All you can eat 3 jam jadi puas. Buffet overall enak tapi sayang pilihannya ga terlalu banyak, untuk menu yg bisa diorder oke secara kualitas bahan, oyster dan sashimi nya fresh ga amis.

Untuk opsi minuman so so. Pastry dan cake banyak pilihan, untuk ice cream cuman satu rasa.

1. Lobster roll
2. Sashimi
3. Roasted duck
4. Sakura lychee cake
5. Salmon belly tare

Untuk masuk paling enak parkir di lotte mall avenue, masuk dari lantai 1 ada connecting door ke Raffles sebelah Saturdays. Masuk langsung ke Arts Cafe.

Cafe berclass, gak salah klw milih tempat buat lans ato dinner. Elegan propesinal ber kelas. Kunjungi dan nikmati makanan dari berbagai menu.

Had a pretty lovely buffet luncheon here. The food spread has lots of varieties and every single one are made of high quality ingredients.

The restaurant is clean look, lux, bright and fot for groups.

We try the kitchen to table menu which also great in serving Japanese food choice.

Thumbs up to the fresh whole fruits section too, lots of exotic tropical fruits and ready to eat.

Very nice place to gather with family. The service is great and the ambience is undoubtedly beyond expectation. Definitely will give here again someday.

Pemesanan tempat di tgl 12 April 2023 untuk acara bukber kantor bersama client di tgl 17 April 2023,12 pax. Langsung DP 50%. Di Hari H kami telat datang krn macet parah, client kami sampai duluansekitar setengah 7 an, dan ternyata mereka tdk bisa msk karena tdk ada reservasi a.n PT kami! Tunggu menunggu akhirnya mereka bilang ada kesalahan di sistem mereka.akhirnya kami diarahkan ke lantai 2, mereka menyediakan meja dadakan di resto lantai 2, setelah kami selesai makan dan kami di minta review ttg makanannya.disitu kami baru tau bahwa kami berada di Nusantara Resto bkn Arts Cafe, (kami ngga merhatiin sekeliling krn kami sudah buru2 ingin berbuka) padahal di awal saya memilih Arts Cafe yg menu nya International Buffet bkn yang Indonesian Menu (Nusantara Resto), saya reservation dgn mba Nia, dan saya menghub beliau tpi tdk direspon sampai saya menulis review ini. Kekecewaan kami sedikit terobati utk pelayanan dan rasa makanan di Nusantara Resto yang overall good.

Makanannya luar biasa. Bisa dibilang buffet hotel terbaik yang pernah saya coba.

We had our Champagne Brunch here on a Sunday. The verity of dishes is great with the additional menu that you can order from. The price is very reasonable compared to the brunch of pullman or mulian. The oysters are from bali which is ok but we expected better but the rest made up for it. The staff is friendly and very attentive. We'll come again for sure

I was here for Sunday brunch.
The food was good, the pastry also good, service kind, it's elegant ambience.
I will come back again.
They have Indonesian and western food, cold cuts, cheese, it's not too big place but enough.

The Sunday BRUNCH Was Superb! So tasty and the dessert part is so cool. Perfect for the all you can eat destination in jakarta

I eat here for breatfast while staying at Raffles hotel. The taste is good, but the menu is quite limited. For people who don't stay at the hotel, the price is really high for the portion offered here

Ordered 3 course meal with my friends here, there's not so many people, place quiet, good atmosphere, and the people are nice. Buffet unavailable except for limited one (because of covid). Everything about the place and the people who serve us is nice, but the food lack taste.edit: change from 3 to 4 star

I believe the hotel is clean. It's located in a good area and connected to Shopping mall managed by Ciputra Group. Maybe due to the pandemic the foods buffet is limited. They will serve the food that you like (we are not allowed to take the foods ourselves).

So far, dining here is ok. Well, will try again next time.

This restaurant has delicious food and cozy place, but during Covid-19, the food menu is limited, but still delicious.

What easily could have been a 4 star rating, was marred by "bacongate".

