Truly the worst health insurance company that you could sign up with. They do not make anything easy for you. They don't even have a decent team who can understand the documents you are sending through. So, all they do is ask for the same document again and again because their English is so bad. I honestly suggest that you pay a little more and go with another health insurance provider as they are ridiculous to work with. I mean when an insurance form has the Doctor's signature and stamp on it then it must have been filled in my the Doctor himself, no? I have no way of proving that it is infact the Doctor's handwriting so they are making it tough for me to lodge the application.

Pagi ini urus Schengen Travel Insurance, merasa dibantu banget sama mas Yansen. Padahal kontak beliau subuh, karena besok appointment sama Kedubes.
