Had pav bhaji it was tasty. But the portion size was really less for even a single person.

Value for money is not there for the product.

We ordered for 500k of food and the portion is terribly small. Look at the rice portion that costs idr 250k.it is rediculously small. Never order take home from them.taste is also average. Street food for the price of fine dining. You know you pay for their Gunawarman rent.

Is Banbooji the best Indian restaurant in Jakarta?
They serve a wide range of tasty foods.
There are minor complaints. Naan was a bit small piece, and dishes are not so volumy.

It may be a little expensive due to the location, but you can safely enjoy Roti, curry and samosa.

Staffs are nice and friendly. Booked for Iftar and they are fast-respond.
Food was amazing. Although a bit pricey, but it's worth for the price. We spent around 500k for 2 people (2 drinks, 1 lamb briyani, 1 naan garlic and 1 chicken masala). IMO, their lamb briyani and naan garlic are the must-try. For drink, Mango Lassi is unique, but good (salty but sweet from the fresh-blended mango).

The only minus thing is the parking lot, not much of parking space there for car. I brought motorcycle thou, and for only 1 hr parking in the basement of their building, they charged me 10k. Which I am okay if they could provide me with any tickets. But apparently not. If it is something that Babooji can work with the building management, probably it may complete the best experience in your restaurant.

All food are excellent. I really enjoyed it. Not sure the authenticity to traditional Indian dishes, but the taste agrees with my Indonesian pallete,

Bored with Italian, chinese and japanese food. This time I go to this Indian restaurant.

The only challenge is, price. Will you pay thousands rupiah for plain papadam? You tell me

No trip to South Jakarta is complete without a meal at Babooji. The food is incredible, the staff are friendly, the vibe is pristine, and the view is spectacular!

I had an ice tea, with the chicken tikka biryani, and cheese naan. Of course I had to end dinner with a cup of masala chai. Everything tasted delicious! It’s a little bit expensive, but I promise you it is well worth the ticket!

After rave reviews we ordered from Babooji. Food is overpriced, portions small. Very tasteless food. Tandoori was bland, butter chicken gravy was just a sweet tomato gravy.

It is by far one of the better Indian resto in Jakarta. The flavour and taste are somewhat authentic with a little local twist.

Great Indian food, super chill vibe and the cocktails are absolutely delicious. Can’t go back to a normal whiskey sour after trying theirs

Good place for start. Chill, cozy, and warm welcome from the staff. The dish, all I can say it's not the best, but everything teally good. Worth to try. Taste balance, not too spicy. I really love it. This is my new good spot list for Indian cuisine. Cheers!

Trotz etwas ungewöhnlicher Lage im zweiten Stockwerk eines Restauranthauses, man muss ein anderes Restaurant passieren, ist das Ambiente stark.
Die Cocktails sind gut, jedoch preislich nicht günstig.
Im Allgemeinen ist das Preisgefüge etwas höher, aber das ist es wert.
Leute, die scharfes Essen nicht vertragen, sollten das vor der Bestellung unbedingt anmerken.

Despite the somewhat unusual location on the second floor of a restaurant building, you have to pass another restaurant, the ambience is fine.
The cocktails are good, but not cheap.
In general, the pricing structure is a bit higher, but it's worth it.
People who cannot tolerate spicy food should make a note of this before ordering.

Indian food and cocktail in the higher-end segment. This is only my third time eating Indian food so bear with me and take my review in discretion.

I ordered their lamb, chickan tika masala, and butter chicken. For the carbs, I ordered biryani and two types of oven baked bread. All I can say is that the foods were delicious. Nothing tasted odd even for newbies like me. Do come if you are also interested in trying new style of food.

What I really love is their butter chicken. The butter taste is strong yet not as you expected in western or asian style butter chicken. Maybe because of the ghee used in the dish.

Portion was too small even for the platter. The price is ridiculously expensive for such small portion. Taste wise it's okay, quite enjoyable.

A friend of mine said this is "Indonesianized" Indian food. He might be right but I found the food here is awesome. The curry is excellent, chicken tikka masala is standard but absolutely nothing wrong with it, butter chicken is awesome, pizza not bad either. Naan bread is up to par, but could be cheesier when cheese naan is ordered. Basmati rice is good but need to be more fragrant. They gives you free crackers for appetizers, which I think is great.
I love the ambiance, the decor is great and reminds me of old school wooden joints like in The Godfather. Their selection of drinks aren't bad either, and they serve it properly. Waiters are super attentive and friendly. Love it.

This indian dishes resto are actually taste really good.has nice ambience and has an indoor smoking area.

Ordered for butter chicken and naan. Food was well packed and condiments provided were amazing too. Came with pickled onions, mango pickle. Naan tasted like naan so nothing to brief there:).

Butter Chicken had absolutely no salt and tasted real bad. No where close too how a butter chicken should be. Had boneless chunks of chicken not tandoori. Quantity was good. Gravy tasted like some bland tomato based gravy.

Afraid to be visiting or ordering the second time.