Staying in The Artisan Suite in Room 220X. We were looking forward to having our breakfast. We arrived ten minutes before nine. The servers were prompt and polite. They gave us our table for 7 (We invited other family members to come and join us for breakfast).

The food selection was good, not great but good. There is also a good selection of fresh fruit juice and yogurt drink. Specifically for the food apart from the normal selection of Asian porridge/congee and noodles, there are also waffles and pastries. You can even order an egg Benedict with your choice of either salmon or beef bacon.

This being an international buffet breakfast in a 5 star hotel, one would think that any food that is finished would be replenished without one asking for it. However this was not the case.

When we arrived, we took our scrambelled eggs and searched for bacon. On display was an empty plate of beef bacon, while if you want the normal pork bacon you had to order them through the servers or straight from the cook. So we waited for the beef bacon and also asked for the pork bacon.
The servers promptly took out order. Half an passed, the beef bacon was not refilled and the pork bacon did not come. When we asked the servers, the bacon finally came. 6 measly pieces of pork bacon and at this time still no beef bacon was refilled.

Annoyed at having to wait for so long and only to be given 6 pieces of bacon, we went straight to the kitchen to order more. This was when we were told that they have no more pork bacon? Come on really? 5 star hotel buffet breakfast ran out of bacon! At this time, they also replaced and took out the beef bacon plate with a plate of mini hash browns.

Granted there are other food that we could still eat, but an iconic breakfast menu for us is the bacon and eggs. This is the first international buffet breakfast in a 5 star hotel running out of bacon. Thus the rating and a hint of dissapointment from us.

First of all I want to honour the crew hospitality; they contacted me around 4 hours before for makes sure that we'll attend at 6pm, they also help me to create a little surprise birthday party for my friend also. One thing to be highlighted is the servant attire was simply beautiful.

Huge selection of buffet! I really like the "Seafood Cabe Garam" and the fritters, makes me happy. Don't forget to try the bread selection because I really blown away with the "Guava Jam" OMG so delicious!

Finally I can tried the famous "Jakarta Sling" cocktail, I feel glad and really enjoy the taste. This is a signature drink from Raffles.

Unfortunately I'm so sorry I can gave this review for 4 stars because you should already know what happened when our family was there. I don't want to explore it because the crew's (server, chef, head cook, and head bar manager) was came to me and say sorry with a high compliments for us. Please do more concern about the hygiene products.

Nevertheless, thank you so much for having me and my family.

It was a very pleasant dinner with my family here. We booked our seat for 6pm and came earlier but all crew were welcoming us perfectly without let us wait in front if the restaurant.

How about the food? Ah can’t say no more except great and worth the money. We can taste delicious & fresh meat and salad from the kitchen, the sushi & seafood also bomb! Must try!

That was our 2nd visit here and Arts Cafe never failed us. Would recommend this place for friends:)

Ah one more, please try their Short Ribs. 48hours well cooked and it tasted so gewd. Cant get enough!

I’m about to ask my husband to go here again in 2020.

This place is a recommended restaurant that serve virtual of art and cuisines. Always enjoy a taste while seeing the art statue, interesting experiences.

Mediocre because you have to pay for drinks.disappointed because all hotels all provided free drinks even free beer in some of them.and this hotel charge for freaking drink even for water?

What can I say about all foods here than SO YUMMY. And even give us the best services. Thank you!

We finally had our first visit here after years planning:) came out satisfied, while the choice is VERY limited in my opinion, the quality definitely is not disappointing! Sounds like this is quality over quantity

We liked the choices of asian food here and the cakes are really good! We are pleasantly surprised when the staff offered a 3 course tasting menu in a buffet and i liked 2 out of the 3 we had.small suprises that definitely impressed us in our dinner:)

The staff is very helpful and attentive, clean plates immediately cleared off your table, thumbs for that the buffet however does not come with any free drinks, not even water.if you drink a lot for your dinner, TWG tea offered here might be what you want for a refill.

Best breakfast, eastern, western, Japanese and traditional Indonesian available, so many choices, buffet plus menu orders.
