Aston Pluit Hotel & Residence

Best place for rest because near from airport, near from monas and near from Ancol.
I was served by butler named IVAN, he's so nice guy and polite, help me book a room and took me to the room i booked.

Good services, clean & spacious room, and easy check in experience. My phone was left in my car, when checked in process. The front officer was really helpfull.
Breakfast was good, maybe just add more non spicy food/ kids menu, bcz i was stay with my kids

Hotel mewah. Kamarnya luas dan bersih. Semuanya sama baiknya dengan harganya. Sarapannya juga enak, banyak pilihan. Staf pak andri sopan dan banyak membantu kami selama menginap di aston

In cahoots with crook taxi drivers. I took taxi from airport to this hotel and the taxi driver tried to give me fake receipt with fake numbers from 2 days before the ride even took place. Not only that, the price indicator is broken, stayed at 39000 the whole time but of course we didnt know it was broken until we rode a bit. Then I talked to the hotel people here since they can speak indonesian hoping they would tell the driver the ride should only be 100k instead of 200k (we already took the same way before with another taxi and we only paid 100k). Then the hotel people tell me the 200k fee is "standard" but when I confronted with the hotel people and the driver with the fake reciept, and the fake dates, the driver tells me it's "printing error" and now 'only' demand 150k, and the hotel people tell me it's "standard" now, where the standard seemed to change just in 5minutes from 200k to 150k. Yes it's only 50k IDR but the principle is that the hotel should be the customers' advocates not crook cab drivers. My best advice is to avoid this hotel and, or most of all, any taxi services this hotel calls for you

The location is not at the main road, the carpet is smelly. The room is large, the shower js small and the shower is bad. Beyond expectation for Aston Hotel

@ Bangunan tidak terawat dengan baik
@ Jalur masuk dan keluar kendaraan terlalu sempit
@ Tempat parkir basement ruang antar kendaraannya terlalu sempit

Letaknya jauh di keramaian kota Pluit, hotel ini seperti pada umunnya Aston, walaupun Aston Pluit dalam kompleks Aston apartemen dan residence juga. Kondisi area umum tidak banyak menarik perhatian kecuali outdoor restaurant yang berdekatan dengan kolam renang di lantai 6. Pelayanan hotel lumayan bagus, kondisi kamar bersih ada, ada staker lampu yg tidak berfungsi tapi ini tidak mewakili kamar2 lainnya yg mungkin berfungsi dengan benar. Toilet di kamar maupun di area publik bersih dan berkesan. Selimut yang tebal dan bantal2 yang empuk dan bersih akan menambahkan kenyamanan beristirahat. Semoga perjalanan anda menyenangkan.

Tempatnya strategis, nyaman, sarapan enak, cuman pada waktu saya menginap saya sudah pesan single queen bed tapi saya dapat yg bed pisah dengan alasan high occupancy.atau mungkin saya check in kemalaman?

Pegawan front officenya kurang ramah, dan cleaning service yg kerja dalam 1 shift hanya 1, jadi harus antri giliran cleaning padahal sudah pesan dari sebelumnya.gk totalitas

Mantap.konsep yg di gunakan dlm pembangunan kawasan hotel yg mana dipadukan dgn hunian berbentuk rukan.

Ada tikus di ruang meeting, snack yg disimpan di kerdus digigit sampai snacknya jg, dr petugas gak komentar apapun.ada kecoa di kamar, hri pertama lihat di meja, hari kedua di lantai.receptionist tdk ramah.menu sarapan lumayan.

The room was good, but the bathroom was bad. <br/>The shower water was weak, and the sink was damaged. I also seen a small spider near the sink, which wasn't a real problem but they should check the room before the customer goes in. I think my room # was 12118 please fix the bathroom sink.

I do want to confirm that the room was in a good condition and clean. Also, their breakfast is good. I'm going to edit the 3 star rating and make it 4 because of the management replay to my review.

Room service bad.cleaning room tdk standar banyak dikurangi dan sangat lambat servicenya.

Kami order 2 kamar sudah dari 2 minggu lalu untuk connecting room, begitu sampai ada 1 room yg late check out sampai jam 3/5 sore, tapi tidak ada konfirmasi via tlp sebelumnya, bahkan tidak ada kompensasi untuk kami, kami datang membawa tas2 & barang tapi tidak ada bell boy/clerk yang datang, padahal ada staff yang melihat kami datang, lift pun hanya 1 yg bisa beroperasi, sampai kamar masih ada handuk bekas yang tidak diambil oleh room service, what a poor services

Hotel yang bagus di tengah kota di daerah pluit, dengan banyak fasilitas diantaranya minimarket, resto, san free wifi

Excellent service, nice front desk, comfy, cozy, clean, neat, spacious, organized, comfortable, nice, good!

