It is very disappointing to be neglected after the paid is done. I was sent the soft copy of the travel insurance I purchased. In the -mail, I was asked the address for sending the hard copy. The e-mail was sent on 31 August 2018 at 16.09. It was on Friday. On Monday, I sent an e-mail informing that I had not received the hard copy. The next day, I called the agent at the office, but I could not reach him because he had moved to another branch. I was then served by a female worker on the phone telling me that the agent was supposed to inform me to pay IDR 20,000 for JNE. I was asked to transfer that amount of money to her personal account. She said that the company does not bear the delivery so she has to pay with her own money. I asked her to e-mail me her bank account number, but in 15 minutes I did not receive any e-mail from her. I called her again telling him that I would have a courier picking up the hard copy. In 2015, I decided ACA for the travel insurance and I had a satisfying service. I did not pay or make a transfer for the hard copy sent to my address. Thank you to have shown me the true nature of 2018 ACA Travel Insurance. It is definitely not recommended.
