama wafflenya AW. Gatau everlasting Aja rasanya. Dari dulu ga berubah. Apalagi ditambah es krim dan minumnya root bear aw. AW jugaaa menyediakan menu baru yakni AW waffle Oreo. Aku coba. Untuk topping oreonya mereka ga pelit cocok banget ditambah sama es krim.

Their root beer is never dissapoint me. The food and the service is good too. But because of the distance protocol, the seat is tied to the table so that we cant sit there.

Tergiur coba steak karena lihat utube salah 1 food vlogger, ternyata kenyataan jauh banget. Dari segi ukuran dan bentuk amat sangat berbeda, daging yang diberikan kayaknya cuma daging burger yang dipanasin ala kadarnya, masih enakan daging burgernya deh. Hambar, kering, ga ketelen aja. Beli 2 porsi modelnya sama juga persis, jadi bukan kebetulan apes. Sausnya pun ga sesuai penampakan dan review dr si food vlogger terkenal itu, i dont think mereka kasih review jujur, kayaknya karena dibayar dan dikasi samplenya special edition jadi bias. Untuk harga segini ga worth it sama sekali, mending beli chicken stripnya atau perkedelnya sekalian masih enakan.

Lokasi strategis, bisa dine in, aturan prokesnya dijlnkan dgn baik, yg sabar ya jika ada pengunjung yg masih blm taat pada prokes. Semangat ya

Buat anak2 waffle aja.
Tempatnya juga nyaman.
Ada pancuran air depan lobbynya unik.
Pilihan kalau mau makan cepat di mall kokas.
Pelayanan lumayan cepat.
Harga sedikit mahal.

Alternatif lah, kalo si fastfood lainnya (saingannya) terlalu rame. Kan enak di sini agak sepi.

Terdapat tempat nongkrong di depan gerainya. Enak buat nongki dan aku suka softdrink-nya yg versi jumbo, gede banget gelasnya. Langsung kenyang deh jika makan disini.

The only root beer you want to drink in Jakarta. Nothing like a cold root beer with a float on top of it in the afternoon with your family. Their chickens are very spicy and the burgers really big. Always ask the cashier, sometimes there's a hidden menu not shown up that really cheap and mostly half the price the regular dine-in package.