The pool have a nice view because its outdoor and in the 6th floor

Standard breakfast, quiet delicious but the variety and taste need to be improved.

Kamar luas nyaman.kolam renang jg luas.hanya koridor ke kamar tidak dinyalakan ac jadi panas. Dan anehnya ruang makan breakfast putar lagu sedih.instrumen sedih melo jd ga membosankan.harusnya lagu atau music yg elegan memotivasi atau semangat.

Hotel dan apartemen yg sesuai nama. Sarapan yg cukup beragam. Staf jg sangat ramah.bisa direkomen untk nginap disini kalo ada keperluan di pluit, bisnis maupun leisure.

Sangat nyaman krn kamar luas.ada sofa besar yg nyaman dan staff ramah.di bawah hotel ada indomaret utk beli kebutuhan gampang.sbg info hotel gabung dg apartemen shg ada penghuni apartemen jg dan model kamar spt apartemen. Tidak ada ac central jd ga kedinginan.ac bs disetel sndiri.plus exhaust. Dan ada balkon hanya dikunci. Kolam nyaman. Breakfast menu variasi oke hanya kurang cheese.kejunya yg ada keras dan pahit.ga bs di cairkan bsm omelet.jg ga ada yogurt.pegawai breakfast aktif menanyakan kualitas menu dan masakannya. Wc ada bunyi besar krn aliran air tidak stabil.scr keseluruhan enak dkt pusat kota kemana mana dkt.ada emporium mall.pluit village dkt pombensin dll

Comfort hotel in North Jakarta. Quite old but still in a nice shape. Services are good. Breakfast is tasty. Near to good food places and shopping centers.

Hunian apartment nyaman di daerah utara, dekat dengan mall di cbd pluit dan akses tol dalam kota dan tol bandara.

Loksinya strategis di antara mall, dan mudah dicapai melalui toll bandara ataupun tol dalam kota. Lokasi parkir yg cukup banyak. Kamar hotel yg nyaman, dan fasilitas kamar yg baik. Toilet kamar pun bersih. Petugas hotel yg ramah dan sigap melayani para tamu hotel.

Akses hotel deket bandara suhat cengkareng jkt, deket mall, museum fatahillah, lokasinya sangat strategis & mudah dijangkau, tata ruang kamar & dekorasinya serta perabotannya yang fungsional & simple.service room yg ramah dan bagus, tiap hari ganti handuk, dan perlengkapan mandi, sarapannya jg enak. Ada kolam renang outdoor di lt. 6. Pemandangan indah yang dapat dinikmati oleh pengunjung hotel dari atas lt. 20 hotel ini, pelabuhan sunda kelapa, dan sekitarnya apalagi kalo malam hari kelihatan sorot lampu bagus, harga terjangkau, namun sayang, kenyamanan sedikit terganggu oleh suara2 gaduh/bising dari luar kamar, seperti suara orang mengobrol di koridor lewat di depan kamar

This hotel is a joke. They advertised a bus to mall for 3 days but when asked about it after some phone call they no longer do it. So why advertised it? If you ask a question they always have to ring someone for answer. Rooms are dirty so are the corridors. Breakfast is miss always have to wait for someone to clean table. They are lots of staff but just do not no what to do. We are on a long trip and have stay at homestays, motels all have been cleaner and better run this a so called hotel. 15 years I worked in hotel and this one need some good training in all areas.

I had good to very good experiences in Aston Yogyakarta and Batu, so Aston Pluit sadly was a bit of a disappointment.
The rooms are mostly in good shape and I like the size, design and layout, big window between bathroom and room, but the lack of maintenance in small details adds up to an overall not so positive experience.
Dear management, it can't be too difficult to run with a checklist through the rooms every few weeks or so to avoid things like:
- a phone not working properly,
- a safe box not working because of empty batteries,
- a Minibar not cooling,
- a faulty drainage in the sink etc.
You seem to have no idea how annoying and time wasting a room change can feel for your guests.
No bathrobe provided although part of the list of amenities and a room request by email noted but not executed were no plus points either.
On the positive side were only the restaurant staff, very friendly and forthcoming.
