Slow, expensive, no parts in stock and the mechanics are not so expert. Have to bring the car back for multiple times before the right diagnose

I got my car checked in and inspected. Verdict is it will take a while to fix the problem. Rather than waiting long into late afternoon they suggested me to leave the vehicle overnight and come back tomorrow to pick it up. I agreed. They gave me taxi voucher subsidy. Not bad.

Recently bought in my Audi for a complete service / replacement of old parts.

Work rate are slow, even to get an estimation of price took them 4 working days.and their customer service took almost 2-3 hours to reply, quite disappointed, given that Audi is a luxury brand and the customer are treated this way.they are far far behind the quality of BMW and Mercedes Benz in service experience.

Ruang tunggu costumer pelayanan biasa saja
Msh kalah denga bengkel2x lainnya. Padahal ini bengkel mobil mahal.

Sometimes it's not easy to call and book an appointment for the service since I think they only have one phone operator. The place is quite easy to locate, just follow the marker on maps. Their waiting lounge is cool, clean, and there are snacks.
However, if you're thinking of leaving for a few hours to grab coffee, you can go to Halim Perdanakusuma airport, which is six minutes away, or Cipinang Indah Mall, which is about fifteen minutes away. Plenty of Blue Bird taxis waiting by in front of the workshop.
Edit: avoid going to Cipinang Indah Mall. Severe traffic congestion because of the toll project.
